This Goodwill doesn't have enough space for merchandizing. We found a bit difficult to go through the electronic department without being interrupted. The aisles are much smaller in this location. While the aisle width in apparel departments appeared to be adequate for several shopping carts to go by, the aisles in the electronic department were clogged by a number of old-electronic junkies, with their buggies left on the aisles or in-between aisles. Although they had a good inventory on old electronics (80's and 90's Walkman, portable radios, cassette players, and cameras), they didn't have enough room to merchandize them. That was why people were all aggregated in a concentrated area. On the other hand, the women's ready-to-wear department was slightly lackluster. There wasn't much to inspire a retail artist like myself. I, however, did find a random genuine virgin-wool hat at the "VHS tape" section. It was left on top of the shelf, and I happened to spot it with my keen vision. For $4.99, it wasn't too bad of the deal. Apparently, the Goodwill has their own reward program with the Goodwill reward card. It's not a credit card, but I don't think there's a need for getting one. As of right now, I don't frequent the Goodwill regularly because there's only one (1) location in the city (in near west side on Washington Blvd). Well, never say never. It's a mediocre location. Stop by if you want, yet I wouldn't recommend to make a point coming here.

One of the nicer, fancier Goodwill's I've been to in recent times. Actually, I've never been to a Goodwill that had big flat screen TVs above the register playing trivia questions so you can stay entertained while waiting in line. The staff here were friendlier and more proactive about helping customer's than at pretty much any non-commision-based name brand retail store. The aisles were neat and tidy with only issue being that the far right side of the store with all the tchotchkis and records and furniture has aisles that are pretty tight to squeeze through if someone with a cart happens to be in the aisle, but I've noticed this is unfortunately becoming pretty standard at most stores. They had a lot of decent brands, the clothing was in good condition and they had a better selection of up-to-date styles than other Goodwill's, though I still haven't broken down and purchased anything yet. But admittedly, I was thisclose to buying a VHS of the cartoon version of The Hobbit that I loved as a kid.

Not impressed! Pretty small and not a large selection. Location was very clean and organized. I didn't find anything I loved though.

Perfect condition Vintage china "Brown Eyed Susan".

Worst goodwill location... nothing is organized and the store is super small/overcrowded. They need to hire more staff.

I rung the doorbell and a grumpy old man with glasses came to door. No hello, no verbiage. Either he has a vocal problem or didn't want to be bothered I couldn't figure it out. He reached for a bag I placed on the ground and took it inside. He came back and thought I was going to hand him the 2nd bag which I placed it on the ground for him. A short older guy came to assist and he took the luggage and 3rd bag. He told me to have a nice day but I requested a receipt. The grump man gave it to me. The shorter guy thanked me for the donation. I know these guys volunteer their time. I just can't deal with with rudeness at any age.

I wish they had more hours. But what they have offers enough time for me to shop there. Such a pleasant shopping experience! My Husband luvs the store too & trust me he is not into shopping. We both had a great time! The store is super neat & the prices are low to very fair. Push baskets to shop with. Enough room to browse around. Round racks for clothing so you don't have to be in a narrow isle & in someone's way. Dressing rooms if you need them. The clothes & other items are very nice. Not junk as other stores try to sell & for high prices. The prices are good & reasonable. I go for clothes & more. But they do have a very nice selection of furniture, dishes & house items, toys, shoes, nice coats & much more. This was my first time shopping at this wonderful store. I plan to go back as much as I can. I was lucky to be there when all blue tickets of clothes were only $1! Yes, $1!. You can't even buy anything at a $1 Tree store for $1 anymore! Some things are a bit pricey but not bad at all! I love shopping at store like this. Many people donate nice clothes etc. Also I luv finding different kinds of jackets, coats, tops & more that you do not see in chain stores. The staff is very friendly greeting waiting to get in customers with a cheerful "Good Morning" & so pleasant to deal with. For the holidays I see the store has extended hours. The down side is the regular hours are only 3 weekdays open from 10 am till 4 pm. But I will take it. I am retired so very lucky I can shop here & it is not super far for us to drive to. There is a huge parking lot in the back as well. I can't wait to shop here again. For some time I was shopping at another thrift store & 1 of the volunteers was so unpleasant & mean to me. So, It looks like they lost alot of my business. This is another reason I am so happy Gerry & I finally tried this store. We always drive by it & now we can shop here & find some nice things. A very cheerful & pleasant shopping experience for sure.

There was a broken doll on the floor, and one of the staff members kept following me and asked if I was the one who broke it. I told them no, but then two staff members continued following me around, demanding that I pay for it and threatening to call the police. Their behavior was very intimidating, and I ended up crying in front of them while asking them to stop treating me that way. I truly felt profiled and discriminated against during the entire situation. Afterward, I posted a Google review and tried many times to contact the manager, but my calls never resolved anything. Eventually, their lawyer contacted me and asked me to remove the review, saying they would have the staff go through training. However, that did not resolve the harm that was done, because the experience left me traumatized.

It is a little pricy depending what you're interested in. When we went, lots of the booths featured Christmas decorations. I fell in love with a beautiful retro Santa. He will bring magic and merriment to our home each holiday season starting next year (my husband wouldn't let me have my present early, or Santa would be proudly on display this year too lol). Everything I looked at was in good condition, especially considering how old some of the items were. I was hoping to see more vintage clothes and housewares, so I'll have to go back after the holidays to see what they put out. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back soon I'm sure.
