My car was left with some oil stains and no protection was used on my seats or floor mats. I went back again to ask them about it and they took a look and claim that it might be a factory issue. I ordered my tires online and made an appointment with this Goodyear. I never expected to be met with such kind and helpful staff. It started with a confirmation phone call from Sergio verifying the size, style and quantity. He was extremely nice and reiterated that I had picked a great tire. When I arrived I met with Sergio and he asked me, why did you pick that tire? I told him that I like big tires and I dislike tires that make too much noise so this seemed like a good compromise. He asked me to take a look at the tires before he installed them. I was absolutely enamored and they were exactly what I wanted. I left the car and they called to advise an alignment after inspection. They were done in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier. I purchased four new tires from this Goodyear Auto Service Center in 6/2015. I took advantage of a 3 for 4 sale that cost me about $500. I heard bad things about this center from my coworkers, but I chose to give them a shot. I took my car in for a balance, rotation, and alignment last Thursday (3/23/17) before I took a 3 hour road trip north. The car was returned to me that day, and I was charged $97.27 for the service. No tire condition concerns were relayed to me. Friday at 4:45 pm, while going 60 mph in the middle lane of 95 North, my back left tire exploded off of my car. I saw it fly in my rear view mirror. I did not hit anything, and my other tires were fine. I drove on my rim to the shoulder of the highway to put on a spare tire. I drove on a donut spare for the remaining 40 min of my trip. Once I arrived at my destination, I photographed the shredded tire as well as my vehicle. I called the Goodyear to see if I had any coverage on the tire set they sold me, and to ask about any reported defects. The tire damage was extreme and didn't seem normal. I just needed guidance and information. Upon review of my purchase, they determined that I should have purchased additional roadside insurance. (Thanks. Super helpful at this point). Because I did not pay for additional insurance, I was on my own with the replacement. Fine. Naturally, I then asked if my tires had been checked on Thursday when the car was balanced/rotated/aligned? Could damages during the servicing have caused this? Almost immediately, I was told that I probably hit something. He offered nothing to help alleviate my fears that the work they performed could have possibly caused the failure - no diagnostic records, and no notes from the mechanic. I only ever received a receipt. When I asked about a possible defect, I was told to bring the shredded tire in on the rim so it could be evaluated. I explained that the tire needed to be replaced by Sunday in order for me to make it home, and the nearest Goodyear was 50 miles away. I could not possibly bring the tire in on the rim to a Goodyear. Could I bring in the removed tire? No - I could not. Ultimately, I was told that nobody could determine that it was a defect. They did not ask me to document the damage. They did not ask me to ask the mechanics at Firestone for their professional opinion. They did not offer to review recalls/reported issues for the tire. I will never spend another cent at this place. Seems like they are more worried about themselves than possibly hurting someone. read more

I had All of my tires replaced at this shop. I did it during two separate visits. Once for my front tires and then for my back tires. They are always very professional and on time. When they give you an appointment they stick to it. They don't try to upsell you And you're in and out of there pretty quickly which is always a plus for me. read more

Beware of online offers and coupons. Once you arrive to this store the price will change, in my case it tripled (even with a discount applied). I made sure to input my car's info so I could select the correct oil type for my car but even with that I was still told the price was not what I was quoted online. I selected no contact service, yet I had to walk inside store to provide all my info and get the service. I was told it would take an hour. After an hour and a half, I had to call to check on the status of my car. Do yourself a favor and go to Jiffy Lube, you will pay half the price and it will be done in 30 min or less. Its what I should've done, they've always been reliable. Also, they used to help you if you had a nail in a tire. It's been years since they patch it up, if you go now with this issue they will only try to sell you a new tire. read more

Overall, great service. I went in to get my car tires changed. I was slightly worried about all the COVID protocols but it all ended up going fine. Avoid for fixing a flat or overall. The only reason I'm giving this establishment 2 stars instead of the 1 it deserves is because the gentleman that attended to me was polite. However, if Goodyear's policy is that they will not help a customer fix a flat because their tire has a plug, they will not only lose business but continue mounting negative reviews in today's review dependent marketplace. Although it's possible that Goodyear just doesn't care because they are too big and flat fixes have no direct monetary impact on their bottom-line line. To fix a flat whether you have an existing plug or not go to Tires 4 Less on Miller and 152nd Avenue. You will not have to wait in line as they have their own dedicated flat tire technician. My car battery died across the street once in the gas station and I didn't have jumper cables, I crossed the street and told them what's up and the guy kindly went across with me and gave it a jump with a portable battery pack ! This is the worst place to take your care to be fixed. The service department doesn't know left to right. The store manager could care less in solving ones problem with your car, and they love the name blame game of well the mechanic that worked on your car is not in you will have to wait till he comes back in to work. Are you seriously kidding me! This is not acceptable! Then when you drop of the car again they just ignore it and move on new money potential and not deal with ongoing issues. I had scheduled an appointment for a tire repair on a Saturday. I was greeted by Sergio as soon as I walked in and taken care of accordingly. My mother (old lady) took her car for normal service oil/filter/tyrerot the normal stuff and ended up with a "busted alternator" that "needed" to be changed. Battery light on after service... they told her they couldn't turn of the battery light because the car needed a new alternator. They tried to hussle her saying it's 400$ but We can do it for 300$.... She left the store with her car super mad. Of course she didn't change the alternator because the car was PERFECT before service. 5 hours later.. the steering wheel died! Super stiff the car was struggling to turn on!!!! Today we went to get it fixed and they told ME the same story.. they said it was a COINCIDENCE!!! that that day it happened just when they told her about the alternator! Took them 5 hours to do an oil change and run an A/C test...never coming here again...I know most mechanic shops will be half a day ordeal but when you arrive 4 hours into the car being dropped off and they just started working on the oil change...you know they are just milking it. Then they quoted me $1,200 to replace my A/C compressor which a local mechanic said he would do for half AND not verifying the diagnostic. Not recommend. read more

Biggest POS company I have ever had to deal with. Every single time I have to come here its a minimum 2hrs even if they are dead empty. Need to patch your tire.. yeah sure wait 1.5hrs. FOR A PATCH. Have a nail in your tire.. nah we cannot fix that, buy a whole new tire. My brand new truck came with their tires so I thought it would be a good idea to get road hazard.. Always good, but this I had to write a review to point out the amazing management! brought my car in on a busy afternoon a few weeks ago and the manager, Sergio was super helpful. After advising me that the wait for my oil change may take up to 3 hours because he was down a mechanic, He told me to bring it back the next morning and I'd be attended to right away. I did that upon his recommendation. While waiting for the service, a very impolite man came in and starting cursing and yelling at an attendant which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Sergio apologized for the behavior of the man and even gave me my service complimentary, to show he appreciated my business. He was a really great, friendly manager in general- very attentive to his customer and continuously giving those in the waiting area an ETA on their cars service. Not happy with the attention , service or product from this location. I purchased a run on flat tire in April only used 1400 miles. and defective tire ruptured . No warranty only discount on new tire. after being forced to make more expensive purchase, because goodyear would only apply discount to exact tire which was $45 more expensive in store. my attendant Rey was either ill informed or paying attention . car was taken home and could not be driven because it was pulling to left alot. called and was told that i may need balancing or alinement . took car to bmw dealership and was told that tires needed to be rotated and air in all tires . called goodyear and they say i have bent rim . Bent rim why not say that or write that on report. Nope they write it directly on paper in front of me and say it was there. but it wasnt just sergio trying to cover for rey. bad service and ive purchased nine tires in last year. will shop online from now on. read more

I have used this Goodyear auto service center for close to 14 years now. It was initially under a franchise group called Martino Tire; the service then was okay, but since Goodyear took total ownership a few years ago, the service has increased 5 fold. First of all, there is consistency with the staff. The same crew is the one that you work with day in and day out. They make it a point to know you, your vehicles, and what works for you. More importantly, they always try to be fair. Every time I have questioned their estimates, and gone elsewhere to compare, I always come back to them; particularly because all their work is guaranteed, and usually within a few dollars of the lowest I find elsewhere. Moreover, they keep great record of all your service repairs/maintenance. I would definitely recommend these guys! read more

I have several issues with this provider. 1. Took my truck in at 9:30am, called at 3:30pm for an update and they had not touched the truck. 2.Their prices are ridiculous! They wanted to charge me $138 for a $55 dollar part. I understand that there will be a mark-up, but 150%? 3. They wanted to sell me unneeded parts. They told me that my master cylinder was defective, IT WAS NOT. and wanted to charge me $284 for it. you can purchase it for $132 at any Auto Parts store. 4. When I dropped the truck off, I asked if they honored military discount, to which they answered yes. After I told them that their quote was too high and I just wanted to pay for the check/estimate, the told me the discount did not apply to the estimate. 5. They charged me for "shop supplies". All they did was check my break system. No parts were utilized. Bottom line, very unprofessional. Nickel and dime you. I came in to get an oil change and I was told the wait was 2 hours. I was given the option to wait or drop off my car. I decided to wait since I would be able to catch up on emails and I had nobody to come pick me up anyways. I'm now waiting almost 3 hours and they're JUST GETTING STARTED ON MY CAR. I understand it's a Saturday and it's their busiest day BUT don't give me an unrealistic finish time for my car. This place is filled with arragont and unprofessional workers both in the front desk and as mechanics. Took my mini to change the break light, after 10 minutes they said that the job was "too complicated" and they would have to charge me at which point I told them that I didn't want to do it and I wanted my car back. After leaving, I noticed the trunk was closing properly so I got out to take a look. When I did I noticed that the "mechanic" hadn't put anything back , cables were hanging, there was pieces just thrown aside that hadn't put back in place it was absurd. I went ahead and turned back to take the car back and demand they fix it. When I arrived the mechanic received me with attitude, he was refusing to put back a piece, he claimed he would have to do everything again and that he was doing me a favor and I shouldn't be complaining. Are you serious??? This guy had no care for customer satisfication, he was absolutely rude and disgusting to me and couldn't even manage to finish a job in which he didn't even start the actual job. When you take your car to a shop you expect to get the car in THE SAME WAY YOU BROUGHT IT. I refused to deal with this mechanic who didn't want to fix what HE did. Guess since he saw I was young and a woman he thought he could get away with it and basically laugh in my face saying "what did I expect from him" he literally WALKED AWAY DURING OUR CONVERSATION WHAT ARE U A CHILD. If it wasn't for the store manager which was the ONLY PERSON IN THERE WHO ACTUALLY APOLOGIZED TO ME. I wouldn't have gotten things fixed. Friendly people, but they always manage to find something terribly wrong that's no less than $600. Once they told me I needed to fix something that was going to cost $1200 or more. I went to take it to the dealer and the problem was fixed for $87. Don't trust their word. Always get a second opinion. Unfortunately, cannot rate the service (on the car) only customer service. I personally passed by Goodyear on Tuesday to schedule a alignment on my car. Since it is convenient to me, I scheduled, with the assistant manager, the service for Friday at 6:00 pm of the same week. He assured me that it was not too late since they close at 7:00 pm. I wanted to make sure the service would be done and done right, which he assured me. On Friday, I contacted Goodyear by phone and spoke with the assistant manager to confirm the appointment. On top of that, to have documented, I went on the Goodyear website to schedule the appointment, just to be on the safe side, since I did not have any written confirmation for the appointment and they had a special if you scheduled online. To my surprise, at the time of the appointment at exactly at 6:00pm, the manager told me that they could not do it because the mechanic was gone for the day. He had the print out confirmation on the front desk with the service that I wanted to do and the time of the appointment. The issues that I have are: - Nobody could have called me to re-schedule? - the staff does not have the schedule of the employees? - if you cannot offer the service at a certain time, why do you do it? - if you know that you have the service, why you do not have a mechanic to do it ? If it was an emergency why not called the clients that would be affected? The main issue was that instead of closing at 7:00pm the pull down the doors at 6:30pm. I do not have any problem if they want to close at 6:00pm, but at least be respectful of the customers and don't schedule anything past a certain time. It is very frustrating and I hope that they correct this "issue" but honestly I don't see myself doing business with them anymore, and I do not recommend them to anyone. read more
