Walked in to receive help with my flat tire and encountered a very unreceptive and rude person working the front desk. This individual was not helpful and was not interested in helping me with solutions with my car troubles. I asked about several different scenarios to alleviate the flat tire at the current time and was rejected by store staff. It was also assumed that I would be paying via discounts instead of in store prices? Does it look like I don't have money? 0/10 they need to close this location. Horrible service, unprofessional staff, don't go here. I scheduled an appointment for service and my vehicle wasn't even brought back into the shop for over an hour and a half. I came in to get my alignment check (have to every 6 months for the warranty I got) and I was told it would take an hour or an hour and a half. Great, no big deal. That time past and I headed back to pick up my car. Turns out, they never started it and just told me to wait longer, I should be next. No explanation or apology, just told to wait longer. Not sure how much longer I'll be here since I'm still waiting, as I type this review. Don't see me changing my mind on my score so I think it's safe to say this 1 Star is going to stay. read more

Called today for a slow leak in a tire, Jessica was able to schedule me in for later today and said it would be no charge. Then I completely forgot about the appointment, called an hour after the scheduled appointment and they told me I can still come in! Excellent service! The service is surprising, I feel like customer service has went down hill in general and businesses tend to blame Covid, so I am glad to receive excellent service like this from Goodyear! read more

And here is the remainder of the saga that was Goodyear. INTERMISSION (roughly about a week) During this intermission time, I have my car fixed to their standards by my mechanic. Remember me mentioning the estimate, yeaaaaaaah, let's talk about that for a second. Their estimate with parts, labor and tax came to just shy of $1900. My mechanic, after everything was done, with parts, labor and tax came to just shy of $300. In fact, my mechanic check the strut, brakes and these lower control arms with the bushings and said that everything was fine and did not need replaced. Even though I did not need the lower control arms with the bushings replaced, I did so anyway. After that work was done, I call to schedule an appointment to have my car re-inspected. Sooooooo, onto.... TAKE TWO: I scheduled my appointment this time around a little later in the day and made it there with fifteen minutes to spare. I go in and right up to the counter, hand over my registration card and insurance information and proceed to the waiting area. Pull out my phone and proceed with Trivia Crack again. Two Time magazines later and I look over and my car is still sitting there, same exact spot. This is 45 minutes after I pull in. When I had called to set up the appointment I made sure to ask how long an inspection would take and I was quoted an hour and a half. Little did I know that half that time is to let your car rest up and study for a test. Finally my car gets pulled into the not so busy garage area. How do I know it's not so busy back there, because I went and checked just about every five minutes to see the status of my car through the safety glass window on the door to the garage. What really irks me here people, and probably what should irk you too, is that nothing was done to my car while I sat there, not a thing. The hood never opened, horn never beeped, lights never flashed, turn signal never flickered. My car sat there for a half hour. They never even put it up on the lift to make sure that the lower control arms and bushings were in fact replaced. This just goes to show you that they are, for a lack of a better term here, swindlers. They just expected me to believe them when they gave me the estimate. No explanation, not even an acknowledgement that it passed. I was called to the counter, given that oh so fake smile and told that "I'm good to go." I'm sure you can all understand my puzzlement by this situation. I mean they didn't even come back and say anything about the strut or brakes. I am still baffled as to how they inspected my car. Did they stand back and admire it from afar? Like construction workers admiring a babe as she walks by? Or maybe, just maybe, my car passed inspection the first time around. Meaning that they didn't have to look my car over this time because they already knew it was fine. I so wanted to let that Yinzer inside me to come out and rip them a new one, ya jagoffs. But I refrained, I kept myself cool and collected and decided that the best way to handle this is write a review, maybe contact their company headquarters and remember next time to not go to a national chain for a state inspection. Leave a national tire chain stick to what they do, tires and nothing more. read more

I got a nail in my tire they fixed it for free, I got brakes put in here one time months later I heard some squeaking and they replaced them with no problems. Great customer service ! We took truck back again 4 months later for inspection, they said it needed 2 rebuilt calibers, 3 rotors and brakes all around. Estimate $1700.00we put on ourselves 4 of the best rotors, 2 brand new calibers and the best brakes all around for $500 read more

Brought two cars here for an inspection about 2 weeks apart. Both failed for new tires and brakes. Had work work done on one, took the other for a second opinion. Firestone, right around the corner said the tires and brakes were very good and no where close to failing. Was also pressured into getting a fuel system and brake line flush. After the "work" was done, took that vehicle to Firestone and they told me the lines were not flushed like they said. At best, maybe some addition fluid was added but they couldn't confirm what, if anything, was done. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I was around the area and got a flat tire. It was 600v and they close at 7.i pull up and they wouldn't do a thing. They said they already shut down the air compressor. Do not go there. The workers there do not need any schooling or anything. They know barely nothing about cars read more

I read the other reviews and sympathize. They are speaking from their experiences. I have to base this on my experience there. I brought in my 2002 Cavalier to get my brakes fixed and the starter broke. I was furious and didn't behave as diplomatically as I usually do. Had I been wearing my kippot I would of counted to 10 first. Anyhow I got ahold of myself, said these things happen and split. I had to miss work and take an Uber ride over to get it the next day. I had worked myself up again and came in both barrels blazing. The manager, Jim, showed a lot of character and integrity when it came to the bill. I doubt I'll be back but in a pinch they sort of came through. Well, the manager did. read more
