Fast and courteous services. I was on vacation stopped in because my tire light came on. The guy looked at all my tires and aired them up. One was about 2 pounds lower than the others. I've been a customer here for the last 20 years for tires/alignments, but my last experience was horrible. First let me say Mike and Jose (?) are 2 of the nicest gentlemen and did everything possible to make things right after what happened. Brought my care in to have 4 new tires mounted & balanced and have it aligned. When it was done I paid and went to get in the car, but looked at the wheels before I drove off. Two of the rims were scratched/metal gouged really bad and there were two bulges on one of the tires. I went back in and told the other guy (not Jose or Mike) working the desk to come out and look. Needless to say, I was pissed and he agreed the job was crap. I said, I bet the alignment wasn't even done. He mentioned that to Jose, and he went check the alignment machine and was honest and said it was not done...but I had paid $100+ for it. Keeping a very long story short, they did replace the tire with the bulges in it the same day and did the alignment for no charge. Also, they did replace the two rims with OEM refurbished rims that looked brand new. Makes me wonder how many people are paying for things they are not getting, such as alignments, etc. Customer service from management is top notch, but make sure you double check everything they do if you can. I hate seeing people get ripped off, especially with the price of things these days. Unfortunately for them, they have lost my business for good, and I can no longer recommend them to anyone. Only gave three stars, since they made everything right after the fact. Again, just double check their work if you can before leaving their shop. read more

I dropped my car off for an oil change and diagnostic check. After the oil change, the technician called to let me know I need new brakes and an alignment check. He was straight up and fair with the pricing of both, and also let me know how much time I had before I absolutely had to get new brakes and my car aligned. I ended up leaving my car there for the weekend and was 100% sure that my car was in good hands. read more

Customer Service goes a long way with me and you get great customer service here. They have wonderful people skills and will do their best to help you with your car's needs and try to get you in as soon as possible. I had a nail in my tire and for a few days I kept having to put air in it to commute and went to 3 other places trying to get scheduled to patched it up which wouldn't take long but no one wanted to squeeze me in and had me as far our as 4-5 days to assist me. I appreciate that you got me in without delaying other customers because they made all their customers a priority. A repeat business is what all businesses should aim for and now they have mine! read more

I made a no contact oil change appointment online and followed up with a phone call to confirm and was told when I get there call and someone would come out and take from there. Well when I got there and called a very rude person said I had made a drop off appointment the same rude person who told what to do when I arrived. I will NEVER go to a Goodyear again, they are not the only company in Navarre that changes oil. read more

My car is a 2015 with 21,930 miles. All tires have great tread. I took my car in for a slow air leak on the rear driver side tire. Mike and Jose said I had to replace ALL 4 tires for over $2000! Mike said they couldn't fix the flow air leak. They couldn't sell me just 1. I took it to the actual dealership, the dealership said I could replace just 1 tire. They said Mike was trying to upswell me. Furthermore, my tire was repairable, it was repairs for only $30! I'm just being honest, and I wanted the public to be aware of my negative experience! read more

Recently had to get my husbands truck in for a tire leak and an oil change. I booked online. When I showed up for my appt., they said they were actually 3 days out and down two techs. I left my truck with them, as they said there could be a slim chance someone doesnt show up for an appt. The guys managed to squeeze me in at the very end of the day and even stayed late for me, accomplishing every single thing on the work order. They were super friendly, professional and covid precautions were taken. Found my new autoshop! Prices were very fair and they beat the heck out of PepBoys for customer service! read more

I went in thinking that my breaks needed work. The technician checked them and said the breaks were good. I appreciated their honesty.

They must be under new management. My service did not reflect the other reviews here: I had new tires put on my truck, a battery change, brake and transmission fluid changed at this Goodyear location. I brought the truck in around 2 PM - after telling me that it would be ready the following day, Mike called me an hour later to inform me that it would be ready by 5 PM due to a cancellation. They even replaced 4 burnt out running lights on my truck at no charge, given my tire and battery purchases. This location is corporate owned and will accept all Goodyear service warranties (3 year alignment or tire repair coverage.) 10/10 read more

I see a lot of bad reviews, but they seem to be pretty old. I brought my car in for a slow leak. They were able to patch the tire at a very reasonable price. The folks at the shop were very friendly. A very positive experience all around. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! I'm in shock that a major company such as Goodyear would literally scam customers ,my family is in from Kansas City Missouri and was worried about their brakes so we took them into Goodyear and they gave them a quote of $800 after they kept the car overnight, they said that the car needed all kinds of work new brake pads new calibers unbelievable amount of things that needed to be done on the car but because my son-in-law works on cars I decided we would let him look at it first because I thought that the price was really outrageous , when my son-in-law worked on it he found that the car only needed was one left caliber, the brake pads were practically brand new and did not need to be replaced , I was shocked! I have lived in Navarre for for 12 years and I'm sad to say that this is a poor way to do business! BEWARE! read more

Woman in distress gets no help! I stopped at Navarre FL Goodyear Auto Service on the corner of Hwy 98 and Hwy 87 to have a tire repaired one hour and 15 minutes before their closing time. The tire was already off my car and ready to roll. 5 employees were standing around in the office, none in the shop. I was told I would have to leave my tire and return on Monday to get it. I left rather angry over a 15 minute repair! Fortunately Sears was on my way home, who gladly repaired my tire, put it back on my car, returned the donut securely to my truck and actually "thanked" me for coming by...10 minutes before they closed. I had never been here until today. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I called Tony at Goodyear to check when they would open on the following day, which was a Saturday. Tony told me he had a full schedule but if I came in, he would work me in. I brought some of my work to do, anticipating a two or three hour wait, but Tony and his guys had me out the door in 45 minutes...even with no appointment. He was a friendly, knowledgeable guy to work with and he won my business with today's excellent customer experience. read more

My friend came in from out of town and wanted to get an oil change and a tire rotation in the early afternoon on a Friday. Goodyear told him they could not take him for 3 hours, saying they were too busy despite there being several open bays and no one waiting in the lobby. We could only assume they were short staffed, but why not pull a tech off of another job for 30 minutes to get a simple oil change and rotation done? They not only lost the revenue for our job that day but lost our future business as well due to the poor management. read more

I usually don't let people work on my truck but I decided to go here because I didnt have time to work on my truck, so I went to change out my brake fluid and these apes broke my bleeder screw, and was unable to do a flush. So then they told me the tech who usually fixes those issues wasnt here and I'd have to come later. They also told me that my left, front wheel hub was damaged and needed a immediate replacement. I took off my rims, calipers, and rotors to get to my wheel hub which was solid, I've seen some fucked up hubs, mine was barely worn and was 100%, so that was complete bullshit, I went here yesterday and they said the tech wasnt here again. So I came here today and waited 3 hours for at max a 25 minute job, these mentally deficient fucks had the audacity to tell me they couldn't get the crew they broke out and that the other rear bleeder screw could not come out, I paid $430 for a oil change, brake pad replacement and a brake fluid flush, then was told I had to pay a extra $500 to replace a perfectly good part, then these complete braindead snakes told me they broke my bleeder screw and I had to pay for new calipers as that was the "only" way to fix the issue they caused, which would be a extra $300. I've had my truck since 2006, and has almost 200,000 miles. Some of the most shady and poor service I have ever received. read more

Upsell is the word of the day. I sent my wife in with our 2014 nissan titan to have the alignment done. They quoted her 95 bucks or so for the 3 month alignment. Mije told her it would be a while so she might want to get a ride. Well, she callef me and i had to take time off of my job to drive down and pick her up. Then after i get back to work this guy named Mike calls her back and says "oh we didnt realize you had a nissan titan and it needs a steering wheel computer reset. That cost an extra $25 to do the job." Im not sure how they didnt realize what they were working on when she dropped it off but thats another story. So my wife calls me to inform me of this and I figured they are trying to upsell a woman who may not know any better. I call mike and when he tells me the same thing I told him i dont believe that is correct because i have always had my tire aligment done there and never been charged for that he says "hmm, they must have skipped a step but it is required and i will not go any further without you paying the $25 fee". I like an idiot said fine do it but im not happy about it and would speak with the manager when i came to pick it up. Well, 30 mins later my wife called me back telling me that mike called her and told her to come pick it up that they were refusing to do the work. I called mike and he said he will not do the work but would not give me a reason why. He just said "come get it, we will not do the work" Several times. No reason ever given. Now...i took time off work for this twice and had to place several phone calls back and forth just for them to pitch a fit like a child and refuse to do the work. All because i said i would speak with the manager about what i percieved to be a bogus charge for something that should be part of the quoted price. I called four other local shops and they all said this was a bogus charge that they never charge extra for resetting the wheel because its PART OF THE JOB. I called this store at 9am and asked if they could tighten my AC belt, they said yes but they were busy. He said they were open after 1pm so I made an appoinmet for 2pm, got there 10 min early. Sat for 45min and they had not moved my car. I overheard the guy talking to someone on the phone saying we are wide open come on in. I stand up go over to the window and there are 3 guys standing around one of their cars. Thats it give me my keys this is bullshit, they are at luch he said. WTF you send 3 guys to lunch at one? On top of that you send them at a time of an appointment, you stupid A-Holes. Tighten an AC belt, what is that 10 to 15min job. I drove to FL from Atlanta and had some wheel vibrations for the last 20-30 miles in my Volkswagen Jetta. I took my tires to get rotated and balanced; everyone was friendly and I felt like these were honest guys. They called to tell me I needed 2 new tires - I agreed to have them replaced. Then, they called and told me that while balancing my back tire, I had 2 stripped lug studs that could not be replaced. Of course, they blamed it on another repair shop, though the last place that took my tires off was one that specializes in European cars and has the correct equipment to work on them. These guys didn't have the tools to fix it. Since the lug studs were beside each other, they rendered my car UNSAFE TO DRIVE and then made me pay for the tires they replaced. They told me I should have someone come tow my car. This was a holiday weekend, mind you. They threw me out to the wolves. I called the dealership and a few other garages in Fort Walton who all told me that this COULD BE FIXED. So, I took my unsafe car and drove it to Firestone who went to great lengths to make sure my car was safe for me to drive back to GA. I heard good reviews about this place, but perhaps they prey on tourists. Unfortunately for them, we come down to FL frequently to visit family and friends who are all aware of this incident. Steer clear from this place. If you want quality service from HONEST guys, drive 15 more minutes to the Firestone in Fort Walton. read more

I made an appointment for my daughter's car to have an alignment and also get new tires. Not only did they do a good job on both, they confirmed a weak battery that I had been told about by another mechanic but never followed up on it. This showed me that they'll check the car over and not just "create" needs that they can charge for. Their diagnostics calculated the same weak cold cranking amps value the other mechanic had told me about two weeks earlier so I trust their assessments. read more

I brought my car up the 2-28-2013 because my left rear tire was leaking air and i was trying to see if the could check it out for me it was 5pm and the close at 7pm siad they had no time to look it over and find the problem and the guy the would be able to do it was leaving at 6 to bring it back in the morning and i replied my tire will be flat in the morning and he siad to me that not my problem. Took my vehicle in to get a oil leak fixed, and before I left it I had the technician rack my vehicle and we both inspected the vehicle. I did not find any other leaks in the vehicle, and the technichian agreed. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I started the vehicle to make sure there was no leak. There was. I assumed it wasn't fixed. I had the tech rack it back up, we found a leak in the transmission. What are the odds! The tech said they don't do tranny work, and referred me to a shop they refer tranny work to. I can't believe I took it off their lot! With the suggestion from the tech not to let the tranny fluid get low and that its probably a seal and that it will probably seal back up. What can I say I was running late for other appointments. Without thinking I left with the vehicle and a new leak and a future problem. I called the store manager the next morning and explained to him what happened he referred me to the same tranny shop his tech referred me to. I was under the assumption again, that they would pay for this since they referred me. Because the tranny shop cannot confirm nor deny that goodyear did the damage, goodyear is denying to pay for the damage. Not only are they sticking me with the bill, but they were not concerned about me as a customer and my property because a week went by without a peep from the store until I decided to give them a call to find out what was going on.
