Saw bad reviews and wasn't expecting much, but I had a pleasant experience. Everything was pretty tidy and organized despite a busy Halloween weekend. Did not purchase anything so can't comment about customer service

I am very new to thrifting and don't know if I will ever identify as a thrifter but I think I'm knowledgeable enough about thrift stores to know that this one is not really a god one. Dark and dingy with not the greatest of selections, I don't plan on returning to this location. The one compliment I will pay this location is that they had the air conditioning blasting on a hot summer day and I very much appreciated the break from the heat outside.

I am only familiar with the donation area, which I come often to donate the good movie props to (I shop at other goodwills and donate only here cause I don't want to buy previous props, LOL). I really like how they have huge bins, labeled (very convenient). The staff members seem very nice when I get the chance to interact with them. Big suggestion: to have an area for fragile items (like glasses or porcelain), maybe like a shelf unit so it doesn't get broken if the items are at the bottom and other items get thrown on top.

Parking can be a little struggle as it was pretty packed when we arrived. First off, right when I walked in I was greeted by the three amazing and very funny ladies. Especially the one behind the counter. She was a major hoot that we all got a laugh with. It makes the shopping experience way better. It's broken down into two different sides. The main being where there cashier is and the women's department. They also have a pretty massive selection with accessories, jewelry and shoes. Plus shoes were half off. The other section house more of the home wares stuff, trinkets, glassware, furniture, babies and men's. There were loads of dish ware. Its nice to see that the place was very neat and organized which is also a major plus when browsing through. Makes it more easy to pick something up without having to dig through piles. There's not a big selection for men and kids as it was mainly a little sections. But pretty extensive collection for chinas and crystals. Woman's had the entire section for clothing and accessories. The staff were all amazing and friendly. Such sweetheart and major dolls. Chatting with them was so fun. Found out that the money goes to different charities which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable knowing that you helped someways. I was glad to walk into a cute little shop.

Throughout this store's existence, it's gone through a couple different incarnations. The interior layout has changed from time to time. The currently out of the store is really great. They've really taken down the crowded shelves that used to be located near the center of the store, allowing shopping at this location to be done quite easily. This is a very large store. It's very open, and it's very airy. Everything is really well organized. So, it's really easy to find what you're looking for. All you have to do is glance around the store, and you can see where the furniture is, you can see where the dishes are, you can see where the books and records are, you can see where the women's clothing is, you can see where the men's clothing is, you can see where the shoes are, and everything like that. It's so well organized, it makes it a very enjoyable shopping experience. As is always the case at any thrift store, the inventory at this location is changing constantly. So, you never know what you're going to find. Thus, every time you go in there, it's a unique shopping experience. The staff here are always super nice. They're happy to help you out with anything you need. If you want to come here and donate items, their donation center is directly in the front of the store. They generally have a man waiting to take in donations. So, if you need any help getting things out of your car or anything like that, there's always somebody there to help you. This makes donating at this location, very easy. Overall, if you're looking for that truly unique something, this is a great place to find it. Literally, you never know what you're going to find. This Salvation Army location is hit or miss when it comes to professionalism--or the lack thereof…read more During one visit, I encountered an employee in training who may have been cognitively challenged; I'm not sure. Nonetheless, she yelled, "What?" and rudely pointed at me, directing me to leave the cash wrap where she and her manager were standing and to go to another checkout lane instead. Her manager permitted this interaction to occur without using it as a teaching moment to coach the employee on a professional and competent way to communicate with customers. Instead, the manager simply smirked. Yuck. As for the thrifting portion of the store, there seems to be very little in the way of quality merchandise available. I frequently encounter dirty or torn clothing, stained items, and products that are barely salvageable. I also purchased what was advertised as a brand-new mini organizer bag made of canvas material. Unfortunately, the bag developed mildew. Canvas is generally a durable material, so it was disappointing to see it deteriorate so quickly with what appeared to be minimal exposure to moisture. On select occasions, however, I have found quality items that I am genuinely pleased to have discovered, even if one of them did have a stain that I was willing to overlook. One thing I can confidently say is that this location regularly offers excellent sales that are worth checking out. Overall, what's thrifting without occasionally learning which locations become your go-to spots--and which ones don't? Happy thrifting. xx

The selection of clothing from all sorts of era. You have fun theme items which theres loads. Of course they can be a daily wear item. The vintage collection is top notch. All the decors throughout the stores are fun. Vintage mannequin heads, the dressing rooms doors made of old vintage refrigerator doors, they were great. There's a huge selection of vintage jewelry on displays as well as loads of fun sunglasses. Beside the clothes, the vintage signs which I assume are display were fun. Now that'll be great for home decor. Not sure if they're for sale though. Basically this is another gem along the art district that worth a wander. So much amazing and fun pieces.

Or, they have a parking lot in the rear. You can also grab a spot along the side street, if that's your choice. Once inside, you'll find a well organized two level store. They have their clothing and records and household items downstairs. Upstairs, they have their books, their electronics, their furnishings, their artwork, and things along those lines.
