When I asked for my paper prescription, they immediately gave me the one for my glasses, but explained they could not do the paper prescription for contacts until I chose a brand and settled on a type I liked. I was trying out a bi-weekly style and a daily lens, so I had to try those and decide which was a better fit for me. Once I chose my contact brand and fit and went to make an order, my paper prescription was waiting for me when I arrived. They absolutely DO give out paper prescriptions when asked! Only reason I'm not going 5 star is they could move a bit faster on getting them in.
