Albert is the owner of this spot, and I got the opportunity to talk to him. He is a down to Earth guy and very friendly as well. He is working on adding more and different meats to the menu. Food: - Al Pastor (8/10): The pastor was seasoned very well and you can taste the freshness in the meat. I like how they give you the option if you want pineapples on it or not. I got mine without pineapples, so I could really taste the flavor of the meat. However, I did accidentally bite into a small bone in my taco. - Lengua (8/10): The lengua had a great flavor as well. I usually don't eat lengua, but this was pretty solid. It was not gamey or anything like some other places. - Beef Fajitas (9/10): Another great solid choice. I will no longer come to your expensive tap water places of money grubbing. If I am charged for a water with a purchase of a meal from anywhere now on I will spill the full water over the table costing the restaurant money for labor and materials to clean it up.
