The staff and nurse told me I did not have anything serious going on because if it was something like my appendix, I wouldn't be able to stand there and talk to them. I have high pain tolerance and I told them that. They told me they wouldn't be able to see me that day and that I didn't sound like I had anything serious. I called Back to make an appointment and never got a response. I continued to have a great deal of pain and when it turned into fever, I went to the ER and ended up with a burst appendix which had been going on for a week. I spent a very long time in the hospital with sepsis and a long recovery and never went back to this practice.

So Janice the PA saw me and told me my lungs are clear and there is nothing wrong with me and just because I'm coughing nonstop she gave me an inhaler! My condition got worse by the next morning and this time I decided to go Urgent Care on Chapman in Orange and was examined by Dr. Kwan and was diagnosed with bronchitis and sinusitis, he put me on prednisone and antibiotics, he was so good and so caring, just too bad he doesn't have his own practice!
