Brand new location, just opened. I haven't been inside yet, so I can't speak to that, but I did swing through their donation drop off area to donate some odds n ends which I hope find a nice new home. It was clean on the outside with a nice covered area for dropping off items. The employee was very friendly. Worth noting is that after driving through the donation line if you want to hit the light before the McDonalds to exit back onto Gamtzel to go either north or south, you can't go left around the back of the building. The very first time I went in was just to look around and see what they had. It's a very clean and organized store and the employees are always working, I've never seen them just standing around. Well, then I started bringing my 8 week old Golden Retriever, Winston in. Everyone fell in love with him. They decided to make him their mascot. He's now 8 months old and working hard to be a service dog. I owe them a lot for accepting me and Winston into their hearts and store. I do love going to this goodwill it is always clean and the staff is friendly but you need to do better with clothes pricing it is ridiculous. Shein clothes is $10+ Walmart clothes close to $10 here.The tanks i buy at Walmart are $3 and they were selling the same ones at goodwill for $6 for something 2nd hand...If i want a day dress close to $20. The kids clothes is decently priced just not women's wear. These are donated clothes 100% profit ‍Overall I'll be back but i can rarely find a good deal for women's clothing. Store is always clean when I go and people are friendly. I had a small issue and happened to speak to the store manger about it (didn't know it was her at the time). If I could leave a ZERO I would. If you're like any normal person that wants to come to a thrift store and not spend $10 on each item (especially a goodwill), you're going to ask to negotiate maybe a dollar off of each item. We asked the manager if we could SIMPLY "negotiate" and in the rudest, and most sarcastic voice, she says "thats actually illegal so no". 1. she didn't even want to listen to what we wanted to negotiate and 2. it's not illegal whatsoever! We go to Goodwills all the time and negotiate. AND my strongest point here is: WHY IS IT SO HARD TO NEGOTIATE PRICES OF THINGS YOU GET FOR FREE! and to top it all off when we asked for her name, nobody would tell us. Stupid! She could have simply said "Im sorry not today" but instead gave us misinformation, and tried to play it off in the most disrespectful way. She was in a pissy and annoyed mood and had to take it out on us. Donna Paterson (I think her last name is ) deserves to be fired, for not listening to her OWN POLICIES and for wasting our time. For the most part this store is one of my faves. Clean, well organized and good items. The issue I have is about ethics of employees. Regularly when I'm at this location, I see one particular guy show up right as the new merchandise is coming out. He goes directly to a particular bin, grabs what he wants and always shouts "tell Heather thank you" or if Heather is right there, he thanks her directly. Yesterday, I saw her direct him to a bin and he grabbed a bag of flatware and a bag of toys. He thanked Heather and she commented "I looked up a large spoon in that bag, it's valuable". I know a lot of people do not like the fact that resellers shop thrift stores...but you cannot stop that and they are within their rights to make a living. But Goodwill should not allow their employees to tip off friends/family when particular types of items are donated and ready to be put on the shelves. I have witnessed this man and this employees do this at least a dozen times in the last 2 months. Management should not allow! read more

I haven't shopped at a Goodwill for awhile. I went in and found multiple items I wanted to try on and found out there are no dressing rooms. I asked why that is and was told since Covid and people misusing the dressing rooms they no longer have them but have a 7 day return policy. So I am supposed to buy stuff, take it home to try it on and bring it back if it doesn't fit properly? That is not convenient whatsoever. I have given them 1000's of dollars worth of free stuff over the years and they can't even provide us a simple convenience of trying on clothes...forget it. I will donate elsewhere and shop elsewhere. read more

Purchased a sewing machine table with sewing machine inside with original accessories. A guy took the table to the back until I was able to borrow a vehicle to pickup. I picked up 3 days later. During that time an employee that works in the back stole the original tin that was in that table that had about 10 attachments and original paperwork for the sewing machine. I didn't notice until I got home. I wouldn't have taken the item home if I noticed. I should have checked. Super frustrating. I called the store 15min after pickup, and the girl who answered was very kind and took down my name and number and said they would get back to me. I wish I remembered her name bc she's always so kind when I see her! Thank you for helping me. But I wish I was able to be reimbursed some money bc now I have to purchase those items elsewhere which aren't going to be cheap. I was given the option to return, but the hassle of having to borrow a vehicle again isn't worth it. Anyways. Overall. The store is brand new, so it's nice clean and organized. But the items are overpriced which seems like all Goodwills these days. Some things even higher priced than new. But, hidden treasures are worth it sometimes. So if you purchase anything here, make sure to take it home the same day bc they've got a rat in the back. Ha read more

I shop at Goodwill all the time. I've always deemed it a good cause. But it's so different now that it's for profit. I bought an electric appliance. I got it home, and it didn't work. And because I work really long hours and I don't live in the area. It took me up 30 days to bring the pot back. It was not cheap. I get up to the counter with my receipt, because I was told at the time of purchase , just bring it back within the next thirty days and if it doesn't work,and you we'll get store credit. I get to the counter, and the girl tells me you needed to bring it back in seven days. We're not gonna honor this. I took the pot with me because I didn't want them to resell it to somebody else. A broken item. I'm just gonna order the pot online knowing it works and that it's guaranteed. I was so disappointed. I donate items every time i come. It was a store credit! Used stuff. They took a really hardcore attitude. Very poor management. read more
