This was my first visit into a taco casa, I was extremely happy with the experience. although I feel the food was slightly overpriced it was very tasty and the portion sizes were generous. I have to admit for some reason in my head I thought it was a Taco Bell knock off but now that I've had the pleasure I have been completely converted in fact I think Taco Bell could learn a thing or two from Taco Casa for instance quality control and portion sizes. I had the nachos that were loaded with toppings, one crunchy taco that was stuffed full of fresh ingredients and a bean burrito. For me the bean burrito was the showstopper which probably seems weird but it was really good. I know for most Texas residents the idea of calling a fast food restaurant good Mexican food is probably controversial but where I live at it's hard to come by and Taco Casa definitely fits the bill For my needs anyway. read more

The food is good; consistent from location to location. I use the drive thru about 90% of the time but when I do go inside this location is always clean. One problem I have with this location is that about every third time thru, they mess up the order and I don't catch it until I un-bag it at home. When I call back to tell them the order was wrong, I'm told that I'll be added to "the book." Personally, I feel they should be striving to eliminate "the book" and just get the orders correct. read more

Went into Taco Casa 8-6-23. We were extremely impressed with Ivan, the manager and his team. Cleanliness, and the flavor of the food was top notch. We order from here a few times a months. Last week we didn't dine in, but the taco shells were stale and the food was nothing like it was today. Please please keep Ivan and his team! This is the way I remember it tasting. Pretty decent Mexican food. Reminds me a lot of Taco Bell back in the 80s/90s. Definitely recommend. Prices are fair as well.

I was disappointed with my latest visit. Decided to stop by for their super nachos. Ordered inside as the drive thru had a few cars in line (to go). People came in after me and some how received their food before me. My order was 2 super nachos with everything on the side (as the nachos get soggy quickly if you are not eating immediately). Get home to find a bunch of chips and the smallest amount of toppings. My advice never order the nachos with the toppings on the side as you get short changed. The hard shell super taco is good but a little pricey for what it is. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Went through the drive thru, ordered 3 super tacos 1 no sour cream. Young lady on the intercom says hold on . I repeated my order 3 additional times she still gets it wrong says 3 crunchy tacos with sour cream I proceed to say no 3 SUPER TACOS 1 NO SOUR CREAM. Get to the window young man says 2 super tacos 1 no sour cream, no 3 super tacos 1 no sour cream. He says hold on walks away comes back "my co-worker only charged your for two we will have to do another order" ok that's fine how much is my first order $8.05 hand him $10.05 he hands me back change that was supposed to be $1.95 which should have been $2 ok fine I'll let the 5 cents slide it's only 5 cents went to count the change he actually gave me $1.90. Ok so cook comes out or the guy who is preparing my food ask "tacos all around" I am confused being this is my first time here so I repeat my order. 3 super tacos 1 no sour cream. I tails the other young man hey by the way you gave me the wrong change I gave you 10.05 should have been 2 dollars in change not 1.90 that you gave me . Proceeded to pay for the 3rd taco that was not included in first bill gave him my card so there was no way of messing up my change. Finally received my order, went to eat our tacos all the shells were stale, as if they purposely gave us stale taco shells ( how I know is because I had gone through 5 mins prior with a earlier order and it was fresh and good) I will never spend my money here again. read more

Mexican fast food. Not a huge fan of anything except their tacos. The tacos are pretty damn good but thats about it though.

This location is the worst! They leave something out every time we place an order. The chips are always stale and the food always tastes different than any other location I have visited. Will not return to this location. read more

Went to taco casa in Rhone, tx. Ordered three crispy beef tacos. I asked that they add onions on top of the beef as opposed to up in the lettuce and cheese (it makes a difference), I was told by manager that it was "againsed company policy" very poor customer service! read more

The restaurant is disgustingly dirty. Restrooms were filthy. Dead rats in the parking lot. Absolutely gross. Also, we had a staff member steal our debit card info and go on a shopping spree. I know it happened in this restaurant because we hadn't used the card anywhere else and within an hour of eating there charges appeared and all were within the area of the restaurant. Sadly we didn't catch it for a few days so we paid for their dry cleaning and convenience store addiction. The restaurant employees physically swipes your card so the theft must occur by someone employed by Taco Casa. Save your wallet and having to clean the filth off of your shoes from walking in to this sub par hole. read more

Quick. Cheaply priced. Small menu. Good taste. Drive thru is fast, and the interior has clean tables. Their meat is flavorful, I tend to go with spicy beef. The meat burrito is a good choice. read more

Definitely my favorite place to eat since moving to Crandall. Food is always fresh & hot, workers are helpful and management is excellent! I've visited over 12 times and had only 1 bad experience with food, I ordered no tomatoes, it had tomatoes, nothing's perfect. read more

The customer service here is AWFUL! Not one friendly face or greeting when we walked in. Not one person was wearing a mask so if you're concerned with COVID-19 spreading this isn't the place i would go to. The fast food is good. The staff is very nice and we had our food order before we could get the drinks and sit at the table. We were there near closing time and I spilled my very full drink all over the place. The staff immediately came to clean it up. I could not apologize enough. They were so accommodating and told me many times not to worry. We usually eat here after our grandsons baseball game and always have good service. read more

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE ! When you think of fast food drive thru and convenience this is definitely not the place to stop! Now granted food is good (when not thrown together) leaving a mess when you open to eat your burrito but what an unorganized mess!! No supervisor on duty apparently today as we sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes finally having to go in to actually place an order. I highly suggest the corporate management take a good look at the team and possibly schedule a few training courses (obviously on site) and maybe a course for the store manager to discuss structure, organizational ideas and commitment to leading a team for positive reviews! read more

You're going to wait a long while in the drive-thru line. You'll wait so long that you'll wonder how it's possible, when all of their food has essentially the same ingredients, ones which you'd think would be easy to keep prepared in adequate supply. Even Dairy Queen is faster. Beyond that the food is tasty and the folks at the window are friendly. If you have time to kill, it's quite good; just know that this isn't "fast" food in terms of speed. read more
