Absolutely stunning lunch and dinner! We had lunch at the Pub and dinner at the kitchen and both were perfect experiences from the food to the service. The chicken pot pie and BLT for lunch were the exact comfort food we needed after the previous two days of travel and the late night arrival. The puff pastry was buttery and delicate and the filling was ever so rich and thick! The BLT was literally stacked with bacon, salty smokey perfectly crisped bacon! Dinner at the Kitchen took our Hell's experience over the top! We started with perfect Manhattans and pork belly, both expertly done! We then went with the lobster bisque and meatballs, preparing for our shared short rib meal. The lobster bisque is silky smooth and rich, poured table side over a generous portion of sweet lobster, will order every time! The meatballs with polenta croutons are also a definite reorder every visit, they are amazing, packed with flavor and melt in your mouth! In to the main course! I'm not sure how good the signature Beef Wellington is but I'm here to say, the short rib probably out does it! It is the richest short rib I've ever had and the potato puree compliments it so well, adding a smooth texture and buttery taste to the already phenomenal cut of meat. 7/10/26 Stopped by Gordon Ramsay's Pub for lunch before heading to the beach. The service was good but unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations. My sister ordered the molasses wings, and they were served cold. She doesn't send food back so she ate a couple and that was it. My other sister ordered a BLT without the tomato, with cheddar cheese. Her bacon was cold, and when the sandwich was brought back after being remade, they forgot to add the cheddar cheese. Good customer service, but the kitchen definitely missed the mark on this visit. The drive home was miserable. I almost didn't make it. We canceled Friday plans & have been crying in pain for over a day. I'm sooo disappointed in their food. This was frankly and quite honestly one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. I came here to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend. I'm going to describe our visit as awful. We were excited to visit, we were sittedvpromply, the waitress took our drink orders and brought drinks and we got water. We ordered shortly after being seated, and then, nothing. Waited over an hour with no food and no update. At one point one of the managers apologized for the delay and said our food was coming out now. Twenty minutes later I had to track down our waitress, by walking over to where she was standing (seemed like she was hiding from us), and asking for an update. Another ten minutes went by before a second manager came along to apologize. In the end it was over 90 minutes from when we ordered until our food came. By then our beef wellingtons were soggy. Yes, they comped a big part of our bill, but that wasn't the point. The kitchen failed by not getting our meal out. The waitress failed by not checking on us, updating us, etc. Every manager in the place failed by not doing something. Two plus hours of my life I'll never get back and mediocre food. I won't be going back, but I think Gordon should. The place needs some work! read more

We came to HK last night. It was crowded but not super packed. We had a good table and was with a group that has been here prior so they gave us a-lot of recommendations. The wagyu meatballs were very tender as was the filet mignon. The macaroni and cheese were delicious and perfect to share. My husband enjoyed his beef Wellington. The real star is the stickey toffee that was insane. Food was a solid 5/5. Service however could have been much improved. As our server kept forgetting drinks and then one of the sides. We gave her a tip and as we were in the hallway she complained to another server while we were next to her by the stairs "THIS was all i got". After the service provided wasnt the greatest. However that does not include the bussers and food runners they were wonderful. We would come back for the food 100%. read more

Total disappointment! I was really excited to visit this establishment since we were unable to go to their Vegas location on our last 2 trips. We visited the Atlantic City location in April 2026. When booking the reservation, you need to put in a credit card in case you cancel so they can charge you a fee for no-show. While I totally understand this concept during weekends in the summer when people constantly are canceling reservations, but this was a weekday in the off season. We booked it 1 hour in advance to avoid any risk. No surprised the place was mostly empty. The manager checked in on us and I mentioned it only to be told they would wave the fee. Then why have it in the first place and deter reservations? Maybe limit the practice to Fridays and Saturdays in the summer. Ordered wine by the glass. Wasn't familiar with the wines they offer so looked them up online to get a recommendation only to be shocked that their price per glass was greater than what an entire bottle costs retail. I know by the glass is a premium, but this is obnoxious and insulting. The pour size was not impressive at all either. We got the 3 course meal. The appetizer was extremely small. The lobster on the risotto was the size of a medium shrimp. I'm not expecting an 8oz tail, but it was very small. The beef wellington totally lacked favor. Huge swing and a miss and at a cost of over $400 pre-tip for party of 2. I will never go back and recommend you avoid. read more

We were in town for a show at Caesars and are fans of Gordon Ramsey so we figured we would try his place. It was fairly easy to get a reservation and we were seated on time. Waitstaff addressed us fairly quickly and took our drink order- they have a small cocktail menu but it has something for everyone. Service was attentive throughout the meal. For our meals we had the lobster risotto (its an appetizer, but is enough if you aren't starving) and the beef wellington (which the restaurant is known for). Both were just OK. This was a spot in the Caesar's hotel. The setup was similar to the show on television. It was dimly lit with excellent service. The menu had a number of options including some classics from the show along with other dishes too. It was more extensive than I thought coming in. For an appetizer, the pan seared scallops ($29.99) were ordered. They came with a pea puree, braised bacon lardons, fennel, chicken jus, and micro arugula. There were three to an order and unfortunately, they were a little fishy and overcooked. The rest of the components of the dish were outstanding. The pea puree was very tasty. It was just a shame about the scallops. For dinner, I went with the beef wellington ($71.99). It came with a potato puree, root vegetables, and a red wine demi-glace. This was very good. The cook on the beef was a perfect medium rare while the pastry was flaky and buttery. The potato puree was smooth and very tasty. The glace was a nice touch too. I also tried the Chilean sea bass that came with a tomato sofrito, watermelon radish, cilantro, and basil oil. The fish was perfectly cooked and the tomato sofrito was very tasty, a touch of heat too. For dessert, the peanut and jelly tart ($13.99?) was ordered. It came with peanut butter mousse, chocolate pudding, raspberry jam, and chopped peanuts. This was very satisfying. The mousse was smooth as well as airy. The hint of the raspberry jam that was part of the mousse and tart really made the dish fulfilling. I wish there were a little more of the jam present. The tart itself was very light too. I traveled over 7 hours to try this location for my birthday. The food was absolutely fantastic and it came pretty quick. I had to wait so long for refills, it was a little surprising. The waiter was very friendly, but very slow with everything. We spent over an hour and a half at the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful. We had a nice table and were able to see right into the kitchen. I was really disappointed by how we were treated. We weren't treated poorly, we just expected to be treated a little better. This is our second time to a Hell's Kitchen (San Diego was our first,) so this is more of a comparison. I will say right off the bat - had this been our FIRST experience, we wouldn't have been so determined to make it back. San Diego had a separate vegetarian menu with a truffle risotto on it. The truffle was made into the sauce and we've been dreaming of it ever since. That is definitely not what we got here. We were charged $19 for the risotto, and $23 for truffle shavings on top. A $42 risotto?!! On top of that, after telling the server we cannot have any seafood, the first dish that came out had a lobster in it. Wagyu meatballs were a hit. NY strip steak was good, but not $68 good. Had a small amount of red Demi glacé under it. No veggies, no puree to go with it. Mac & cheese and asparagus side I highly recommend. They showed up long after our entrees though we almost forgot we ordered them. Drinks were good. Fallen Angel is a sweet drink. The Notes From Gordon comes with a printed quote, not any handwritten notes as they try to pass it off as. Wine is well over priced. We went in San Diego because of my birthday and they brought us a complimentary sticky toffee pudding. Thought that was the standard. Not here in AC. This time it was my boyfriend's birthday. They did bring out his dessert with a candle in it, which is nice, but it wasn't complimentary. Then they brought a second one of his dessert that we didn't ask for. They did end up taking the second off the bill at least. Btw that sticky toffee pudding is great. After getting the bill we noticed an "AC Luxury Tax" for $6.27 on the bottom. WHAT TF IS THAT? Completely unnecessary, especially after all the mistakes. All in all, sure, food is good but not OHMYGOD like it was the first time. We made a reservation to celebrate my granddaughter's graduation from high school and her birthday. We anticipated the meal all day hoping to enjoy a HK chef experience. When I inquired which HK winner worked there, I was informed that Justin had recently quit so it was "only the regular Caesar's chef. " Disappointment #1. Once seated, the waitress was prompt at bringing our drinks but took a while to get our order. We waited 40 minutes for meals- disappointment #2. The meals looked beautiful, however, my daughter's New York Strip steak ($65) was over cooked and my Chicken Scaloppini ($38) was over salted. Neither of us ate our meals. My granddaughter loved her meal of (Lobster and Shrimp Scampi $50 with Mac and Cheese ($16). I felt the Scampi was skimpy with 4 shrimp and the lobster swam through the sauce. Disappointment #3. They did comp our meals although we had to walk down the street and ate at another restaurant. Very disappointing and truly HELL. I visited the Hell's Kitchen in Vegas and could not wait to try the Atlantic City location. Hell's Kitchen in AC is smaller. We ordered the 4 course Valentine's Day menu. The TRUFFLE OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER were absolutely delicious. It was a nice start to the meal. The next course was a beet salad (Salt-Roasted Beets, Citrus Ginger Vinaigrette, Whipped Ricotta, Pistachio Crumble). It was very fresh and light. The next course was the main and I asked if I could switch the BEEF WELLINGTON with filet mignon. My request was obliged but they did not give me anything that came with the BEEF WELLINGTON- I just received Filet mignon. I was disappointed but did not make an issue of it. Finally got around to trying another one of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants. Reservations are required as it gets really busy. Located inside the Ceasars casino in Atlantic city, it is a great place to dine! The dining area is quite hidden, down a flight of stairs. Once at the bottom of the stairs, you see a wall full of profile pictures of all the hell's kitchen tv show winners. The restaurant is dimly lit with a red kitchen and a blue kitchen, just like the TV show. We were seated in a small room off from the main eating area, which was nice and more private. The menu is vast and we ended u going with the prix fix menu for $115.99/person. We thought this was the best option as most of what we wanted was listed and saved us money compared to ordering each on it's own. Our waitress was very friendly and wished us a happy anniversary, and even brought us a glass of champagne on the house. First up was the seared scallop and lobster risotto. The seared scallop was tender and juicy but just a tad bit salty for my liking. It was placed over pea puree which was light and didn't taste like pea at all. Loved the lobster bisque. It was buttery and flavorful and paired nicely with the lobster. The beef wellington looked so good, wrapped in a pastry dough which reminded me of pigs in a blanket. The beef was tender and juicy. I would have liked it a bit more cooked though. The potato puree was exquisite, so smooth and creamy! Last up was the sticky toffee pudding. OMG, my all time favorite dessert. It wasn't too sweet at first and hit every craving I had. Definitely would order this again! Overall, had a great time and would go back to try their other menu items. It is located in Caesar's Palace and the decor and theming is fab! We had a reservation and were seated right away. The dirty martini was the perfect way to kick off the meal! We started with the tuna tartar. It was a good sized portion for the price. If you love sushi, this app is a must try! For my entree, I had the salmon and we split a side of mac and cheese. The salmon had the crispiest skin I have ever had! It was simple, but delicious! The citrus fennel salad was fresh and paired perfectly with the fish. The mac and cheese was probably my favorite thing! The crispy prosciutto on top added great flavor and I loved that they used gouda cheese. We also got the Short Rib and though it was very tender, I felt it was a little dry and could've used a bit more sauce or something else to dress it up. I've been coming here since it opened I always get the wagu meatballs as a starter and get the beef Wellington which is Gordon Ramsay's signature and thats always good. But tonight I figured I'd change it up and get the roasted chicken breast(roasted butternut squash, pearl onions, steamed rainbow carrots, parsnip puree) it was very good the chicken was cooked perfect and the parsnip was creamy. The service is always top notch and attentive to my needs. The restaurant itself is of course inspired by the show and is fine dining. It was for my birthday and they gave me what they call their signature cake and i feel like I will drive 5 hours again just to have a bite of that cake. We will def go back! Sides are to share. They were good. The only thing I didn't care for was how loud it was and how close the tables are together.
