I've been to this place several times and haven't had any issues. The service is great but you do need to make an appointment. It is somewhat pricey but the quality is better than most places so you pay for what you get. You can go somewhere else for cheaper but from my experience it isn't worth it in the long run. read more

Purchased tires from NTB and before 10,000 miles, they barely passed inspection. Purchased extended warranty plan and was told that they would not honor either warranty because tires did not wear down all the same. When requested to speak to store manager was told they didn't want to speak to me and weren't going to change their mind about their lack of customer support. Recommend going anywhere else but this place for anything automotive. Kudos to Paul and Eric, as they were good people and workers. Too bad they lack corporate and management support. read more

I made an appt last week. Drive through the snow to get here , they don't have on schedule, showed email, No one else there , yet it was going to take two hours for an alignment and state inspection. My brakes were just done, all tires purchased within 6 months. I wanted an alignment and state inspection...they call to tell me my tire has some wear on the inside. NEW TIRES, and they failed me and won't sell me two tires only 4. I don't even need two. Shady AF, and now my bill is over 500.00. Do not go here, They will literally rip you off. read more

*** Please note - To anyone who has any older family members please never allow them to go to NTB.*** My family member, in her 60's, needed her brakes replaced. This place gave her an absurb amount for an OVERestimate for parts/labor(1,400 dollars) that she didn't even need in the first place. They explained that she needed calipers,rotors & brakes. There's no way the calipers ever needed replaced because, there wasn't any sign of "locking up" while the brakes are/were engaged as well as disengaged. There also was no sign of bizarre tire wear on the tread that would lean towards a malfunctioning/stuck caliper that needed replacing or repaired. read more

Terrible customer service ,I went in there today just to make an appointment for the annual state inspection. I told the man and he gave me a glare as if i was such a nuisance. I repeated "i'm not expecting it today i just would like to make an appointment for one" He replies to it "come back in a month and then we will get you". Of course he didn't write anything down for an appointment. It just reminded me as if you went to a starbucks and the baristas give you a pissey look because they actually have to do their job. I use to come here before they were bought but since then they're customer service could use some work but i'll never be back that's for sure read more

I didn't call here first. But the other place said they only had one tech and might not be able to get me in for 4 days. NTB said come on down and we will take a look. My radiator cap had compromised (after 27 years things go bad I guess) and I needed a new one and a fluid flush. Price was good too. They had it back to me in three days and would have been less but they are closed on Sundays. Back up and running again! Thanks NTB! read more

Usually only get tire changes, balancing and alignment here although the do plenty of mechanical work also. Nothing great or bad. Sometimes get very backed up and the wait can be long. They are one of the biggest NTBs in the country so expect to need an appointment or leave your car and come back later. read more

The dealer suggested I get a new set of tires (run flats for 1,150) so I decided to drive to NTB where the manager suggested I change the 2 front tires and wear the rear tread a little longer since the treads still looked good. j really appreciate when a business is serving the customers needs and not just looking for how much they can sell you -- or stiff you with. All I needed was a replacement for a damaged tire, a rotation and the old tire back. They replaced the wrong tire, gave us back someone else's tire and did not do a rotation. When we addressed them about it, they tried to pretend like they did nothing wrong or that we were somehow lying about it. The manager avoided the entire situation as much as he could. We never received any sort of apology, only rudeness and condescension FOR THEIR MISTAKE! If they had at least owned up to what they had done, I would not be on here right now. But their horrible attitudes and denial of their mistake just made turned situation from unfortunate to unbearable. I was this close to calling BBB. read more

I went to the dealership I bought my Hyundai from at just after 4 pm and they said they could not patch the tire that was leaking. I stoped at NTB and they took me right away. It took a hour but they did a great job. read more

I'm giving one star because I am not sure if 0 stars would post. We bought tires off of them a year ago and as of a recent inspection the tires failed. One tire was severely worn and we get the tires rotated regularly. They failed to honor the warranty because we did not get our car aligned every six months. They claimed that it is Penndot recommendation to do so and they used that to justify their position. PenNdot is not a tire manufacturer and they do not decide warranty issues. Be careful, they think that we are idiots. They graciously offered us a discount on the same crappy tires that was far more expensive then the price on brand name tires from an independent guy down the street. NTB said the the tires shouldn't have failed the inspection yet two other companies said that they failed. Please avoid the chains or at least this one read more

The wait here is atrocious. Made an appointment for 7:30 on a Saturday and it took them 3 1/2 hours to plug a tire when I asked about why it took so long when I had an appointment Dan tells me people also make appointments online and they get over booked. Well then why bother with appointments? Every customer in the place was disgusted with the wait if you can't handle the amount of appointments stop taking them common sense on how to treat your customers. read more

Darren and Kay In The New Year's Eve Ordeal: Part Three After guardedly driving around with a doughnut on the passenger side tire for what seemed to be an epoch, we happened upon NTB. The benevolent employee who waited on us came out to the car, assessed the damage and then told us that they could replace the tire, but that we'd have to get a rim elsewhere and then return once we got one so that they could put it on. He directed us to some fabled place called Hubcap Heaven, which ironically was closed for the holiday. However, once we got the rim, they fixed everything ahead of schedule, squeezing us in despite them being very busy on New Year's Eve. To Benton we headed after hearing Kay's brother, the trained chef RJ, scream half-drunk into the phone, "Nuh-uh. Get your asses out here!" That was a summons if there ever was one. Stay tuned for the "side mission." P.S. Our wait gave us a chance to get some Indian food, check out a Pier One Imports, and snag some fine pastries. Reviews for those are coming. read more

Save yourself some stress. Avoid here at all cost. I got tires here a year ago... and I had to replace them 4 times in less than a year. To make it better they made me pay for each replacement even though it was there fault. I didn't learn my lesson though. I went here last weekend for an inspection. I waited 3 hours to learn that my 3 year old car needed $1500 worth of work done. The guy claimed that he needed to order in all kinds of parts for me to pass inspection. I told him I didn't want to do that. I agreed to have my brakes replaced and a tire replaced. It took 3 more hours to finish. Whenever I came back they were doing all kinds of extra work that I didn't agree to. After waiting 6 hours I was ready to just be done. That's when I learned they changed my wipers, brake fluid, and all kinds of stuff they didn't mention over the phone. They did $700 worth of work and I didn't even pass inspection. It gets better though! They LOST my insurance and registration papers. When I called back and asked about it ... they had no idea what I was talking about. To make it even more ridiculous... I get a call the next day that my car is ready ... while I'm driving it. read more

UPDATE!! They stripped and ruined my lugnut , put one on that doesnt match, and are "looking" for a matching one. SERIOUSLY!?!?!? Scheduled an appointment for a 2:00 oil change and tire rotation. 2 1/2 hours later I'm still here and it's STILL NOT DONE. I watched them struggle for 20 minutes to remove one of the tires before getting help and he is JUST now (2 hours and 32 minutes after appointment time) putting oil in it. NEVER AGAIN! The wait here is too long. I brought my car in to get a single tire replaced. My appointment was at 5pm and they did not even start working on my car until much later (about 1.5 hours). Make sure you budget more time than you think. read more

The reason I've taken my car to NTB was that their extended hours and large number of bays would be convenient for me. Quality of work is more important than convenience. I've learned that the hard way! NTB Installed new brake rotors and pads on my Camry several months ago. I took it back a couple of times for noise and grabbing and pulsating. They tried to charge me for resurfacing the new rotors they just put on just three weeks after I had them installed. I didn't pay and they "fixed" them. I took it back a second time with the same problems and they said it must be the way I'm driving. The "fixed" it again. I got tired of the brake problems, so I took the car to a Toyota dealer. They found that NTB had installed the aftermarket brake rotors and/or pads incorrectly, not using a shim kit which is necessary for them to operate correctly. After spending $100's at NTB, I'm now spending $100's more to redo what they did wrong. I will not be taking my car to NTB again. I'll get important things fixed at the dealer, oil changes at Jiffy Lube and my tires at Sam's club, from now on. read more

Bad customer service. Went in with a normal windshield left with a cracked windshield. After 5 days of phone calls with no follow up they said there was no proof on the tapes. I then went on to speak with the company and they couldn't have been nicer. Customer service goes a long way. read more

If I could give them a zero I would!! I got a screw in the tread of my tire with 8/32 tread still left on it. Travis called to tell me the tire could not be repaired because of some DOT guideline that the screw was too close to the sidewall. He was more interested in selling me a new tire for over $100. After leaving my car there for over an hour just to have it looked at, I retrieved my car and took it to a local independent tire store. They repaired the tire, checked all my tires including the spare and showed me exactly what the problem was and how he had repaired it. His honesty and promptness (less than an hour) has me changing where I take my business. Shame on your deceptive sales tactics NTB! You've lost my business! read more

First I made an appointment online through their website for a tire rotation and a wheel alignment, when I arrived at NTB they told me they didn't receive it. They have a tv on the wall that has appointment names and times on it, I informed the worker that my name and correct appointment time was scrolling. He took the keys to my car and said that he would give me a call when the work was done. I left and returned at 4:45pm to see my car in the same spot I left it. I assumed it was finished and let the worker know that I was there to pay and pick my car up. They told me they never got to my car and that the service I was having done would take about an hour so I would probably have to leave it overnight. They were very nonchalant and acted as if they didn't care, so after a few choice words I told them to give me my keys and I would be in contact with corporate. Needless to say, I wont ever do business there. read more

Called the shop around 10 am to make an appointment. I was told there would be an opening at 1 pm. I showed up at 12:50 pm for my appointment and all I needed done was an alignment and tire rotation. My vehicle was FINALLY finished at 3:45 pm. NEARLY THREE HOURS FOR A FREAKING TIRE ROTATION AND ALIGNMENT!?!? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!?!? Interestingly enough, when I was spending money in there they were very gracious and speedy. Now that they have to honor the warranty I bought I have to wait like some schmuck!? The only reason I'll be going back there is because my tires are still under warranty. If I have to wait like this again, watching others who came in after me leave before me, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. read more

I love NTB. They didn't have any rims, but once we got a rim, they fixed up my car on New Year's Eve and got us back on the road earlier than they said they would. These guys were SO nice too! I witnessed a fight there today between a customer and an employee, yes, an employee fighting with a customer - pushing, loud, foul language, the f word many times - in front of customers! It was horrifying. Heard the girl who worked there say, "Jesus Christ, I don't know why I came to work today." The manager, Frank and his out of control employees should be ashamed.
