After hitting a pothole from this weekend's storm, both of my driver side tires became flat. I was able to make an appointment online to Goodyear for a 2 days later. Highly recommend this location. They are very hard working & with the amount of calls due to the storm - I cannot share my appreciation enough for their service. I also am a huge advocate for buying the road hazard add-on. The roads on Maui have plenty hazards that I've been fortunate to have had road hazard warranty at least twice now where they replace the tire within a set amount of years. Special shout out to Trish or Trisch (not sure spelling my apologies!), for being warm & welcoming even on a day where my tow truck was really delayed to get to the shop, there are customers right and left over the island. I had an appointment here on a Saturday and they decided they were not going to open because one of the storms so instead of calling customers the night before to let them know that they would not be open in the morning they just wrote on a piece of paper and stuck it to the front door. So I ended up waking up early on my day off to head down to my appointment and even left a little early. When I got down to the shop there were other customers waiting. So a little after 8 walked over to the door to see the note scribbled on a small piece of paper. Then no follow up phone e call l. So I would have to say horrible customer service. There are other shops on the island that do the same work and have much better customer service. Definitely don't recommend. read more

This is my go-to place for oil changes because they offer 3 different tiers for your vehicles individual needs. All offer a 21 point inspection and tire rotation. The service has gotten better, now that the one guy that was there at the desk seems to have left. I do recommend making an appointment as they get very busy and usually will get the service done pretty quickly. Way better than showing up at opening and just waiting for them to get to your vehicle. read more

I heard the upsetting news that Janelle is no longer an employee here. I found out that her manager Trisha wrongfully terminated her with no cause after she put in her 2 weeks notice. It's strange timing as she was telling me she was leaving to go back to her old employer because she was being treated horribly by her manager at Goodyear. Janelle has helped me several times. She has great knowledge of products and service with outstanding customer service. In my eyes the first time I met her I thought she was the manager. Such a great asset to this company. Sadly, poor management and harassment led her to leave this establishment. Shame on you Trisha for not being professional. The wife has been going to Goodyear for years. New tires, rotation, engine work, oil changes. I used to go to Costco, but they are price and service competitive and easy to drop off and pick up. They do a fair amount of car repairs, so when my tire blew I started using them as well. Reasonably priced and competent. Now I drop off for oil changes. It's just convenient and they are great at getting back to you. read more

Two times in the last three months I've had to go to Good Year for my car brakes and then my brake pads and rotor. They make booking an appointment online so easy and just when my car started grinding on Sunday, they had an appointment as early as the next day at 8am. They finished the car by 9:45 am and as always, the customer reps were amazing. Huge thank you to the auto mechanics that work so hard. I didn't get the names last time but someone named Janelle helped me cash out today and was very sweet as she explained everything to me and I told her any of my concerns about driving in upcountry. To get the car brakes done and the rotor was more affordable than I thought it would be. And it's covered by warranty. So happy I came again. read more

Last November (2022) my husband was very sick and I was in the car daily driving to and from the hospital and one of my tires blew (the rest were bad too) and then I was on foot. I needed tires bad and I was already stressed out and sad and anxious. There was a worker there who not only helped me get my tires as quickly as possible, she gave compassion and support (she even loved my dog who was with me) and brightened my day- amazing tires, service, quality of their workmanship (tires are still awesome 9 months later). We went there earlier in the week and they were super busy. We wanted to patch a tire that has a leak so they said they couldn't take us so we made an appointment for later in the week. So today is the day we take or car in we walked in was greeted by Rick. He was very helpful and friendly. We were quoted a certain price. Rick then took our keys and off we went. It took less then an hour and our car was done. Tire was fixed and it felt safer to ride in the car. They have a waiting area if you don't want to wait outside it don't want to go anywhere. A T.V. and coffee is avaliable for you. Also a 7-11 right next door. read more

UPDATE!! My awful experience was corrected within the next day or two. I was contacted by the Store Manager and Front Desk Associate Elsie. I called back and was communicating with Elsie. She reflected, validated, and empathized on the awful experience I had. She proactively fixed the problem and was very attentive. I was able to get my car service free of charge for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Inspection, and even my Safety was updated! She also mentioned how my front tire needed replacing and quoted me a great price. I dropped my car off at 730 and was notified by noon it was ready. Super frustrating and disappointing. I booked an appointment for an oil change on the Goodyear website. It said it would be around $75 plus taxes and fees. When I got there they said it was going to be over $100 and it would take 4 hours. 1 star for the nice desk staff, but I basically wasted an hour driving to and from town for this. I ended up canceling my appointment and went to Walmart instead. $58 with tax for full synthetic oil change and it was done in an hour. Way more professional experience. read more

I picked up my car to find grease prints on the outside and inside of my door. I also found an empty plastic bag that smelled of food. I don't eat in my car because I don't want to attract ants or cockroaches. I also identified a problem with leaking hydraulics for my automatic trunk and the problem was not resolved because they could not replicate a problem with the door opening. The first time I got service here, it was smooth sailing. This time, I'm pissed to see that my car was treated like trash. I treat my car very well and I would expect the same out of any place meant to service a car. read more

I had a slow leak that was really annoying had to fill the trie every week. So I made an appointment for 2pm waited 3 hours they said they fixed it and replaced the valve stem and then when I woke up the next morning my tire was flat, I live upcountry so this was not a good situation I used a can of fix a flat and limped the truck back, they took it right in and found a screw in my tire(it was always there) they claimed that it must have happened after they did the repair I asked what are the odds that in just a few days that the tire you claimed to have fixed would pick up a screw, needless to say I will not return read more

They were booked out a week in appointments but receptionist Janelle was super sweet and offered me a drop-in appointment, so I took it since I was in no rush and would just be at work while they worked on my oil change. Just FYI a drop-in means it will be done by closing and Janelle was sure to explain those details to me so I was aware what I was signing up for. It was fast for a drop-in, few hours. Very satisfied with my recent service at Goodyear. I bought 4 tires online and had them shipped directly to their service center. Set up my appointment and a rep called me a few days later saying that because it was short notice I might need to leave my car for a few hours to be serviced. Not a problem and appreciated the heads up. Dropped my car at 7am, asked if it was possible to have an oil change and safety if they had the time. Got a call around 11:30, they were able to service everything and give me $20 off my total bill. Also, their location is walking distance to Ross, TJMaxx, Whole Foods and a movie theater so there is plenty to do if you need to wait for your vehicle. read more
