Oh my gosh absolutely phenomenal!!! we actually try to go see them at the John's Pass seafood festival in a couple weeks back and they literally sold out to people before us we ended up getting some blackened shrimp and a hotdog as that was all that was left, but it was really good. We were finally able to go over to safety Harbor today. They were parked in front of troubled waters brewing - that was an excellent combo and we finally got to get our lobster rolls. They were to die for!! so glad we finally got to try them. Also, the staff was so nice and friendly. There is a middle-age guy with a beard who was there today as well as at the festival who is so kind and always on top of things and then a few younger kids working as well. My husband and I were both impressed about how well cleaned both the inside and outside of the truck looked- I feel like they really take pride in what they do and I am very glad we were able to drive over and see them today!! I will certainly be keeping an eye out on Instagram for where they go in Tampa in the next couple weeks to go back again

Got Lobstah? It's a food truck. Had today Sept 18th marked on my calendar excited to try this special food Truck. A Veteran Owned Business. I was not disappointed ! Lobster freshly brought in from Maine daily! Wow so fresh and prepared correctly. Sweet and tender melt in your mouth. My choice was a Lobster roll with butter. Excellently prepared melt in your mouth. My husband to be had Lobster Mac and Cheese again a delicious treat with large pieces of meat including claw meet again did not disappoint. I would totally recommend this Very Special Food Truck. I understand they stop by The Soggy Bottom Brewery in Dunedin once a month. They also have stops at a lot of the Breweries in our area! Watch out for this Terrific Treat! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Warm lobster roll with kettle chips and a side of yummy coleslaw. This was a meal around 28.00 dollars.

This food truck was just eh. Nothing exciting about it. The lobster as a little rubbery and tough. (Bit into some lobster shell in the meat) The flavor was good, but just not really fresh; the bread was just a piece of white toasted bread. The potato salad was very chunky and had a very strong onion taste. The cole slaw was very tasty! It's a little pricey for the amount of food you get.

The workers were extremely nice and this is legit the best place you can get lobster in Florida.

Enjoy lobster but can't make it up to New England? This is the food truck for you! They bring the lobster down from Maine and serve it in several ways. I haven't made it past the warm, buttery lobster roll on the menu though! Each lobster roll is stuffed full of lobster meat so it's filling. The seasoning and the butter are perfect. And if you're getting it to go, make sure to ask for it to be "deconstructed" so you don't end up with a soggy roll when you open up the box. The lobster and the butter are separated into a container for you to warm up when you're ready. Plus, you might not see it on the menu but they often have whoopie pies from a bakery in Maine. Those are worth a try too! Glad they have a text notification system for when the truck will be in my area because this food truck is tops in my book

Got Lobstah stopped my apartment complex the other day and I couldn't resist trying their lobster Mac and cheese. It was my first time trying a lobster Mac. The lobster was so juicy and flavorful. I loved the pasta they used for the macaroni. I definitely would devour this dish again.

Wow! I was skeptical about finding a good lobster roll here being that I'm from the northeast and have had really good lobster rolls there. But, this lobster truck is the real deal! There are no fillers here, just a bounty of buttery and delicious lobster chunks. Everyone I've interacted with at the truck has been really kind, too!

Decent. The amount of lobster was pretty good for how expensive lobster is these days. Could have been a little bit less rubbery.

On the rare occasion that…read moreseafood was on the menu, it was typically a frozen variety like Groton's, or the occasional fish fry at the Elk's Club. That's changed since moving to the Gulf Coast of Florida, where the fish at the local restaurant today was probably swimming yesterday. My "go-to" seafood now is a grouper sandwich which I order blackened but NOT fried. I've sampled grouper sandwiches from many local dining establishments, but my favorite is from "Carvor's Fish House" A couple of important notes: 1) Carvor's is only open for LUNCH. Their hours vary, so you'll want to check the website, but they typically close at FIVE PM, with the last order accepted at FOUR PM. 2) Carvor's has NO inside dining The patio is tree-shaded with extra umbrellas but if it's really hot, you may be uncomfortable. 3) Carvor's has COUNTER SERVICE. You go inside, order your food and THEN go back outside and select a table. When your food is ready, a server will bring it to your table. 4) This is downtown Dunedin, and parking can occasionally be a challenge on Douglas Street, but FREE parking is available in the city parking garage across the street. Pictured is my "blackened grouper" sandwich. A refreshing change from the usual French fries is their homemade chilled tomato, cucumber and onion salad. Delish!

On the website they list out parking lots, so I would recommend checking that out. We ended up parking at a parking garage that was a couple minutes walk from the restaurant. Also, pro tip thanks Yelp, they do accept reservations. You have to look on OpenTable, though, I don't feel like I saw it on their website. We were there at 7 PM on Saturday and even without a reservation we would've gotten a table. However, it is on the smaller side if you want to sit inside, they do have a back patio. I saw a reserve sign on our table, so they definitely honor Reservations. I got hogarita which is their version of a margarita. It was good. My husband got an old-fashioned and liked it. The food is where this place really shines. I got hogfish grilled with their veggie of the day and key lime slaw. My husband got their salmon grilled with veggie of the day and hush puppies. The hush puppies are exceptional. I usually avoid carbs and I'm sure this one is really bad for you, but it was absolutely delicious. My husband, who normally isn't a huge fish eater liked his salmon. We both agreed, though that my hog fish was better. The hog fish was flaky and tender, a very mild tasting fish, but absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 on this dish. This place is pretty casual, it feels very down to earth with really good food. Service was attentive and quick, we will be back.

I can imagine it would be particularly beautiful at sunset. We came here for lunch and it wasn't busy at all, so we picked seats right along the railing overlooking the water. I got the grouper sandwich. The one downside for me is their speciality sauce that they put on everythingggg is a dijionaise & I hate mustard in all its forms. So that made ordering a little tricky but isn't their fault really. I swapped it for regular mayo. I liked the lime vinaigrette and got a little extra of that. They serve the sandwiches with chips that were pretty crispy and tasty. My fish was cooked wonderfully. Service was quick and the waitresses were very friendly. It's also a Diet Coke place, which is a big pro on my list.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5…read moreAmbiance: 5/5 It was my first time in Tampa, and after hearing so many great things about this spot, my friends and I made it a point to eat here. When we first arrived, we honestly didn't expect a Michelin-starred restaurant to have this kind of setting- not in a bad way btw, just different from what we imagined! We went around 3 PM, and it wasn't too busy, so our group of three was seated immediately. They also have a back patio, but it was way too hot outside, so we opted to stay indoors with the AC. The service was excellent. Since it was our first time dining here, we spent quite a while looking through the menu. The staff were very patient, answered our questions, and gave some helpful recs. For food, I ordered the grouper sandwich because I saw that the fish was locally caught and was intrigued. It was a little saltier than I would have liked, but I still enjoyed it a lot. My friend got the grilled shrimp house salad and the pistachio crusted red snapper. The red snapper was WOW so delicious. The lemon beurre blanc balanced the dish perfectly. It was my friend's order, but I kept finding myself stealing bites from her plate lol. We also got a classic risotto with added shrimp and it was another standout. I really enjoyed it because it wasn't overly creamy, so I never got tired of eating it. I would definitely order this again. Okay, now onto the oysters... OMMGGGGGGGGG. The Shigoku from Samish Bay, WA was my absolute favorite out of all the oysters we tried. You honestly have to taste it yourself to understand how sweet it is. We also wanted to order more of the Royal Miyagi oysters, but unfortunately they had already run out and only had one left. So sad!!!! While waiting for our food, I walked around the market and loved browsing all the different items they had for sale. There were locally made souvenirs, sauces, honey, prepared foods, merchandise, and so much more. Definitely worth taking some time to explore if you're there. Overall, it was such a lovely experience, and I would absolutely come back whenever I'm in Tampa again!

My Brother lives in St Pete and takes our Mom to eat there or calls in for take-out at least 2-3 times per month. We arrived tonight (Thursday) around 7:45 PM to bypass the dinner rush. Walking in to be seated, I noticed several empty tables that had not yet been cleared with several people waiting outside to be seated. I was told "there will be at least a 10-15 minute wait, to give my name, and to wait outside." I thought maybe there were enough people waiting already to take up the empty tables, but that wasn't the case. We sat outside in the cold waiting and watching the guy stand at the bar doing nothing to help bus the empty tables, some of which were right by the window. After 15 minutes or more, we were finally called in last walking by the same uncleared tables, led to another table as the table cloth was being placed on it, no menus, no apology for the extra long (unnecessary) wait outside in the cold. When we finally placed our order, we waited some more. Finally our server said "there was a mix up and our order had not gone through." When Mom's favorite seared salmon finally arrived, it was dry and overcooked. I have never written a bad review on Yelp in my life. But, I hated to see my precious Mom & Brother treated this way. Loyal customers should not be taken for granted.

The chicken Marsala needs improvement, the sauce didn't have great flavor and the chicken was not seasoned well. Using large (maybe portobello?) mushrooms provides a weird texture to the dish. We ordered on Wednesday night which offers a special Italian preparation with a tomato reduction sauce. The pork itself is so tender you can cut it with a fork. It melts in your mouth.
