We were in the mood to try a new/different place for breakfast, so we decided to give this one a try. I liked the look and ambiance of the restaurant and the staff was friendly. I was immediately put off that they don't have hash browns, only fried potatoes. I ordered a ham, bacon, and cheese omelet; which came with the potatoes & toast. The potatoes appeared to be leftover from the day before, they were not at all crispy and were very soft with not much flavor. Instead of mixing the ham and bacon together in the omelet, they had ham on on side and bacon on the other. It is also quite expensive, especially considered the lack of quality of the food. It was $51 for two breakfasts and two sodas.

Have passed by this restaurant several times, but had never tried it. I really like the unique look, so we decided to try it one morning. The staff was friendly and I really rnjoyed the atmosphere and decor. I ordered the Tex Mex breakfast, substituting bacon for the Italian sausage. When it came to the table, I immediately saw that they had given me ham (which I'm not a fan of) instead of bacon. They took it back & quickly fixed the problem. The food was so-so, not much flavor, except for the overpowering onions & green peppers that were largely cut and still quite crunchy. The potatoes were not at all crispy, although the appearance indicated they should/would be.

Visiting my sister, in Minnesota, she took me to Saint Elmo, where we ate breakfast at Gorman's restaurant. Our server was Diane, who was fabulous! The inside was bright and airy, with a great deal of historic paraphernalia. The breakfast we had was quite filling, and they cooked everything to our order. Again, Diane was amazing and very attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the Eastside of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Bon appétit

Went through the drive through for ice cream. We got a raspberry shake, coffee shake and a m&ms twister. Great size for the $. Staff was friendly and there was really no wait. We loved our ice cream. So Thank you!!

First of all-I want to state that we picked this place because we saw the open patio dining (important to us since COVID-19 is still around). Not any political affinity, I was ready to give this spot a fair shake...and the malt was AWESOME! Made the old-fashioned way, it was excellent right down to the last drop! The food was a disappointment for me-the beef was dry (but the gravy was good) and the corn was cold. My friend had the Rueben and wild rice soup & liked them both.

It was pretty loud indoors due to it being packed, so we kind of wished we could have grabbed a table outside; their patio area was adorable! Our server Karey was a superstar: friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable regarding the menu options. My mom said her eggs Benedict was the best she's had in quite some time. My sausage scrambler was loaded with sausage, mushrooms, peppers, cheese and green onions and it was very filling. My only gripe was when I looked at the receipt after we left and saw it cost $7.90 for two cups of coffee. And the coffee wasn't even in the realm of good, so they either need to up their coffee game or lower the price.

Heard great things about this restaurant so my girlfriend and I had to check it out. A bit busy (which is a good sign), but the 5 minute wait wasn't too long. Many good options to explore, but I just had to check out their country fried chicken. Main star was the gravy; it was delicious, seasoned well, and was filling. The hash browns were crispy and cooked well. The steak itself was good, a little dry personally. The crust could use more "crunch." Even when sauced, the underlying crust of country fried chicken should maintain some structural integrity rather than being soggy. Nevertheless, I was satisfied. Be sure to check this place out. Would love to try the other items offered on the menu.

First of all we found this place on Yelp and landed on it because of the high reviews and how close it was to our airbnb. I was a bit worried about a wait as it looked popular but with two people we were able to get in pretty quick (less than 5 min wait) on a Sunday morning. It was packed though, so there might be a wait. Space is at a premium in this building and despite being a bit crammed in it was still a great experience overall. Honestly everything was wonderful. The server: A+, ambiance: great, food: holy hell it was delicious. I had some sort of benedict that came on cornbread and was paired with some incredible hashbrowns. Chef's kiss. I have seen people argue with the owner. It's a small place and he values his staff so much that he will not opt for income over his staff's mental health or stress level. I admire that so much. Recently my adult son, adult daughter and I gathered for a weekday breakfast at this trendy place. In my experience the descriptor "trendy" often has a somewhat negative connotation. It can be associated with long lines, high prices, harried staff and mediocre food. IMHO none of those things are associated with The Breakfast Club. We started by sharing an order of Monkey Bread [ (roughly a cinnamon/caramel dough baked in a bundt pan (or at least something round and hollow)], topped with icing and with sections that one may tear off). A bit messy but overall a great start to the day. My son and daughter both ordered more conventional breakfasts and both were very pleased with their choices. I went with the Senor Borracho which I found flavorful and delicious. I love a good Huevos Rancheros and the Borracho is an interesting twist on the classic dish. Service was excellent. The coffee was decent and mugs were kept full. Noise didn't seem problematic. Parking could be an issue at times.
