With todays' costs on everything rising, its important that car owners have an estimate on car parts that will need replacement in the future for planning and budgeting purposes. Items like exhaust systems, brake pads and rotors, timing belts and chains etc. do and will fail unless replaced prior of failure. Preventive Maintenance. Scotty gave me a good rundown on when I could expect to replace my brakes on my Infinity and gave me a projection of when I will need to replace the exhaust system in my second auto, a Dodge Caravan. I don't care what your guy's documented in the system, somebody lied. That is absolutely not acceptable! The fact you thought you had to educate me on what high mileage oil is for is insulting. Very few drops of oil on driveway. Besides well kept truck has 230,000 miles on it. Guy argued w me. He was even rude about it. over the next two weeks or so I began leaking oil like crazy even having to add a lot. I finally crawled under my truck and instantly saw my oil filter spinning like a top on the filter stem it screwed onto. Obviously, Pit guy left it very loose on purpose. Additionally, I found a rear main seal bolt right next to the oil drain plug nut was removed. Again, I know for a fact it was there before the oil change and they just do not fall out. Now undercarriage of my truck covered in oil as well as my driveway. Oil is also contaminated. Manager and Regional manager refused to fix anything, refused to change my oil again for free to correct the problem, refused to have my truck cleaned underneath and denied any wrong doing. I have pictures and emails to prove it. Stay away from Take 5 Oil change especially in Belton Texas! Go somewhere else or just do yourself.

I don't know which one is which (memory was not included in my standard package that day), but one of them went above and beyond and made me feel like I had my life together even though I was basically just a sentient hoodie in the shape of a person. It wasn't the one who got in the pit--it was the one grabbing the parts, the oil, and somehow radiating calm, capable energy. Pretty sure that was Anthony, but they'll know. Oh, they'll know. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop.
