As I sat there, many older people struggled with the kiosk because this is a vision place and they couldnt see info. when one senior ask for help was told they had to check-in 1st thats how lazy these 3 people are. She wanted and asked for written proof or she had to charge me. I paid the fee and went home, verified I had coverage, and called back. I was told I already paid and that was that. I called my provider who called them to tell them I was covered and to bill them. When I called back, I was told I would not get a refund unless they were paid in 3-4 weeks. I was telling this to the place I went to get my glasses from who verified my coverage from the card, and they thought it was crazy. Our consensus was incompetent or lazy; I am going with both.
