The first time I called the service person was fairly rude and then made sure I understood, that it would take a solid week for me to get an appointment. I came twice for two appointments which didn't matter because they didn't honor any appointment that I made with them. Then told me I would need to leave my car for a few hours or even a day for an OIL CHANGE. So I won't be back and actually had Living Social refund me.
