We did an alignment but when I left it was definitely not aligned, video attached. They did fix it when I returned 10 minutes later. Combined wait ~2.5 hours. This place isn't bad, but it wasn't a 5 star experience.

I had been a loyal customer for 11 years. Until recently, they provided consistently…read moreabove-and-beyond excellent service and always gave fair and honest accessments for all my car repairs needed on a mini cooper and mini countryman. When the countryman died of engine failure at over 110k miles, in June I purchased another older mini cooper. This is when our relationship changed. It was burning oil at an alarming rate, smoke was coming out of the exhaust, almost always after idling for a lengthy time and sometimes upon starting the car. I had it accessed by Murrysville Auto and a part replaced with the stipulation being that might and might not resolve the issue pointing to possible engine issues. Fair enough. I was glad to have honest information to make the decision. When it still exhibited smoke from the exhaust, I immediately made another appointment to have it reaccessed. This time, instead of Cody (owner) who always had relayed the information to me in the past, his mother, Jerrie (President) gave me info stating no further repairs were needed or recommended, that it was burning oil and the solution offered was for me to simply check the oil EVERY DAY. At this point, I questioned outloud to Jerrie in person if they were trying to tell me they didn't want my business any longer. She assured me that was not the case. We then talked and, with Cody in the conversation, as well, a rebuilt engine was found with a cost of installation being 15k. I agreed, thinking a total engine replacement would fix the issues. Before I could pay, I needed to transfer funds for next business day. In the meantime, a new light came on -- the engine reduced power light. This was a new symptom and my research showed it might mean more than an engine alone. I could not, with this new info, afford to pay 15k and not have a total solution so canceled the order for the engine. Now, Murrysville Auto lets me know the seller of the engine was charging a restock fee of 1600. This restock fee was not divulged to me on my paperwork which is unlawful and non-binding in PA. To just be done with the transaction and move on, I agreed to pay 1600. But then, Cody tells me it is actually more than 1600. I stand by the 1600 relayed to me and pay that. Soooo, bottom line I stand by my intuition that Murrysville Auto wanted to sever business relations with me, though I had been a long-time loyal customer and always paid my repairs in full, on the spot, with no questions on pricing or suggested repairs until this car purchased in June, less than 3 months and less than 1500 miles ago. By having Jerrie and not Cody give me the latest non-repair advice of simply checking oil EVERY.SINGLE.DAY which is ludicrous to charging and not divulging a restock fee (first, I would never back out of a contract except I had new vital info), it seems obvious that I will not be continuing my service with them for this car or any other. I have no idea what changed to come to their final ways of doing business, but it is what it is. They are not the same trusted business that I came to trust and rely on all these years.

They were able to get us in the same day we called and have the car done within just a few hours. The staff member helping us was able to give us good advice on a new brand of tires and explain the differences between the options. We were very satisfied with our service here! NTB/Mavis tire McCandless Pa…read more I got screwed over one too many times today. On 7/19/26I had a blowout on my camper trailer on rt119 so we take all the wheels off I took them to NTB in Mt. Pleasant PA told them to put 4 new tires,valves stems on them. They were real nice and got right on it said it would take a half hour to 45 min. I went got lunch when I got back they were done and it was pouring down rain so I paid them and backed in they loaded them into my truck.Long story shorter 40 miles away I'm on the turnpike and the dry rotted valve stem breaks now we are 1 foot off the white line changing a tire again. I went to NTB McCandless on 7/22/26 I told the girl that was at the desk the whole story and first she told me she as short staffed then it went to she would have to check with her manager to see if they would fix it so I came back on 7/23/26 spoke with the manager told him the whole story and he said he would take care of it but once again short handed. I totally get he is having issues at the store because he told me himself. So he made me an appointment for 1:00 on Sunday 7/26 I was there early and had an infant baby with me so 2 hours later the girl comes back tells me everything is done the tire were in the back of my truck and was ready to go. I specifically asked her if they balanced the wheels she assured me they were balanced so I left without checking. We went to put them on the camper and there were not any wheel weights on any of the rims. Go back at 8:00 this morning 7/28 1st one in the door and the same girl all 3 times which is my 4th time back to NTB McCandless she proceeds to tell me that my tires were balanced on Sunday and I would have to wait. When I told her this was my 5th F ing to NTB to get my tires fixed. She immediately said I was not going to talk to her like that,she said I had to leave. I told her after 5 trips to get tires repaired I was not leaving until they were balanced I walked outside backed my truck up to the door opened the tailgate and sat on the curb to wait.Then the next thing I know is 2 McCandless police officers are giving me my last warning to leave or be arrested and have my truck towed and if I step foot on NTB property I will go to jail. AS MUCH AS I LIKE A CHALLENGE my meds are working and I had better things to do so I declined and left. I go 22 miles each way to NTB Cranberry I told them the whole story and Ashley said she would have it taken care of it if I would leave them and come back so I did. I went back later in the day she took care of balancing my tires with no problem. While I was there I asked her for the regional managers email address she said she would have to call him to get permission to share his information.She came back and told that he "was aware of the situation and declined to give me his information" not even allowed to have his name or email I just wanted to make him aware of what happened and I would have left it at that. Like I said meds are working. But now I'm here after 6 trips to an NTB over 100 miles and many hours later and I am told out right that I can't have contact information for management. To be fair they did give me a phone number to call which I'm sure is going to be one of those automated systems that will be a waste of time.
