I explained to him that I had checked my air pressure and the next morning it was flat. He said they were not busy and should be able to get it right in. I called twice during the day to check on the status and was told that they had to get big ticket items in first. At 5:30 PM they called and said it was ready and that it was just the valve stem leaking. They did not charge me, but I was very aggravated that they took other vehicles first because they were big ticket items. My truck could have been fixed in 30 minutes or less had they taken it in like they told me earlier.

They were quick and if they can't fix it, they know somebody who can help you. Visited this shop today and had 2 of there used tires installed, after installing I heard squeaky…read morenoises the guy said maybe because they wet the tires! I pulled off and felt something feeling bumpy or wobbly so I drove it back and the guy took off one tire and said he would check balance! I explained to him I was from out of town and I need it to be fixed because I was headed back home!!! A few hours away from the shop! The other guy who works there tells me I came in with 2 flats what did I hit and the I probably need an alignment and it have nothing to do with the actual tires! I leave get on the road and about 32-34 minutes on the road one of the tires came apart/ fell out! I've paid 126.00$ for tires to be mounted and balanced! !! I was suck on road awaiting roadside! Or you can leave your vehicle there if you have someone who can pick you up. $40 for basic oil change, $60 for semi-synthetic, and $70 for a full-synthetic oil change. They also replace/repair tires and perform some basic auto services like shocks, alignments, AC service and brakes. Steve, who is the manager, seems nice and knowledgeable. Appears he's been there for decades. Once they got my car into a work bay they completed the oil change in 20-25 minutes. Seems like a good place to get an oil change or other basic vehicle maintenance services. My only complaint is the mechanic used the hood support rod, which I had strapped down to prevent its use, and this caused the gas lifts (which hold the hood up) to be pulled away from their attachment points and one was slightly damaged.
