They have a great selection of jewelry and even have some designer pieces (Tiffany) in a case by the register.

This is my local goodwill, I've become a regular here checking for all sorts of hidden treasures,…read morethis is one of the middle of the road goodwills, they are generally pretty clean but very busy. They have a good selection of clothes. The racks in the back are pretty hit or miss, the keep them pretty organized but more often than not it's a big thumbs down of a selection. Buyer beware, if you're in the market for something specific you'll probably find it but not a great place to generally peruse.

HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!! They must think they are running a consignment store or…read moresomething. $4.99 seems to be their baseline price across the board for merchandise, and then it goes up from there. And when I say it goes up, let me tell you, IT GOES UP!!! $24.99 for a used pair of outdated Lululemon workout pants that have been sweated in/worked out in, junky sweaters from grandma's closet for $7.99, outdated shoes for $6.99, $7.99, $8.99, dirty old used bags starting at $4.99 and going up from there....Tell me when to stop. Also weird, overly aggressive shoppers, like dogs in heat, rifling through the clothing items like crazy people. The store is also filthy. Need I say more? If you think you are going to find a treasure in here think again. If you are looking for generalized home merchandise or books or little tchotchkes, save yourself the headache and go to Home Goods or Big Lots or Tuesday Morning, for an extra couple of dollars you can get brand new home items. And if high end, name brand clothes are your jam, hop on nearby I-294 and go on over to the Rosemont Factory Outlet, it's just a fifteen minute trip from here, and for ten or fifteen dollars more you can get yourself brand new, not used and sweated in, Lululemon exercise pants. Avoid this place like the plague. Shame on you, Goodwill, for your price gouging on items that are donated to you!!!

I am glad they are closed down for now. I had a really horrible experience there one day at the…read moreantique mall. There was a broken doll on the floor, and one of the staff members kept following me and asked if I was the one who broke it. I told them no, but then two staff members continued following me around, demanding that I pay for it and threatening to call the police. Their behavior was very intimidating, and I ended up crying in front of them while asking them to stop treating me that way. I truly felt profiled and discriminated against during the entire situation. Afterward, I posted a Google review and tried many times to contact the manager, but my calls never resolved anything. Eventually, their lawyer contacted me and asked me to remove the review, saying they would have the staff go through training. However, that did not resolve the harm that was done, because the experience left me traumatized.

We stopped by the other day to take a look around. I love browsing antique shops. This place has…read moretwo floors filled with beautiful antiques and vintage items. It is a little pricy depending what you're interested in. When we went, lots of the booths featured Christmas decorations. I fell in love with a beautiful retro Santa. He will bring magic and merriment to our home each holiday season starting next year (my husband wouldn't let me have my present early, or Santa would be proudly on display this year too lol). Everything I looked at was in good condition, especially considering how old some of the items were. I was hoping to see more vintage clothes and housewares, so I'll have to go back after the holidays to see what they put out. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back soon I'm sure.

I walked around went upstairs. And still nothing. When I walked by the desk not a hello or even acknowledgement. I did see some stuff I wanted to buy, but I did pass. I can look for these things at other places. I am not a fan of giving my money to people that don't want it. So try marketplace or eBay.

Wow. Ok first of all I visit this place as often as I am in the area as I love resale and…read moreconsignment shops. I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.
