They permanently closed all the dressing rooms! Personally, half of the experience of 'thrift store shopping' is trying stuff on! Plus they have a no return or exchange policy - why the heck would I buy something without trying it on in the first place but DEFINITELY not when there's no options if I buy it, take it home to try on and discover it either doesn't fit or looks terrible on me! I come here at least once a month. But it's always to drop off donations. The person that receives the item is ALWAYS nice, friendly and polite. They look through the boxes to see if there's anything that is not accepted and rarely do they find anything like that from me. The loading area is always clean and neat. They have an ample supply of carts to put your boxes and bags in. Yesterday it happened. He thanked me and said, "but we cannot accept this item." I apologized and said, "Now I know." He thanked me for my donation and offered me a receipt - they always do. I don't need them - can't claim this stuff anyway. So I like coming to this store, it's the closest to my house and near to a lot of businesses that I patronize. This way I can incorporate a bunch of stops and be MORE EFFICIENT! read more

I always loved this goodwill. Until I came in here with a cane due to a painful knee injury I dealt with for over 6 months. A older worker, I think her name is Tommy asked about my cane. I told her I have an injury and she made a joke! It was uncalled for. I messaged corporate and they took a long time to respond and they only responded after I said I will leave a review. So I'm now leaving this review just so that people know my experience and that I felt like my pain & injury was mocked. I refuse to go back to a place that treated me with such disrespect. read more

I will not be donating anything here ever again. These people had the most ungrateful, rude attitude I have ever encountered at a donation facility. The male employee with long blonde hair in a ponytail and the blonde mustache/beard was so rude. I had a bag of brand new items, still in their boxes with price tags on them. When I put the bag in the donation cart, he started ripping the bag at the top and ends, cherry picking through my donations with the most ungrateful attitude. When I made ONE comment about how this felt rude to me, he blew up, started talking over me and raising his voice at me. When I corrected him, he told me he has worked there for 6 years and he can act however he wants. I asked him if 6 years working at Goodwill excuses unprofessional behavior, and of course he ignored that question. Lol, okay! Have fun trying to keep your job when no one donates anything for you to sell anymore and you don't even have a facility to work at. These people won't get anything of mine going forward. read more

Gotta sing some praises and give thanks to this Goodwill. Their staff is really great and they have provided amazing service. Story: I donated things here several times, and they made that whole drop-off in the back pretty easy and the workers taking in donations are helpful and patient. It's a little awkward and tricky finding the bay but they have cones set up so it's smooth enough. The store is decent sized inside and is fairly organized, even though they are in a tight spot in the corner of a little shopping center. I donated things yesterday and put some items in there that weren't supposed to be donated...yikes. (All my bad. Chalk it up to context switching and too much multitasking--I grabbed the wrong things.) Later, when my mistake was pointed out that day, I called them and they answered the phone quick, and took my info. They were honest with me and said they couldn't promise they'd still have them (fair) but would try (cool.) I ran over there to try to get them back. They didn't have the staff on hand at the end of the day to look thoroughly but they tried. They said call back tomorrow. It could take them a day to a week to find them if they were there. I called the next day, today. The manager had my info and knew the story. They weren't found yet. About 2 hours later she called me back and let me know they located them! I came over to confirm and pick them up. She handed them right to me and made it easy. (Special shoutout to Chantal, and Carolina. Overall something like 5 people at least helped me so they are much appreciated.) Saved me SO MUCH grief! They communicated great even though I made the mistake and was putting them out of their way. They obviously have good process control and management to handle something like that quickly. In my opinion. Everyone I talked to there was nice and helped where they could. Even the gentlemen stocking shelves and tidying up yesterday gave great service--he chatted with me and my son about vintage toys. I really appreciate him taking a minute to connect with customers. Goodwill is a huge Big Business/Corp, but the people with their boots on the ground have been great. This location impressed me the most! I'm sure I'll go back. read more

I came here looking for a dress to wear for Halloween. I was quite impressed with the layout of the store! Things are color coordinated, which is fun and the prices are reasonable. I didn't find anything, but my daughter found a very nice dress up gold lame dress from Neiman Marcus. Also, if you are looking for computer cords or electronic device cords, this is the place to search for them! There is a whole little section devoted to cords-without-their-devices. You never know what you come across here, kind of like going to a permanent garage sale. read more

This Goodwill was really disappointing in terms of quality and selections. If felt more like an indoor garage sale as opposed to a Goodwill store. Ok sized literature section, small furniture section, small home decor area with motivational wood signs which were pretty cool. The used appliances and much of the plasticware were in "give it away or toss it" condition. Partially burned candles and unkept shelving really gave the store a dirty feel. I didn't look at the clothing selections except for a small rounder of overpriced jackets near the door. Perhaps the price points since it's freezing out and jackets are in demand. I did visit a few shoes rows and they very unorganized. I believe Goodwill can at least section shoes by size which would contribute to a better shopping experience. I would not return to this location based on the overall selection of options and conditions of the products. I usually strike gold at Goodwills but apparently not the case with each location. read more

I absolutely love this store! Excellent customer service, wide range of great items and easy to park! I always widen my already huge wardrobe at his store! I consistently find nice jeans, shoes & tops! I'm rather picky, too!, On my last visit I found a white pair of Micheal Kors skinny jeans, a MK bling bling top to match and a great pair of Italian sandals! All for under $20!! I am 8 months pregnant and I called if I could drop some things off. I get there, ask if I can borrow a cart excuse I had a lot. It was heavy due to other, books and other knick knacks in it. I pull it into the store and this rude women goes it goes around the back coroner. I said well that was not mentioned to me when I asked about the cart, as well as called. The cart was so heavy I looked at them and said well I 2ill have to come get the extra two bags I was carrying because I have no room. I till didn't see where they meant and got an attitude snappy response when I asked. One or the women grabbed the extra two bags and carried them back. I could see what an absolutely HUGE disadvantage to her. Then they go through my things like I'm lying about that brand now soap set thing I never used. When I had first talked back there another woman saw me and asked if I was okay because it was 100 degrees out I was having trouble breathing and extremely light headed I explained I'm pregnant. The the entire process what a joke. They don't even have signs where you are supposed to go to drop off things . My wife and I had an unpleasant experience at this Goodwill last month that left a really nasty taste in our mouths. Briefly, when we exited the store after making some purchases, we were confronted by store security. Without bothering to introduce themselves nor to use courtesies such as "Excuse me" or "Please" or "May I ...?", they demanded asked look inside my wife purse, suggesting she had stolen something. My wife revealed the contents of the bag to show she had not. Rather than apologizing for making her wrongful accusation, the security person suggested my wife was at fault for the incident, because she had removed her own sweater while shopping. We contacted Goodwill and, again, rather than offering anything in the way of an apology, they explained the need for security, specifically, that security came first -- apparently even before customer service. Compared to, say, Thrift Town, Goodwill leaves much to be desired. They have a wide selection of stuff: clothing, accessories, books, records, household wares, and electronics. Items aren't alway organized very neatly or logically though, so finding what you want or need sometimes takes digging and a little luck. Also, the store smells a little funny, it's not super-clean, there's not much privacy in the changing rooms, the employees are a little kooky at times (or downright rude), and finding items in your specific size can be tricky Bottom line: Goodwill does good charitable work, and I applaud that they offer job training. However, being a charity is no reason not provide a good customer experience the way other thrift stores, both non-profit (Weave) and for-profit (Thrift Town) do. read more

Like most businesses, if you expand too quickly and have too many stores, then a quality assurance problem is inevitable. In a bizarro world, only a Goodwill store would be an anchor tenant in a suburban strip mall... It would be sorta crowded (i.e. a steady line of customers for two cashiers) ... and a security guard welcomes you. Does that mean I'm at risk, or the merchandise? I felt safe, so there must be plenty of shoplifting happening, here. Prices were more expensive than I expected for a thrift store. Good signage explains prices: $4 shorts / skirts; dresses $6-10; women's coordinates (2 pc. dress / suits) average $13. This location is HUGE for a thrift store, and it's well organized: clothing organized by article (shirt, skirts, etc.) and by color; books / records; housewares; etc. They even have BRAND NEW items -- mostly stuff you'd find at a dollar store, but they charge more than $1. No, it doesn't seem that clean. The store has a strange smell -- not like grandma's attic musk, but there was particularly pungent body odor near the dressing rooms as I surveyed the shorts. ** gag! ** Was it another shopper, or dresses on the round rack? LOTS of BOOKS, CASSETTE TAPES and RECORDS... but where were the CDs? I could not find them. Probably good for my pocketbook! My cashier seemed friendly enough; lots of staff members seemed plenty busy but available if you need help... not sure what the customer service complaint is. read more

This place is so weird I can't decide if I like it or not. On one hand I am totally intrigued by the bizarre collection of 70's and 80's clothing. On the other hand I am totally disgusted by the bizarre collection of 70's and 80's clothing. I had to give someone a ride to the urgent care nearby and the wait was forever. So I decided to wander around the complex it was attached to and see what was there. Nail salon, pass. Laundromat, pass. Goodwill, pas-- wait, is that a hookah in the display case? What the heck kind of Goodwill is this? Only one way to find out. Aside from the hookah I also spotted Dutch shoes and a parlor guitar with nylon strings. I don't know anything about guitars, to be honest. That's my dad's area of expertise, but the $170 tag on it meant I wasn't going to find out anything new at this time, anyway. So I moved on to the rest of the store. Rows and rows of funky clothing. 1970's skirts, 1980's blouses. I got a little paranoid that I slipped into some sort of time vortex. They had some rows of shoes sorted not by size but by color. I didn't look too closely because I am weird about feet and don't want used shoes. I started feeling like I was snooping through someones really large and outdated wardrobe rather than a store, so I took my leave. On the way out I noticed they had some bric-a-brac and toys, but didn't feel like spending anymore time looking around. If I have to take anyone to the med center again I might be back for a longer look. read more

This Goodwill is very "meh". I come here mostly for the books and the occasional pot/pan/dish. The clothes are not worth the price they're asking most of the time. They write on their glass and ceramic items with wet-erase markers, which is a nice idea until you realize that the sweat from your hand wiped off part of the price, and when you ask them to reprice it, they don't trust that you're telling them the right price so they jack the price up to a ridiculous amount. This happened with a Patron bottle stopper that we were interested in for a crafting project. It was originally marked .99 and when we brought it to the guy, he repriced it to $3.99. Riiiiiight, someone's totally gonna pay that much for something like that... I don't hate it here or anything, but I only really go here because it's close by. read more

Don't think I'll be back to this store though. Heard some boss with long dark hair berating an employee and I so badly wanted to throttle her neck, totally unprofessional. Was going to intervene and ask for the store manager but if it turned out to be her I'd have to resort to intimidating her with my physical presence. read more

I've never really went thrifting before, so I decided to give it a try at this Goodwill store. It was very interesting and an ideal place to find some second hand items. Some of the items were gently used while some looked beaten up. There wasn't really anything attention grabbing at the clothing section (which was what I really came for), but I did buy a book and board games for a great deal. It's not the go-to store to buy EVERYTHING here, but if you want something that's not worth buying new, you can find it at Goodwill. read more

The 'hood where this Goodwill store is unfortunately located shouldn't elude the avid thrifter because what lies within is AWESOME: miles of aisles of well-organized, color-coded treasures. The mix of vintage and used-like-new makes the time-consuming riffling well worth the while. I love thrifting and frequently go to go goodwill just about every other day. It would seem extremely fair that you should be able to negotiate price on items that they get donated, which I've successfully done a few times. However, today, I wanted to purchase a way over priced furniture item, and the manager would not budge an inch. It was very irritating because it was broken, old and needed work, they were asking way too much for it. Yes I'm aware their prices have risen in the past years. It shouldn't even be called a thrift store anymore, really. But the whole point of this is they get this stuff for FREE. And the owner of goodwill makes well over 1.2 million a year, and then they have the balls to ask if you want to donate to job training. It was just extremely disappointing I couldn't buy that piece for my daughter because it was so outrageously priced! read more

This location was recently remodeled, and it really brightened up the store. This is one of the best Goodwill's I've been to. A nice selection of clothes, housewares and even records. Scored The Go-Go's "We Got the Beat" on vinyl for a couple bucks. Some of the clothes can run a little high for used, but then you can score some unbelievable deals. I got a $100 pin-up dress for $6, for example. It's not the biggest Goodwill, but they pack a lot in without it feeling cramped. read more

Horrible experience here today shopping with my boyfriend and our children. We were perusing the children's clothing, when an employee in the next isle over, whom I had assumed just organized the isle we were in, looked at me pulling an item off the rack to look at it, and immediately snapped at us with a, "REALLY?! I'm not dealing with this shit", and then she stormed off into the back of the store. Completely shocked, and utterly confused, it took my boyfriend and I a minute to realize she was actually speaking to us. We had done nothing wrong, our children were strapped into the stroller, and were behaving well. We weren't dropping items off the rack, and we weren't moving items around the isle. We were simply shopping, looking at merchandise, and this woman had the audacity to snap at us. I have NEVER in my entire life been treated so rudely in a retail setting of any sort. My boyfriend had to ask the manager for a personal apology before we heard anything from this woman, and even at that, it was miserable and insincere. Bad attitudes, and rude staff. Won't be coming back here as long as stinkers like this are bitching up the place. read more

Most of the stuff could have come from Ross. And the whole place was completely over-priced. Home items were outrageous. There were Ikea dishes that cost more used at the Good Will than they do new at Ikea. Cheap, old books cost between $2 and $5. And forget about crafting items. I looked at a bag of used yarn: $6.50. Where else would you get Risk, Sorry and Trivial pursuit for $1.50 or a vase for 99c. I love that store as both donate and shop at. As for their new collection i try to buy what I need from them there as it may be a dollar or two more than other stores but its for a good cause not so some guy and his family can have multi million dollar beach houses all over the world. read more
