My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.

Their beautiful grocery store is so large It probably has its own planetary gravity. A few pictures attached - highlights are that they have a really wonderful fresh fruit and vegetable section with exotics that I wasn't expecting, great selections in meat, dairy and helpful, smaller sections with household and even hardware or school/stationary supplies.
