I know it's a Goodwill but based on the location and how new it looked I expected a bit more. Also, the clothes were not in very good condition for some of them (stains) and shouldn't have been accepted. It looks like this Goodwill (maybe all of them now, not sure) has no fitting room. Most the employees, particularly the managers are clueless. Items are overpriced, broken, clothes are stained, or smell! Nike shoes range from 10.00, to 250.00! 250.00 for a pair of Jordan's, unbelievable! You can buy them new for a third of that! Drink cups and food wrappers are all over the sales floor! Broken statues are for sale at 10.00, broken! Ask a question, that is a big no no! The store is ran by a 17 yr old, and another manager that has a stick up her butt! It is called the islands because of the location, and is surrounded by higher real estate and believe you, the raise the the prices because of the demographics of the area! Jamie the store manager is a liar and throws his employees under the bus! I went in today and found a shirt with the original tag that said $3. Goodwill had it for $6.99. I asked Sonia ( who is absolutely AMAZING and the reason I continue to come here) if I could talk to the store manager and see if they would lower it to the original $3. I was stand there when she was talking to Jamie on the phone. He wouldn't come talk me. Instead he had Sonia take the short to the back. Which I thought was to change the price. When she came back they had pulled the original $3 tag off and left the $6.99. She very nicely informed me she was sorry but this is what she was told to do. I said I wanted to talk to Jamie. He once again avoided me. I went to the office where he had to speak to me and told me this isn't what he had said to do! That was completely BS. Sonia has never lied to me has always been for her company and great customer service. I can't believe a manger would do that and then blame his employees! read more

Goodwill sells anything good online, this leaves the stores with less quality goods And the shelf's full of broken junk.

This is one of my go to thrift stores, specifically this location as it is right by my house. Although it is really close to me, I will say they do have a great selection and I often find unique pieces. The only issues are with the prices. I've noticed the trend of all other goodwills raising their prices so I know this isn't an individual store thing- but it's just something to point out for I think this company needs to remind themselves that it is a thrift store after all. It is supposed to be affordable! For instance, sometimes I find "SHEIN" clothing items priced higher than the retail price, and if you know what clothing brand that is, you know that's very cheap and not well-made clothing (the epitome of fast fashion). All things considered, I would say this is one of the better stores for the company. ALSO- here's a tip that they don't really push out: go on their website and sign up for their email list, monthly you will get a 20% off coupon with unlimited use if you spend more than $20! On Sundays, if you have your student ID you get 25% off if you spend more than $20! read more

Nothing exciting here. Just your typical Goodwill. They had lots of stuff, but nothing you'd want to buy. Most items were used up, stained, and damaged. A majority of items were terribly overpriced - $5 for a plush? Just nuts! I found one item that I purchased and I only got it because I collect them. The price was $7 and some change. The older I get the more I love thrifting. Found a brand new Verizon iPhone car charger here for $3, nifty calculator for my office, and some cute holiday decor. Seriously don't ever buy binders- thrift stores always have them! This store was clean, well organized, and had an abundance of higher quality items. They recently had a large estate donation of African art, with original price tags that were pretty high. Wish it were my thing or I had time to resell. After just moving to Arizona from California only 4 days ago I had some items that I wanted to donate. I used my GPS to find this location and headed over. As I was pulling into the drive through area for drop off I was all of the sudden greeted with mean and nasty hand gestures and dirty looks from a girl named Michaela. She was moving her hands aggressively indicating that apparently I was entering the drive through from the wrong direction (keep in mind that I had literally never been to any Goodwill location in the state of Arizona or with a drive through until this visit) and there were no other cars coming through the drive through at all! She very clearly indicated in an extremely mean, angry and aggressive way that she wasn't happy that I wasn't familiar with their practices. I was completely appalled at her behavior, especially at a place where citizens come to donate items for resale. Of course when I finally reoriented my car into the drive through correctly, Michaela was nowhere to be found - a true COWARD. She was probably afraid I might say something to her about her very immature behavior. Thankfully there was a kind, sweet, patient and very professional gentleman there named Clinton who was more than willing to help me unload my items. It's people like Clinton who keep people coming back - and he is the ONLY reason I gave this review 3 stars. read more

I love thrift shopping. And historically, I've loved the deals and finds at Goodwill. I'm not sure if things have changed in the organization, but pricing has certainly changed. I was in the other day and they had a pair of Levi's marked at $20.00. Same pair brand new at Costco? You guessed it. $20.00. Kind of defeats the purpose of thrift shopping. Unless they're pricing high to clear the shelves on 1/2 price days, I'll be skipping this location (and possibly other Goodwill locations). The store is nicely laid out and they have some nice things. It's just a shame the prices seem out of line with what Goodwill used to be. read more

Goodwill is such a rip off these days. Went there to buy a white sheet. Found one for 5 bucks. It had at least 5 quarter size holes in it. Walmart sells brand new sheets (without holes) for 4.97. Check around before you go to Goodwill. read more

Store manager pretty rude , horrible customer service ,always over priced their stuff even knowing this things been donated to them!! Today all Christmas stuff supposedly to be 75%, at the front desk they setup a Christmas train ( Santa and elf's Christmas gift ) pretty obvious it's a Christmas train so my 4yrars old asking for the Christmas train and BC I had so many bad experience at this store I rather double check with the employee there this is a Christmas Items and it's on sale!! Glad I did that her response was as usual no sorry this is not a Christmas iteam our manager priced this as a regular iteam !
