The office moved to Grafton Street. I followed. Thirteen years later I am still a patient. Dr. Mundra and her staff are a joy to work with. In my case, my salivary glands became underachievers as a result of a medication I was prescribed. The number of cavities I got began to increase. But, as one of the hygienists put it, "it's our job to educate, not to judge." The hygienists were more than willing to teach how to protect my teeth. Swishing with water after eating; reducing sugar in the diet; showing me how to improve flossing and brushing techniques, and suggesting products (with coupons) that keep the mouth moist improved things nicely. As a result, I had fewer cavities. Plus, I lost fifteen pounds in eight months, and my A1C level is lower. Dentistry is truly important for the whole body. Thank you Grace Family Dental.

Everything--from billing to scheduling to communication--was handled seamlessly. Of course, the star of the show was Dr. Fechner. Fechner attempted to do a lower eyelid surgery on me and I was left with a detached, drooping eyelid. He tried to repair his work and failed. He then referred me to an oculoplastic surgeon. Save yourself time, grief, and $$$$ and go directly to an oculoplastic surgeon. BTW, Fechner will not pay for any repairs to his work.
