We have had a great experience until recently we had a hiccup. I recently took my mother's BMW for service given that it had been sometime and the car needed maintain. In July, we did a car review for $50 to see what was needed and all was well with planed oil changed for Nov 2025. In September we took the car for brakes given the dashboard notified us of break Maintance, so we took it in. New brakes were needed so we paid for new brakes and the service took over 6 hours so at hour 2 of waiting staff offered us a ride home which was a courtesy. We pick up car late night around 6:30pm and on the way home about 4 miles out we hear the brakes make noise that is concerning because it sounded like brakes scratching against each other. Next day I call them anklet them know and they ask us to bring it in. Once again we are dropped off at home and wait for a couple hours for pick up again. We are told that the brakes are not the problem and that it is an issue with the fit for equipment that takes some time to settle after brake change. Accountability is needed here for checking work before delivery to client. It's a waste of time for us and them to redo work and wait and take car back to check it. I asked and they mentioned they did a test drive before delivery of completion. My instinct is that they have great service for auto care and brakes may be an area of improvement given various yelp review mention brake issues. Aside from that, service is great.

Great shop to work with. They were reasonable for the work performed and the truck is running well…read moreafterwards. I had come in for knock sensors but left with plugs wires rear pads and a passenger tiered as well as alignment! I was sleeping on a few things and decided to have them all handled. They turned the work around in a day and brought the truck to me as well. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly and the work performed seems good so far. Only way to really know how well a job is done is tear it all apart and check but that's unrealistic hahaha Im definitely happy with the outcome and also happy I had it done close to home so if there is an issue I can call them up and we can settle it... everything running well now and the truck is once again on top of the maintenance hill!!! We went in for a quote and when we brought it in, he noticed we needed our brakes changed as well so he gave a discount on that since he already had the wheels out to fix what we originally came in for. We haven't changed the breaks for about 4 years now and we drive this car a lot. It's a commuter car and we also take it to Vegas a few times and other parts of California so we knew if we didn't get it done then, it will need to happen sooner rather than later... So glad we got a deal on that and have that service done with already. We've been driving the car for a couple of weeks now and everything is still running peachy. I recommend this place!
