I purchased a large number of glass items from Ben Higgins auction in September and they were taken to Got Mail? for shipment. The glass was VERY POORLY packed by Got Mail?. When the woman called for payment, I asked her if the glass was packed well for shipment. She said, "I didn't pack them." I asked again and she said the same thing. Everything arrived broken, except one item, a shaker. One layer of thin pieces of bubble wrap separating the various pieces of glass. No bubble wrap was taped around the glass. It was all just laid in the box and rattling around. There were 2 baskets and a large vase included in this shipment. The handles were broken off the baskets and lying elsewhere in the box. Multiple glass shards were all over the box. What should have been packed in a 20" cube box was packed in a box 20x12x8. No peanuts to provide protection. I was supposed to receive 9 pieces and only got 7. The auctioneer said he took everything over to her, so it appears as though someone at Got Mail? stole my other 2 items. The other really BAD thing about this company is that THEY only insured my package for $100 and NEVER told me they were not insuring for the full amount of $350. So I am out 2 pieces of glass that I never received and 6 pieces of broken glass. FedEx refunded $100 (which it was not their fault that the glass broke but they never questioned it). Ben Higgins refunded $68 because Got Mail? claimed they never got 2 of the items. So I am out almost $200 and Got Mail? refuses to refund the money. Additionally, there were about 20 small glass items I purchased that were dropped off there and never sent to me. But at least, the auctioneer was able to retrieve those items. I do NOT recommend this company at all. The WORST in the industry. I have had glass shipped to me for years and GOT MAIL? is the #1 WORST shipper EVER. I'm leaving a NEGATIVE review here, on their Facebook page, and on the BBB site. read more

They're closed Saturdays which is odd and inconvenient, so they lose a star. I had a complicated damage claim issue (not their fault; FedEx beat the crap out of the package as usual) which was handled well. Too bad Erica can't be there all the time, she does a great job. read more

A book of Forever stamps is $12 here, where at the post office they are $9.88. They were dishonest, making me assume the price had gone up. When I called the next day, they said they mark up the price because you don't have to wait in line, like at the post office. I felt as if they were being dishonest. I will not be back. read more

The guy who was the main installer triple checked that there were no water or gas leaks before he would leave. Mike(owner) has over 50 years of experience and he said he has installed over 23,000 water heaters in his career. Job was cheaper than quoted price because they could reuse some connectors/pipes. They use Rheem Water Heaters. A really nice group of guys.
