The racks here were so jampacked that you couldn't browse through them especially women's jeans. And whoever is pricing, these items is totally nuts! They have no idea how to price items according to brand names. I saw a pair of Rock Revival jeans for 9.99 but a pair of no name cheap internet jeans named Fashion Nova used for 9.99. Please make that make sense! I was getting so frustrated at these prices that I just decided to put back what I found and just not even bother. It's a freaking thrift store for goodness sake! I'm not going to pay $20 for a pair of worn jeans when I know that they should be at least half that price! No wonder the racks were bursting at the seams, nothing is moving. It's just too freaking expensive for a thrift store. I went to Plato's closet and was able to find a brand new pair of jeans in current style at this moment for $13 which was a steal. Then I stopped by savers on Rancho and scored a deal on 2 pairs of really good quality jeans for only $13. Now that's what you call a deal and that's what prices should be at a thrift store. Unless something is at a deep discount, I would not at all recommend going to any Goodwill thrift store, especially this one. read more

I would give 2.5 stars if I could. Had a few odd interactions with employees of this location this morning. I was in the very middle of a rack of tanks and he shoved the section I had looked at to replace a few tanks I hung on the outside so I could actually look through the rack. They overstuff the racks to the point of ridiculousness and you can't even move things to look through it. I told the guy that & he said "i hear that all the time" and proceeded to interrupt my browsing. Very rude! Then a gal down the row from me was told by an Asian lady working there " You know you're looking at size large," and we both took that to be a rude insult to that gal she said that to. For starters, if you don't look through all the sizes you will miss items that will work for you because despite them being sectioned off by sizes, all sizes are in all sections!!! Then at checkout the Asian gentleman handled my clothes I was buying so poorly he damaged a sequined y2k tank I bought! Will show picture. He also originally tried to overcharge me by not discounting the color tag of the week and asking me to round up. I looked at him said no and said "what about the color tag discount?" then he supposedly retotaled and asked me to round up adding $10 more!?!?!? NO. Will never return to this store. Train your staff to be friendly and quit jamming the clothes racks so tightly. read more

Came into this goodwill store today 10/26/25. Store was completely unorganized and items were tossed on shelves. Looked like an episode of hoarders with junk everywhere. Store could be more organized with items in the right places and the variety could be bigger. Store did not seem big on the inside. DVD variety was not the best. Condition of the store set the vibe off. I was with my boyfriend and he was looking for work shoes. Store has very low ratings. We were not greeted by employees upon arrival. Store was run down and looked old. Needs an update and upgrade as well as remodel and the interior needs to be nicer. Store had an old thrift store smell to it. read more

I just want to recognize three exemplary employees that went out of their way to make my shopping experience truly amazing! After finding a ton of treasures in a tidy and well organized store, a beautiful check out girl named Ellivia, was so patient while I was trying to use some gift cards left over from Christmas, then when her register froze a lovely young man named Drew came over with a smile and quickly called corporate to solve the problem. I had purchased a lot of heavy items like wall art and since I couldn't take the cart out to my car, Drew and another awesome employee name Johnathan brought everything out to my car! You can't get this kind of service at Neiman Marcus!! Bravo and kudos to this whole staff. They are such an asset to your company. Please acknowledge their service. read more

This location generally has great items and the staff is AMAZING! But goodwill has absolutely gone to trash. I found some amazing items that didn't have tags, and the staff had to refuse to sell to me. They said they would put it back on the shelf the next day with a tag due to a new policy. I work the next day, I can't come to this side of town... so if you find great things without tags, maybe just slip them in your bag. BOOOO goodwill! Savers is so much better than you! read more

Today at approximately 11:00am I had one bag to drop off. The door was blocked by a blue bin, I couldn't get around it, so I was able to slide it back a bit and squeeze my way in. Unbeknown to me there was an employee watching my struggle. I jokingly said, you don't want me to come in huh! No response he's just looking at me, so I ask where should I put this. This man who apparently doesn't like his job or people or maybe just me, rudely says just put it anywhere. Wow, I said thank you, no response from Mr Personality. There was formally a drop off location in the Mountain View Hospital parking lot, they were friendly and helpful. read more

A goodwill customer service person just walked by and said as she was walking.....Please do not open the packages because the employees have to put the stuff together I asked what packages there's video cameras all over the store what are you talking about she just kept walking. She's a coward. Saying something and not even stopping for the person to respond to it very cowardly. She says stuff flippantly to people walking by and she represents Goodwill. She's not doing a very good job of it but she does represent Goodwill. By the way Goodwill has a no return policy so if you don't open up a box that's taped up and you hope what's inside ... that's on you!! This store is a discace. A disabled Veteran had to walk back into the store to give the store manager a penny. He even argued that she had a nickel in her wallet. This location is a superstore! It's very big and very organized I love it! I found some extremely nice items name brand items as well and the day we went they had 50% off every tag except for red and gray My total bill was around $50 and with that 50% off I walked out of there with a bunch of stuff for 25 bucks. Nobody has ever left a review of this location so I figured I should. This place is wonderful! It's a bit smaller than some of the other locations around town, but it's clean, well lit, smells good, nicely arranged, lots of good stock variety AND they have a nice book section and jewelry counter to browse. I have exited this location many times with a new-found treasure to crow over. Oh, also, the staff in this location have always been warm, friendly and helpful. read more

I love the people who work here. They are so friendly and helpful, especially Katrina, Nina and some of the older guys who keep the place clean and organized. We appreciate you guys! My only gripe is that they keep allowing this reseller lady who likes to film and record everyone shopping and everything she buys and post her videos on YouTube. She starts filming from the entrance of the store to the back as well as in between shelves and aisles. My husband and I found ourselves included on two of her videos without our permission; and I'm sure everyone else she captured in all her videos; shopping around her, didn't give her their authorization to record them as well. I have complained to their corporate office online so many times with no replies and one Goodwill representative told me to go talk to the managers at that location. As a customer, I can see that there is a no recording sign at the front door. So why aren't they upholding their own Goodwill rules? At least for the protection of ALL of their customers and not just for the benefit of one person who is obviously getting paid to post YouTube videos for her reselling business. I was appalled as one manager said to me that maybe Goodwill sees that as positive advertisement and decided to not act upon the complaints. There are privacy laws that protects us customers in stores, casinos or ANY business. It isn't right even if it is positive advertising for Goodwill. It only takes one pissed off lawyer to see their kids or their own face on one of these resellers videos and Goodwill will wish they were more strict with their filming and privacy rules. I've never been to a donation place that would make a old lady load the bins ! He didn't open or hold the door when he saw I was struggling! Shame on you ! I will never donate there again . This is an affordable place where you can get decent clothes at a fair price. I usually come here to get work pants for my husband since he works construction and the pants are great material and last him a long while. Definitely get ur money's worth. I love thrifting. read more

I pulled in to the "donations parking" spot with 6 bags of donations and before I could put my truck in Park the attendant was already on his way out with his cart. He was friendlier than any of the attendants at any of the donation centers. Pretty sure I'll be bringing all of my donations to this location! read more

From an employee's point of view, DON'T WORK HERE!!! I worked at this goodwill for about 4 months and I'm so glad I left this place and all its nasty people behind. First of all, Nauddie, the NOW front supervisor, was incredibly rude and disgusting towards me as well as many other 'newer' employees. She was homophobic towards me and I even heard her on occasion saying the most transphobic things about people. She would frequently steal things away from my working station THAT HELPED ME DO MY JOB in the warehouse and claim it was because "I'm not supposed to have it" but then I would see her using it out of her own pocket. One day, she took something off my station when I was on vacation, it was something that I used to help do my job, and she priced it and put it out on the floor for customers to use. I remember one day, I called her out for being transphobic and she went and cried to our manager making it all about her. When I first started out and I needed a supervisor to check my cart for pushing out during the day, she would roll her eyes or smirk at other coworkers making fun of me like I was doing something wrong. It made me feel horrible. She even was secretly dating one of the people working at this location who doesn't work there anymore. I know because they told me. She was so incredibly jealous of me being around this person she was dating even though I was WAYYY younger than both of them. This corporation does NOTHING to help those in need. The managers do NOTHING with complaints. The DAs get paid more than all of us to do nothing. I remember one DA while I was working at this location was so incredibly annoying, and wouldn't do his job. Which resulted in delays with my job and my team's job. The managers of course LOVED him and would talk to him all the time while he was supposed to be moving in our product. Even after an incident, where this same DA picked up another OLDER DA and physically THREW HIM ON THE GROUND because he was asked to do his job, the managers took forever to fire him. They suspended him for a few days, then when he came in finally, they fired him and I SPECIFICALLY remember seeing my manager giggling with him as she was escorting him out. This location overall is FILTHY. The shelves are completely unorganized and the ground, bathroom, and even items priced on the shelves are repulsing. All thanks to the entire team that worked there when I worked there QUITTING. They had us overprice EVERYTHING. If we priced an object at a reasonable price, they'd have us rip the tag off and start over. If you're thinking of being an employee here, just know that going above and beyond at this job will STILL never be enough for those managing this location. Save yourself the time and stress, and work at Walmart or something that pays DECENT instead. Not $10.50/hr. It's not worth it. This was the worst, most stressful, and confusing job I have ever worked! read more
