Going down hill. Expensive, items just thrown on the shelf, and anything worth considering goes to the on line auction. Goodwill is tax exempt, yet I have to pay taxes on the items they got for free. Gas prices and tariffs do not affect these price so it is just piling on greed. read more

The workers at the Bartlett store genuinely care and are very sweet and friendly- always! This is consistently the most pleasurable Goodwill store in the whole area to shop in. Prices are reasonable, too and not inflated. read more

On a Sunday morning, I realized that my 'giveaway bag' had grown quite large. It was time to make a donation. I didn't know what time this Goodwill location would start accepting donations, but when I called, the staff was friendly and helpful. I had never even pulled into the parking lot before. The gentleman that I spoke with told me exactly where to go for a drop off. When I arrived, a gentleman came out of the door almost immediately and explained the donation/tax receipt to me. He took the donations inside and I was gone in less than two minutes. The best part of my visit? When my 15 year old son noticed the sign about employment. He felt good about helping someone less fortunate and started a new 'giveaway bag' as soon as we got home. read more

They don't honor the prices they have marked on their items, then they deny the purchase at the check out and try to upsell you at a higher price. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this store, but it will be the last. read more

I will have to go with Osiris V on this one. It's just OK... for a Goodwill. I don't expect anything stellar from them, but I was a bit disappointed that it smelled and was so unorganized... for a Goodwill. It's not the end of the world, but I'd like to have some idea of where something I'm searching for is located. It was a complete and total clusterfuck. The housewares didn't do much for me and it was completely unorganized. I didn't even bother with the clothing, because if they can't keep dishes together then there is no hope for that section. The shoes looked like a tornado hit them. They were strewn about and piled high with no rhyme or reason. However, I came across the holy grail of shoes - red Adidas sneakers - gently used for $3.99. My Sun Drop Girl costume is now whole! My boyfriend found a couple of items he wanted to try on, so we waited by the dressing rooms... and waited... and waited... and waited. No one seemed to be in charge of that area and when we both attempted to wave over an employee we had no such luck. The two young men were too busy tossing items at each other and messing around to bother helping the customers. read more

Bartlett's Goodwill has certainly been a savior to me. There have been a few times that I've need a one-time use outfit for a specific occasion and didn't want to waste the money. The solution? Go to Goodwill! I have always found everything I've needed with ease. I have always been met with a clean, well staffed, and well stocked store. Personally, I've never had a problem accessing the location, and parking has always been open. read more

Keeping hope alive has at least bumped up my star rating. My refusal to give up on this location finally paid up. After several trips of walking out empty-handed, every trip afterwards has hit big. The Housewares aisles have been cleaned up, and that smell is finally gone. Lack of labels that I look for continues to be an issue, but it's certainly not their fault. I blame the people in the area who donate... clearly they do not share my same taste in clothing. While I can't attest to any major clothing scores, I have scored some awesome deals including: Pottery Barn cloth-lined wicker hamper for $4.99 Huge bag of Bliss Labs skincare products for $.99 New Yankee Candle large jar candles for $3.99 New or nearly-new Company Store Primaloft king-sized comforter for $6.99 Gorgeous pair of Croscill pillow shams for $2.99 I hope I haven't jinxed myself. read more

I visit this Goodwill at least once a week. They are priced well. I always find one or two things that I can use. I like that they are organize but the thing is I feel like they don't turn over inventory like most Goodwill do. I went three weeks in a row and it was the same dresses on the rack. Other than that some of their pieces are a bit overprice. Goodwill is a non-profit organization but doesn't feel like it with the prices sometimes. You shouldn't be charging people the same price as if they could get it from the store. Remember that if it's high why would we buy it there if we can go to the store and get it brand new for the same price. read more

Meh. As I walked in I was hit with that used store smell. The place was a cluster f**k to say the least but it was a Saturday and all the thrifters were out. This is one of the smaller Goodwill's. They have Christmas items out...depressing!! It's April!! Their furniture selection wasn't that good either. Great for paper crafting supplies! This store is out of my way, and well worth the drive. They always have a lot of rubber stamps for sale, and I always find something I love. (And they know to not put the price tags over the pictures.) Often I can also find packs of labels or decorated printer paper. AND they are reasonably priced, unlike some stores that think they are Joann Fabrics and price accordingly. The music is on, but not blasting. My favorite Goodwill! read more

This is the most organized Goodwill I have ever seen. Absolutely fabulous! Staff are very kind.

Nice Goodwill! Found some furniture that was beyond dirt cheap, and fair prices for everything else I saw. I scored a pair of Coach shoes for 4.99, but noted even other cheaper brands were also 4.99. I would definitely come peruse this store again in the future. My interaction with the staff was good as well. Store was pretty clean. read more

I frequent resale shops quite often and while this store is friendly and somewhat organized it just is not up to par with others. One thing I would like to know is who decides on the pricing.? I know it's for a good cause, but heck alot of items I'm interested in priced to close to retail. Come on. Another thing, what are they using for glue on the tags-they are so hard to get off. I had several bags worth of miscellaneous things that we didn't need around the house anymore so I decided to give them away. Goodwill helped make it easy and convenient. They have an drive up system by the side entrance. I dropped off all my stuff and got a tax receipt back. Quick, easy, and it felt great to be able to donate old items that were no longer being used. read more

Good place to find used books, vintage barware. You should check any glass items because sometimes they are cracked or chipped (guess that is why they were donated). Occasionally will find a nice piece of clothing, sometimes with tags still on them. It is also a good place to shop for Halloween costumes. read more

The Bartlet Goodwill is a great place to find really good stuff. It's like a giant garage sale year round. Ive never had a problem getting into this location there are two enterances, one off of 59 and one off of shick. This store has a wide variety of just about everything. Ive gotten clothes, kitchen supplies, books, movies, bikes, toys, kids furniture and just tons of stuff from here. We also donate our old stuff back. This area has 4-5 Goodwill locations within a 10 mile radius, so if you are looking for something perticular and do not find it here just go to one of the others. read more

Nice store, clean & well kept. People are nice vs. other stores in the area. They have a drive thru area where they help you take items out of your car. Always cheerful & willing to help. read more

This lace is great ! You do have to actually check the size of the pants and not just rely on the little tag they put on it. Some clothes are in the wrong location probably because some lazy customer was too inconsiderate to put it back in the correct size place. I lucked out on some tools there as well. And where else can you get pants for $4.00 or &5.00 ? Clean place. Friendly staff . I love this place . All those years I was throwing good stuff away when I could have just donated it to Goodwill . What was I thinking . I'm a customer for life. read more

A had a brief experience in this Goodwill upon which my review is based. I was in the store looking for a specific kind of item that is kept in the locked display cases. I asked an employee to please open the case and as she was doing so she was chatting with another person who, from their conversation, I gathered was an off-duty employee. The woman who was helping me asked which side of the case I wanted open, which happened to be the side where the off-duty chick was standing. She opens the case and before I could say what I wanted to look at or reach for the item (because off-duty chick was effectively blocking me), off duty chick reaches into the case and grabs...of course... the item I wanted. At this point I did speak up and say, "Oh that's actually what I wanted to look at." The woman that had unlocked the case just sort of stared blankly at me and off duty chick, very happy with herself, exclaimed, "Ooh I want this!" Just stood there for a moment, contemplating my choices, and decided I wasn't going to make a scene in a Goodwill store over a $4 item. I just took one more incredulous look at both of them and said "oook...never mind, I guess." More blank stares and obliviousness. Kind of soured me on looking through the rest of the store, so I couldn't tell you anything else about this location. I do pass by this store with some regularity, so I will probably try again, but this is by far the worst experience I've had with Goodwill. read more

Normally I was not a fan of this location, however after visiting this location a few times I was pleasantly surprised. Occasionally they have good items but you have to hunt around. For clothing I was able to find some new Ralph Lauren dress pants for 12.99 whereas they retail for $149 at a normal retailer such a great deal. Often times I see lots of great household items at this location that other ones are scaling back on. I think if you're on the hunt for furniture to place in your new apartment or something, this is the place to start looking. I have seen vacuums and other such items here and there. This location is good because you can only access it going south on route 59. If you're heading north, keep going forward and find a place to do a u-turn. Overall I recommend this location more than the other ones I've been to. Employees also say a pleasant "Hello" when you enter through the door. No other Goodwill has done this so far, perhaps because they may feel miserable. read more

Excellent store! Very clean and well organized. Store employees were all friendly and helpful with lots of energy.

I went in to return a couple of clothing items from another location. I happened to be in the area and decided to return my stuff there. The manager suddenly became rude and said I wasn't able to do so because I needed to take the items back to the original store to be "verified". She totally thought those were my own belongings I was trying to return for store credit. WRONG. I guess people actually try getting away with doing that and she thought I was just another fool caught in the act. I've never had a problem returning items that were bought from another location. I can't get my money back, so shopping at a Goodwill and returning at another (different inventory) is something I practice if I'm not really satisfied with my merchandise or if I changed my mind on something I just bought. Every time I visit this location, there's nothing really satisfying anyway... and my experience with that manager wasn't either. read more
