Well, after my MIL has gone in there to see them in person AND has called multiple times, I am sad to say they have completely blown her off. Promises to "have somebody call you" have been made but not kept, after telling my MIL that they couldn't even find record of the sale. Kind of hard to believe, especially because this dresser is one of their "specialty pieces" and very unique (she showed them pictures). So disheartening. We fixed the dresser ourselves, after waiting a month for them to make things right. I will likely never buy anything from them again and hope my new sectional lasts longer than the dresser did.

Feeling welcomed is very important.
