Family owned business in Crandall, TX serving a unique take on delicious gorditas. Picadillo are my favorite. Quick and friendly service.

Enjoyed this local food truck right down the road from me. Staff is very friendly and I've heard…read morethey do great things for people in the community. Food is authentic and really good. I think it's priced fairly right too. There's no where to sit, it's all to-go and is outside. I'll be back to support again!

Came across this Taco food truck on Facebook and thought to give it a try. It is a small area, so…read moreparking could be limited at times, depending on the time you go. This is one of the better hole in the wall taco spots in Forney. Again, not the best tacos I've had, but pretty darn good ones. Albert is the owner of this spot, and I got the opportunity to talk to him. He is a down to Earth guy and very friendly as well. He is working on adding more and different meats to the menu. Food: - Al Pastor (8/10): The pastor was seasoned very well and you can taste the freshness in the meat. I like how they give you the option if you want pineapples on it or not. I got mine without pineapples, so I could really taste the flavor of the meat. However, I did accidentally bite into a small bone in my taco. - Lengua (8/10): The lengua had a great flavor as well. I usually don't eat lengua, but this was pretty solid. It was not gamey or anything like some other places. - Beef Fajitas (9/10): Another great solid choice. This is your classic beef Fajitas, but they amped it up with the flavor. The coloring looks like it's pastor, but it tastes just like a well flavored beef. - Pollo (10/10): I normally don't ever get chicken, because it is always dry and no flavor to it. But man this chicken was one of the best chicken tacos I have ever had. It was seasoned perfectly. It kind of reminded me of an Indian chicken tandoori flavor. - Torta - al pastor (7/10): This Torta was pretty solid. The only reason it was a lower rating was because I wish the bread was a bit more toasted. But it was flavored well with the pork, jalapeños, onions, cilantro. I think next time I will try this with either the beef fajitas or chicken. - Elotes (6/10): I will be honest, the presentation of this elote is a 10/10. When I saw that there was takis in this with a hint of tamarind sauce, I was super excited to try it. But I think the problem was that the corn was too watery, so I could not get the full flavor of the spice, mayo, and cheese. However, my overall experience was great! I would give this place a 8/10 for the food overall. The hot sauce was nice and spicy, which is how I like it. I wish I got more of it because it was just that really good. I would highly recommend trying this place out if you are in the Forney area or driving by.
