I try my best to recycle and hope that the need isn't just to unload my items but to keep in mind that what many are the usual wants and needs as well and since I was in Kaneohe I though to swing by this Goodwill location which is quite interesting as it's in Kaneohe Shopping Center and is visible right from Kamehameha Hwy and though they do share parking with many other biz parking can get quite crowded but they do have two dedicated parking stalls for drop off making it super easy though I didn't know that and did find parking nearby and as I walked over with my items two staff darted over to grab them from me which very nice and thoughtful. I did have the intent to browse inside as well but was running late and left without doing so but is a great place to find hidden treasures and at such great prices just the greeting alone that I received before I step foot inside gives such a positive vibe and love this location. Went here looking for baby stroller for my puppy. Was not able to locate one today. Store is stocked with mostly used clothes , & other house hold items. It was amazing Strolling thru the store & checking out , their interesting items. Parking is limited in this busy Times Super Market Center & the store was busy when visiting . IT SMELLS SO MUSTY AND MOLDY IN THIS STORE!!! I know it's a thrift store but damn. Also the workers in this goodwill are extremely sassy and rude. we asked "is there anybody in these dressing rooms?" and the response we received was "obviously if the doors are closed, they're occupied." just for the dressing rooms to be EMPTY with closed doors, so the sarcastic response was unnecessary and rude, and could've been avoided. I don't get out much but when I do, I expect workers to AT least be a little nice. I won't be coming back here and I would not recommend anyone else to either. There are other thrift stores on the island so this one will definitely be a skip next time. read more

Donated here and they are very friendly helping me unload my car. My only caveat is that they are EXPENSIVE. I wish the prices were more affordable since everything is GIVEN free. So I donate now to church thrifts as they give to those in need or the thrift shops they run are super cheap prices=affordable FOR THOSE WHO NEED IT! aloha read more

This is our favorite "we have nothing to do today, so let's get some Boba drinks and shop for hidden finds at the Goodwill store:! They just don't have used clothing and accessories, but they will have brand new items from Target and other places that have donated, and if your lucky to go there on the day they re-stock , ching ching!! Also a good tip, when you walk in there us a big sign that will tell you the color tag of the day is 50% off!! So look for that color, you may score big! Also, enroll your information and phone number at the front desk, you can accumalate points that the more you buy, you will get a few dollars off your purchase! And of course, don't forget to give back and donate, donate! read more

Kaneohe Goodwill store is my go to. The workers are nice and gracious to the customers. The workers talk to customers as they restock the shelves making everyone feel welcome. There's always something I didn't know I "needed" from clothing to kitchen ware, it's always a fun hunt and discovery. I've been to other stores, but Kaneohe is the most friendly. read more

Donate unwanted items and help the environment (reuse, recycle, and reduce waste) and help others in the long run! Located in the shopping center next to the Kaneohe Fire Department and Times Supermarket, Goodwill opened a new Donation Center! I parked right in front of the Goodwill Center where there's a dedicated stall for quick drop offs. Inside, a cheerful man greeted me, accepted my bag of items, and asked if I needed a receipt. Yes, please! Easy and efficient, this is a great environment for the employees! It's air conditioned! The other donation centers in the neighborhood aren't air conditioned! One drop off spot used to be a container unit in a parking lot at the mall... Uhg! It's 90 degrees in the summer! Ouch! Later, this Donation Center will have a store. Haha - I should avoid looking... But... It's for a good cause! read more

Wow! This location is so clean and neatly organized! Well lit and competitively priced. Student, military, and senior discounts available on top of discounted products every day. Door on the right is for donating and door on the left is for shopping. Lots of clothes and furniture to browse through. Noticed lots of items new with tags today so it was worth my while. Easy-to-find parking and super friendly staff made this a 10 out of 10 experience for me. Ill be back! read more

A thrift shop fan who loves to find treasures especially on vacation. This is a smaller Goodwill store but we found great things. I found a new Stanley cup in teal for only $3.99 still had tags, a new Harry Potter wand, new lunch notes for my daughter's lunch bag and she found a sonic stuffy. They had so many brand new items at great prices. Lots of clothing neatly hung. I was a little sad not to see more kids books or the toy grab bags but worth checking out. Parking is shared with a Times grocery store so just a heads up. read more

Finding pre loved treasures is always exciting. The clothes are well made ( better than Ross and Walmart).. and I always get bargains.

Stuff is okay, pretty below par. Worker was SO rude to me. I was trying in clothes OVER my bathing suit top in front of the mirror and she said "we have dressing rooms" and I thought she was being nice cause I clearly didn't know there were any- and then she says "cause there are CHILDREN around" and then proceeded to run away to the employees only section. I felt so embarrassed and angry and so incredibly judged. I decided to buy nothing and leave. One worker saw that and talked kindly to me about the music, which made it a bit better. All the lady had to do was direct me to the changing rooms that they don't advertise at all and have hidden in the back where the dishes are. But instead she made me feel judged! Such a better location. Descent size space for displaying items for sale. They may need to expand in the future for furniture, etc. Convenient parking for unloading or loading. Great planning by having a separate space for donations right nextdoor. Really happy for this location. read more

I live in town and since I was in Kaneohe, I decided to shop at the goodwill there. So much cute clothes! I even found that looked new or even in great condition . Very organized. Limited parking and not that big of a store like other locations I've gone to, but was still able to find things. Would love to come by here again! read more

Great place, lots of varieties of stuff but when it comes to the price of the used clothing it is ridiculous. I know Goodwill has their Monday's discount tags for $1.99 but there is not much items on discount for the amount of people that come here. They are charging $4.99 each tshirt and some of these clothing are very well used, if you're lucky you can find clothing in good condition but still expensive. I spend $38 for 4 Tshirts here and at The Salvation Army I spent exactly $9.80 for 4 Tshirts there. People from the community are donating these clothings for free and this Goodwill company charges too much for used clothing. Maybe put more items on discount for everyone on Mondays. Other than that the staff are great, clean store. read more
