only rated a one star because zero wasn't an option. This store has got so picky they hardly take anything. I mentioned it to the guy in the donation line after watching them turn car after car away. I was trying to donate a box of really nice wooden suit hangers, and of course "we don't take hangers." I said "you know people sometimes need these, his response was "then go give them to them.". so I told him his attitude was bad, which set him off. he told me to "F-off" and then challenged me to a fight (he was late 20's ish, I'm 64)...so I drove off. he was running after my car yelling obscenities Complete Bone-Head. SO PICKY! In the old days Goodwill was for people in need, so Goodwill readily accepted useable donations. Certainly no one expects them to take a filthy couch or chair that is falling apart and unsafe, but this place wouldn't accept a mahogany desk chair with a carved rosette from the 1950s and so solidly made, because it had a PAINT CHIP! Are you kidding me? Who in there own homes doesn't have a nice piece of furniture with a paint chip on the leg. Is the goal of Goodwill to actually help needy people who don't even own a chair or just to make money? The Goodwill of my childhood did not act like this. read more

This is without a doubt the best Goodwill donation center! Other Goodwills and donation centers in the surrounding area are picky with the items you can donate. Some don't accept large items or furniture, however this location accepts everything! I appreciate that and will continue donating to this location ONLY. Convenient and staff is quick and helpful. The drive thru is easy to pull in and out if you have a larger vehicle. NO DONATION CENTERS IN COLORADO ACCEPT MATTRESSES OR BED FRAMES UNFORTUNATELY. read more

Great location and clean store! Lots of clothing choices too because of the area... and a nice selection of furniture pieces located in the front of the store. I mostly come here to look at the home items and random knick-knacks. Also, come here for name brand clothing for my kiddos or myself. Like any second-hand shop it could be a hit or miss, but I've gotten some nice items for an affordable price. I frequent this place maybe once a month, depending if I'm in the area. The cashiers at the front have always been friendly. This is definitely a location to check out if you're a bargain shopper like me! read more

I love thrifting...it's my hobby. I purchased a set of nice vintage coffee and sides tables. I inspected the pieces and they were near perfect. When I got them home they had been damaged between the showroom and loading. I return to request a refund and I was informed that they no longer refund on furniture. I tried explaining that their staff damaged the furniture and the associated grabs some furniture oil and shows me how to cover the damage. I realized that there wasn't going to be any customer service and I asked that they train their loaders to handle the furniture more carefully. Ms. Blue Haired manager proceeded to argue with me about that her staff couldn't possibly mishandled it. Super lame customer service! It could have been handled instead of show me how to fix what they ruined. read more

I love a good thrift store! I find myself frequently donating to the Goodwill or ARC stores, but don't often browse the selections offered. At the advice of a friend, I checked out this location this past weekend! PRO's: ++ Outstanding inventory! The space is filled to the brim with clothes, shoes, dishware, purses, scarves and more! ++ Staff is really friendly, willing to help you find anything you need and lines are never that long! ++ All green and blue tagged items were an additional 50% off! ++ Prices are insanely low for just about everything! ++ Decent quality - depending on what you're looking for! ++ Due to being discontinued or "last season" a lot of inventory was donated from Walmart, which still had the tags on it! CON's: -- The store is in a bit of disarray and could use a good scrub down. -- You really have to dig to find exactly what you're looking for! -- I came across many items that had pretty bad stains on them - which was totally off-putting. As you can see, the pro's outweigh the con's, so I will gladly return! read more

This review does not go for the location and their goods / product offered but rather management and the donation center. We had gone in the Friday before moving and was told everything would be taken tomorrow; however, it was never communicated that they fill up early on Saturdays. As we show up with a rented truck, the donation worker, who would not give his name, about 5' 9 buzz cut slow looking goon. If you can't give your name, just don't be a shit head and be all rude to a whole family. Crap location. Manager would not give names of any individuals, so I hope this taints the whole image of the location. read more

Every so often I am looking for something and I get in a thift shop mood. Holidays are always catalysts for this, since you can find really unique, cheap finds. I recently moved back to this side of town and didn't even realize this Goodwill was here. It is nice and bright, clean and there is plenty of parking. Book/Media section is small-medium in size and pretty well organized (for a thrift shop). I liked it well enough. I would go back to look for some treasures. read more

Bought some things for Halloween that could be returned if I didn't wear them within 14 days. Came by to do that the day after I purchased them (didn't wear anything). It was 30min to get a manager (which is apparently necessary for this transaction). I would not come back here. read more

One register is open while one employee is dancing, one employee biting her nails while on her phone, and one employee is walking around eating. Why are there 5 or 6 employees and only 1 is actually working. Meanwhile the dressing rooms are closed because they are "short staffed" lady w short red hair only helpful one!!! read more

I have dropped many items off to this particular Goodwill over the last year. It troubles me that I have had several things turned away... because it was too much. I have heard employees say things to the effect that I have four bags, and they are only taking two bags today. That my cabinet was too big, and the employee would not take it. Surprisingly, this very topic came up in the neighborhood. We were talking about Goodwill turning away valuable items that we were giving to the community were being turned away at the door. Also discussed was that ARC does not turn away these valuable items [we] are donating to people who have needs. read more

Website explicitly states that bed frames in working condition are accepted at all locations. They refused to take said bed frame, wasting 30 minutes of my time during a move. Two of the three employees I spoke with were directly abrasive and rude about this. read more

Good selection of clothes, crap appliances, decent furniture. Was lucky enough to go on everything half off day, but they had ONE CASHIER on for the giant store so checking out took all night. Bought a cabinet, cashier said I could pull around and they would help me load it. Pulled around and guy walks out and says they're closed... was very rude and maybe just a little crazy. This was one of the best Goodwills I've ever been to by far. Because it was the first Saturday of the month they open at 7:30am and nearly everything is 50% off which was amazing. All of the employees were very nice and helpful, especially considering the time of day. Most of the Goodwills we go to smell bad, the clothes aren't clean, and everything is dirty. This one was really good, there was a large selection of both mens and women's clothing and furniture and electronic items. I would 100% percent recommend going even if it's a bit of a drive, it will definitely be worth it. read more

I can not recommend anyone go to this Goodwill if you are planning on shopping in the 99 cent store. The reason for this is the other CUSTOMERS are extremely rude and hostile. Upon entering the 99 cent store I went to an unattended box to start looking. I was immediately snapped at by another customer. Even though this customer was standing and digging through another box I was told she told that was her box to look through first. Apparently this group of customers comes daily at opening and look through all the boxes ( I'm presuming they are reselling these items). They are very hostile making it impossible for newcomers to look through the 99 cent material. They buy cart fulls on a daily basis, so I'm sure management is happy they come. Not worth a trip here for the 99 cent store to be treated so poorly by other customers. The rest of the store appears well stocked with lots of inventory but like most Goodwill overpriced ( hence wanting to shop the 99 cent store). read more

I'd leave a zero if I could! I just bought a wicker plant holder for .99 cents. The cashier who has oxygen (so he can be identified) said that it looked like someone had switched the tags and that the item was worth a whole $2.99. I didn't know what to say, because I didn't do anything to the tags. He kept on about it loudly, so that everyone could hear. The next cashier over looked on silently. I finally asked what he wanted to do about it and he said that he would just let me have it for .99 cents. Gee thanks! Maybe you should keep an eye on your CEO and not your customers!
