    "Kid's Corner" Chicken Wings (4)

I've been a patron of the Ozona Pig for over 25 years off and on and have to say, they never disappoint!!! I ordered the BBQ Beef Brisket Plate which was excellent!!! My daughter had the kids Chicken wings which also was excellent!! Definitely had to have the Southern Sweet tea to go with everything!!! We were seated immediately upon entry!! Our server, Britt was very efficient and friendly with everything we needed!! Our drinks were never empty and our food was delivered quickly!! Everything we had was full of flavor and generous portions!!! The entire restaurant has interesting decor throughout the place which is interesting to see from every seating area!!Definitely recommend checking them out!!! Keep up the great work and look forward to our next visit as always!!!

Took a ride to Palm harbor and decided to check this place out. Parking lot in the back so easy to find a spot. Got a Booth and the light that hangs down is bright and honestly annoying. Lighting at the bar looks perfect so if we come back would definitely sit there. Service was nice and friendly. Ordered a draft beer and it was flat. Was gonna send it back but I was so thirsty so decided to drink it and switched to bottle. Bottle beer was fine and cold. Neighbors got the ham and cheese and rubs. Both Happy with selection. I got the smoked wings. Blue cheese good. The wings were good but not much flavor or spices. The flats were juicy but the drums were dry. Also got an order of coleslaw. It was creamy and good but could have used some spices for flavor. Hubby got the beef brisket. I felt it was dry and again not much flavor. The barbecue sauces provided are runny and nothing I would ever call barbecue sauce. In any event, it was a good night but I don't feel the need to run back and try anything. It might be your cup of tea, you never know.

We especially like the Cocktail, which has barbecue pork, Cole slaw, and baked beans in a small Mason jar. But it covers a whole plate - she ate half the beans before I took the pic

This place was soooo very good. We were recommended to go here and are so glad we came. First when you get there, parking is in the back and the lot is small. I'd definitely come at an off time as I can't imagine the dinner rush. It's a small little place, some outside seating so if it's not summer, you could probably sit out there and it'd be nice. I've heard it can be buggy so, bug spray? We sat inside anyway and it wasn't too crowded so we sat right away. Service wasn't the fastest but it wasn't bad either. We got a half order of onion rings to start and absolutely devoured them - they were SO good. Hot with just the right amount of batter. We should've gotten the whole order tbh but the half order would've worked for two people, not the six we had. Entree, I got a half rack of ribs with mac & cheese and corn on the cob. The mac was excellent! The corn was decent but lacked seasoning & butter. I doused my ribs in the sweet sauce they offer (there's three sauce choices on the table) and they were amazing. A good amount of bark & the half rack comes with six ribs so the portion size was perfect. It also comes with a little slice of garlic toast and omg I could've eaten ten of those. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

I'm a tough critic when it comes to bbq. Being from Georgia, I've had my share im my lifetime. I also feel that bbq is subjective and it's okay for everyone to have their own opinion of how it should be prepared. I stopped in on a weekday afternoon, restaurant was steady but not busy. Grabbed a seat at the bar and recognized that there were a lot of regulars that frequent this establishment. I went for the chopped barbecue sandwich sub Brunswick stew. I'm always going to give that a try when I see it on a menu. I was honestly very let down. Lacking flavor in the meat itself and all of the three sauces were not memorable. The stew was of nice consistency but too sweet for my liking. While the meat was tender, it was boring. Even with the addition of salt and trying all of the sauces. All in all, I don't see a reason to return. I hope this establishment does well, but it's not for me.

We ordered the West Coast Benny with grits and a buffalo chicken wrap with fries. Everything was really, really good. The grits were creamy and comforting, the Benny hit all the right notes, and the buffalo chicken wrap had great flavor without being over the top. It was the kind of food you enjoy slowly because every bite is solid. What really made the stop memorable though was the people. We parked our van right next to the outdoor seating so Fir could hang out with us, and it felt immediately relaxed and welcoming. We got chatting with the nephew and his uncle who run the place and it turned into one of those easy, genuine conversations you don't plan on having. Both of them are clearly outdoorsy, adventurous people and that energy carries right into the atmosphere of the restaurant. Good food brought us in, but the warmth and authenticity are what made us want to stay longer. If you're in Tarpon Springs, this place is absolutely worth your time. @57overlander

It has a pretty amazing bakery section when you walk through the back door to enter the restaurant. I was starving and picked the biggest thing on the menu which is the smokehouse platter and you get a ton of food with this platter (Brisket, pulled pork, quarter rack of ribs all served with coleslaw, Texas toast & side of fries.) I thought the price was absolutely amazing because you get all the food for $28.95. Needless to say as starved as I was, I couldn't even finish the whole meal. Our server was Scott and he was pretty amazing and he was training a new hire and I'm sorry but I can't remember her name but she was equally great and explained the menu really well. It's really a bonus that they stay open till 11 PM Thursday through Saturday. So anything you get that is from the BBQ...they bring out this 4 pack of house sauce. I tried each of them and all were great and had their own unique taste. Chipotle White, PD BBQ, Korean BBQ, Carolina BBQ. The Korean BBQ was definitely my favorite. The chipotle white is kind of almost like a mayonnaise in my opinion. The inside while definitely fresh and clean looking...it does have a sort of rustic, actual prohibition older type feel. Predatory worker compensation structure - Be aware…read more We recently dined here and noticed the tabletop signs explaining a mandatory 20% "commission" added to every single bill. When speaking with our server, she informed us that management classifies the waitstaff as 1099 independent contractors, meaning they receive a $0 hourly base rate from the restaurant and rely entirely on this mandatory guest fee for their paycheck.I have a physical copy of the check showing this automatic fee. While the sign claims this "supports our team," classifying standard restaurant servers as 1099 workers instead of W-2 employees is a massive red flag that contradicts federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines. Independent contractors set their own hours and operations; servers do not. Furthermore, a restaurant cannot legally leave a server's direct hourly base wage at zero by relying entirely on automatic service fees.We love supporting local staff, but we want our money going to businesses that respect basic labor laws and compensate their employees legally. Hopefully, public pressure will force management to fix their payroll structure. The server said the restaurant was on the verge of bankruptcy and had to make changes. Sadly they chose to break the law. On that note the service was lovely, the food very tasty. I asked to sub corn for flour tortias and she was able. We don't directly live in the area, and its been a while since we've been here. Its always good, with good portions and not a chain. Its so unfortunate.

I got a skinny strawberry margarita, it made me happy to see a skinny version of a flavored margarita on the menu. It has a sugar rim and was delicious. It's on the sweet side and I'd definitely get it again. I requested it without soda water. For my main I got the salmon bowl. I wouldn't get this again, but it's because the base is mainly fried wontons. I thought it would be a scattering of fried wontons but nope, it was a hefty portion. I didn't eat most of the fried wontons because I'm trying to be healthy. It's a delicious dish, just not for me. Service was great, but we were an easy table because we were chatting the entire time.
