This Goodwill like all the others are overpriced for used and stained items/items missing. If you want Coochie cream on your clothes, then come here they should be taking out the overly stained and Coochie creamed items. Will not return overpriced and unsanitary.

Used to be a big fan of Goodwill, but then things changed. I noticed it mostly in 2019 when they got a new CEO. Prices went up quite a bit. Even then, it's a little bit ridiculous. What they're charging for some items when they are all donated. Some items are priced higher than it would be to buy retail in a store even with missing parts. It seems that Goodwill has forgotten what it is to be a secondhand store. If Goodwill can't make money offering better prices for the merchandise then I would have to question their corporate to see who's getting paid too much money.

Just picked up a really cool old vintage console record player at the Durango location. Looking forward to refinishing it! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Paul was a big help to my daughter and me loading it in our truck. Thanks so much!

I didn't go inside the Goodwill Southern Nevada store. I come here to drop off donations often. This recent visit I dropped off clothes (8-10 year, and baby -5yr), shoes, and some furniture. There was plenty of help at the time. The gentleman were very nice and helpful. Immediate assistance was at the car to help me unload all of the donations. The location is really easy to get to. It's right off of the 215/Durango. You can also get to this Goodwill location by going the 95/Durango, and it's a few blocks down. If you're looking to donate items, this is a really good place to donate to. Goodwill diverted over 26 million pounds of usable items from their local landfill in 2016.

Lots of furniture

This was our first visit here at this location. It was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. We wandered around the aisles and looked at everything. There was a Christmas decor area, pet supplies, kitchen and Knick knacks. There was a lot of clothing and furniture. This was a great place to look around.

This is a chair cover I purchased. Looked to be brand new and grabbed it for a really great price.

I go to several of them frequently to see if I can find any treasures. Although I think that sometimes their prices are a little high being that most things are donated to them, I tend to shop for the items that are tagged with the discounted color tag of the day and add on another 20% off with my senior discount (55+) and sometimes I can get some really good deals. I tend to go right when they open as they seem to be busier in the afternoon and I rarely go on weekends as you can't seem to get thru the aisles with your cart. Don't ever you leave your cart unattended to look at something, I have had people literally take things out of my cart. Hey if they really needed it that badly, they can have it. I love the staff here at Durango because they have to put up with a few rude people every now and then. I always try and smile when I approach the counter (but then I remember, I'm wearing a mask and the can't see my smile) so when they ask how am I? I respond with a kind voice and let them know yes I am listening. I always end with "I appreciate you and have a wonderful day! I only wish that when they have broken or damaged items on the shelves or racks that they would discard them. Makes no sense to have them out to sell. Just a suggestion.

Unfortunately, today was the most unpleasant experience I've had. While I fully respect the closing times, from about 30 minutes before close, a staff member began repeatedly shouting over the intercom. At 7:57 p.m., I was at the back of the store, literally about to head up to pay, when the new security guard approached me and sternly said the store was closed. I checked my phone and calmly said, "It's 7:57; I've got three minutes," as I was preparing to head up front. He walked to the front, where my mom was already in line, and spoke negatively about me to another staff member, not realizing she was my mom. As I walked toward the front to pay, he continued glaring at me with an angry expression. My mom and I exchanged a look, surprised by the hostility. I love this store, but no customer should feel targeted or unwelcome for simply shopping until it's time to pay. I hope management can address this so loyal customers like myself can feel welcome again.

It has 315 location around the world, in the US, Canada and Australia (where I visited one of their stores earlier in the year). They purchase donated in bulk from charities, and then sorts through and reprices items for resale, sometimes for higher prices than when brand new. This was plainly obvious as my wife found examples where the original tag was kept on the merchandise, and had a LOWER price than the new sale tag...they should at least spend the effort to either remove the old tag or make sure the new price is lower. That being said, my wife did find a used Keurig coffee maker that she wanted to use as a secondary in case of need.

Hi Yelp friends!…read more This was my first time here. This is a super cute little resale boutique. Lotsa variety. All different sizes and styles. Some clothes, hats, shoes, other things. I feel like I did really good finding a half dozen cute tops for a really good discount. It's not so big a store where you feel over whelmed. It was just right. They have a beautiful mirror to use and cute little dressing rooms to try stuff on, which is perfect. The girl that works the register is very sweet. I asked her how it works and she was very kind to explain. You read the sign just above the clothes. They will state the sizes and any other info. Each little closet area is owned by a different person so that's why all the clothes are not sectioned by size. This is definitely a fun shop to visit for a fun thrifting afternoon. The parking lot is good size so I was able to find a spot. Though it is kinda busy. There are quite a few other shops and restaurants. It is situated back on the bottom floor of the shopping mall. Look for the cute Indy clover sign. Check it out if you are in the area. I recommend.

This was my first time selling my own clothes here and you can rent the booth for $35 a week. Although my booth didn't do the best I thought it was a great experience. It would have helped more if someone walked me thru it more instead of making me uncomfortable. Overall, I figured it out .

They have no idea how to price items according to brand names. I saw a pair of Rock Revival jeans for 9.99 but a pair of no name cheap internet jeans named Fashion Nova used for 9.99. Please make that make sense! I was getting so frustrated at these prices that I just decided to put back what I found and just not even bother. It's a freaking thrift store for goodness sake! I'm not going to pay $20 for a pair of worn jeans when I know that they should be at least half that price! No wonder the racks were bursting at the seams, nothing is moving. It's just too freaking expensive for a thrift store. I went to Plato's closet and was able to find a brand new pair of jeans in current style at this moment for $13 which was a steal. Then I stopped by savers on Rancho and scored a deal on 2 pairs of really good quality jeans for only $13. Now that's what you call a deal and that's what prices should be at a thrift store. Unless something is at a deep discount, I would not at all recommend going to any Goodwill thrift store, especially this one.

It has little monetary value, but to my family, it's everything. When I realized two days later what had happened, I rushed back to the store and searched through the linens, hoping for a miracle. The manager, Tiffany, and sales associate, Kelly, immediately jumped in to help, heading into the backroom and digging through inventory to try to find it. They couldn't locate it that day, but they didn't brush me off or treat it like "just another donation." I had accepted it was gone forever and was heartbroken. A few days later, I got the call I had been praying for. They found it! Processors , Rosa and Adriana, recognized it from the photo that had been shown them four days earlier (!!) and notified the manager. Tiffany even reviewed security footage to figure out who I was, and Kelly had thoughtfully saved my contact information from our earlier conversation. Because these women cared, TRULY cared, I was reunited with something that means the world to my family. I can't even put into words how grateful I am. What they did went so far beyond their job descriptions, and I will never forget their kindness.
