The company shared the photo of the flowers being ready, which I let them know the recipient (my friend) is currently home. However, it was not explained that the flowers were not going to be delivered until another 2hrs. Whenever I received a photo of the flowers being made and ready to delivery, it normally is delivered no later than 30mins-1hr tops. This delivery did not happened until 2 HRS after the photo was sent to me! Upon delivery, my friend ended up leaving the house just right before they arrived to her house. I communicated my frustration and voiced that I thought the flowers were already sent, now she is not home.... Delivery person was also assuming my friend was home due to seeing a car out in the front lawn. HOW do they even know what car my friend would be driving?? That is very unprofessional. The car belonged to my friend's roommate. The delivery person had the audacity to ask me to tell the roommate to accept the flowers and bring it inside for her..... I DO NOT have their contact info! The delivery person ended up leaving the flowers at the front doorsteps and had the audacity to ask me if I wanted it delivered tomorrow instead when they already left it there. I even checked online upon checkout to 'give to person and NOT leave at doorstep', as they have a policy that they will charge delivery fee again if unanswered. Their delivery fee is also ridiculously HIGHER than any other flower shops around the bay! But this is the kind of service received? Terrible. What was the point of selecting how to deliver flowers online if the person delivering them is clueless?! My friend did not get back til 3 HRS LATER and when she sent me a pic of the flowers, it was ALL warping! Waste of money, value was not great, DO NOT BUY. There are plenty of flower shops around the bay that would take better care of the flowers and not leave at doorstep rather than try to tell you to reach someone else to put it inside! 2 stars for the packaging and being willing to deliver it day of purchase vs next day. read more

Last night, I was asked by my church to get 15 bouquets for the graduates by 11 AM today. Did my search on Yelp only to find that most of the florists between myself and church were closed on Sunday. Nancy was one of two that was open Sunday morning so I called right at 8, said I'd be there at at 9. I told her my budget, how many we needed, she said no problem, gave me a seat and Boom! Less than an hour later, they were helping me load 15 beautiful bouquets. With the budget I had, I was expecting 1 flower per bouquet and some garnishes, but we got so much more, they were beautiful and looked so classy.
