Secondly he could fit me in the same week that I called inquiring. The bumper was beautiful and looked like new after he finished it. It only took him about 23 hours from drop off to the call for pick up. He charged me exactly what he quoted me and it was a good deal. My issues were that he told me after I had already arrived to pay that if I had cash he wouldn't charge me tax. Well I didn't have cash and I wish he would've told be beforehand. He also told me the car wouldn't be ready for 2 days when I dropped it off. I had to work so I needed it earlier. He told me he would do his best to have it ready the next day. I had to go through an ordeal to get someone who could give me a ride the next day. Well he called me first thing the following morning saying it was ready. I was not prepared for that since he made it sound like it would be late when the car was ready. So I had gone through a bunch of nonsense to secure a ride and it was completely unnecessary. Lastly I'm not sure what in the world happened but after I drove my car home I discovered that it was covered in ants. They were everywhere. I had to wash it and I was still finding them. That was gross and annoying. After everything I would do business there again because the work was done well for a fair price.

He said he would call me right back, which he did not. Several hours later he finally answered and said that he was not legally obligated. He did send me $400 via cashapp to buy a turbo but unfortunately that did not fix it. $6000 is a lot of money for me and this has put me in a really bad spot. I have 4 kids and now have no car and no money to get another. I just don't understand how someone can get away with doing this to someone.

The panel will need to be replaced but his fix will at least get me back home..if I was staying here, I'd let them do the repairs for sure!

5 stars for 5 star people in a five star shop!…read more My '96 Volvo got hit in a parking lot in Little Rock, the insurance of the party who hit me seemed to try every possible route to get out of paying for what was obviously their fault. Days later Geico finally decided to have it towed, they recommended Landers or Gwatney but I insisted upon Gordy's because I knew they would be on my side/not on the side of the insurance adjuster. They got me a rental for ~5 days. When the Geico guy went to Gordy's to assess the damage he literally tried to say it had not been hit, even though his insured party had admitted fault; which had definitely thrown the alignment off. You CANNOT visually tell if a car is aligned, you have to drive it to feel the shakes she had. So after Geico guy walked around my car twice and basically called my husband a liar, Matt at Gordy's went to bat for us. He told Geico guy to shove it and listed all the things my car really needed, and told him "y'all are definitely paying for this. It's un-drive-able because of your people, you're gonna make it right." Thanks again, bud! In the end they replaced basically my whole front end and aligned her properly. In addition they replaced the headlight assembly that was badly cracked. And because Volvo parts come from Sweden Gordy's got Geico to extend my rental car to 12 whole days! Cannot recommend them enough! For any body work, paint, insurance claim, etc. Gordy's is the best you can get in Arkansas!!
