The next day I called and told them about it, and they told me to bring it back. I did. This time they only worked on it for about 30 minutes. The tech handed me my keys, and I asked, "Everything good now?" He said yes. As soon as I got on the road, I could tell nothing had changed. The steering was still off, and on top of that, my car smelled like cigarettes. I don't smoke, and no one should be smoking in my car. I had to drive to White Marsh, and when I was leaving, my front passenger side started making noise like something was loose and about to fall off. Then I noticed my RPM and MPH weren't lining up properly, making it unsafe to drive at normal speeds. I was forced to drive slowly just to avoid causing an accident. Eventually, I had to get my car towed. Because of their incompetence, I had my car taken to a dealership where I could at least trust the work being done. Now I'm facing potentially thousands more in repairs for problems they either caused or failed to catch. At this point, I'm even considering getting a new car because of how badly this was handled. This place is unprofessional, careless, and feels extremely scummy.
