Just got done eating here for the first time. Hands down the best burger I have gotten in the area. The fries where perfectly cooked and the burger was as well. Good food but TERRIBLE customer service, walked up to the window to order and waited more than 3 minutes before I was noticed due to the music being so high. If you drive for any delivery service I highly advise avoiding this place as I overheard the owner's son, who's one of the two partner's tell a delivery driver who was frustrated for waiting more than 30 mins to pickup an order, if your a deliver driver and picking up an order then the walkup and drive through customers take priority even if you've checked in and 10 customers come 15 minutes after, they'll cook all the drive thru / walk up food first, then once everyone clears out they'll start cooking your delivery order. read more

I'm not sure if I came on an off day, but I found the food to be just okay. There was quite a line when we stopped by for a late lunch. Maybe that's why our food came out lukewarm and tasted like it's been sitting on the griddle for way too long. The burger I had was okay, but nothing to write home about. Perhaps getting the a fresher product would have left a better impression. The staff members were friendly and helpful, but they definitely seemed overwhelmed. The prices are great so I may try to stop by again another time when they're less busy. read more

They have the best burgers and fries ...everything's fresh, not like the other fast food chains that are absolutely gross! The owner saw me pull into the parking lot with a flat tire and ran over and asked if I needed help to change my tire. He did the whole thing for me and refused to take any money. I found out that they are family owned and are just really nice people. The food is always great and they always make it to your specifications, so if I go out for a quick bite I always drive to Gotcha instead of any of the other fast food chains. I know they just opened but they were obviously unprepared for a crowd. The drive up window is located on a very busy street corner which means its hard for them to hear you order. I was ordering food for my family for dinner- burgers, chili dogs, onion rings, shakes and 5 orders of fries. The woman taking the order seemed upset by the 5 orders of fries. Upon getting to the window she retook my order and when I got to the fries she again seemed upset and then said her fryer was broken so no fries or rings. Now the problem with this is that they have you wait at the window for your order. I could clearly hear people at the walk up window being asked if they wanted their burgers now or in a few minutes when their fries were done. I could hear the guy behind me order fries and the woman saw me notice and turned away to give that part of the order to the cook. So it wasnt that I didnt get fries its that tgey obviously lied and didnt want to do 5 fries. As for the rest of the food it was ok, not bad, not great. Portions are small so be prepared for that. Wow! We were going to try them about a week ago, but the line was long, and we were hungry. Tonight, about 8pm, they weren't busy, so it was time to take the plunge. We ordered the deuce-deuce (hamburger with cheese, two patties, lettuce, onion, tomato, and special sauce - ketchup and mayo based), a bacon deuce, onion rings, and chili fries. The total was less than $20 (seriously!). We made special requests (no onion-tomato on one, extra crispy bacon on the other, and no pink on both. Everything was exactly as we ordered and tasted great. The burger buns are kinda like Kaiser rolls. The patties had great flavor and an awesome crust on the outside. The onion rings were crisp, well-cooked and well seasoned (they were actually my favorite part of the order) and served with the same special sauce as fry sauce. The chili cheese fries were good, but my least favorite of all we ordered - crinkle cut fries topped with something like a cross between a light mole/enchilada/tamale sauce and chili. They were fine, but everything else was just awesome. From order to food was less than 10 minutes. The waitress was friendly and helpful, and it's clear that while they're still working out all the kinks that come with serving food professionally, the food is on point and they're working hard on everything else. We'll try a strawberry shake the next time, and maybe a chicken sandwich just to check it out. MAYBE I'll try a hot dog just because everything else was so good. Whatever else it is, my next order will be soon, and I encourage everyone else to hit them up. You won't be disappointed (especially if you get the onion rings!). read more

Most of our food was pretty good which included a mix of cheeseburgers, hamburgers and fries. However, one of the patties of the double double burger was incredibly undercooked. We would maybe give this place another try but would check burgers before leaving. read more

I found their food delicious. Seriously, I drove from Springfield and went ahead and ate my burger on the way home. It was still hot and each bite was a different flavor of what the things were on it. The french fries were seasoned so wonderfully. I don't get it? Grease on top of grease and the sauce is oddly sweet. Tonight I watched one of the owners forming raw hamburger, putting it on the flattop and proceeded to the cold side to finish other burgers, adding lettuce, tomato and onions all without changing gloves. The hand sinks in the cart are draining directly into a dish bin, that's overflowing onto the asphalt below the truck and running into a puddle under people's feet at the ordering window. This place is a health code violation and unfortunately is going to make someone dry sick or possibly worse. read more

The guy takes our order, tells us to pull all the way up to the right, We do. We wait 1/2 hr or so, no food brought to us, I go up to the counter and ask if we were forgotten, they can't find our slip, the order taker finds it in the trash. The guy says we pulled up to far? They finaly bring the food, as ask the Gal if the oreder was complete, she says yet, we head back to work, missing 1/3 of our order. We try calling, no answer on any of the phone numbers, we get there, there is 3 people at the window, so i step up on the stairs at the side door. I tell the Gal, i asked you if my order was complete, she says I gave it to you, I start telling Her what is missing, a guy intterups me and tells me to back down, back down, I said I wasnt willing to stand in line again after waiting 45Minutes for my food. He reaches inside, hands me a box, tells me i think this is what you need, I said what about the fry's, she gets some fry's and hands them to me, says have a nice day. There was no apology at any point, just blaming us for pulling up to far, as we were instructed. The incompetence, the cold food, the nasty chili cheese fries, and an hour of my times waisted, all because I wanted to treat the guys to lunch. read more

Their burgers are awesome. The buns are toasted nicely and I love the thousand island sauce. Their chili cheese fries are a bit small and a little salty, but definitely also a good choice. The Philly is also good though very messy to eat. I will definitely go back and try one of their chicken sandwiches. The drive through seems a little weird so we just walked up to order. Holy moly I am beyond impressed I mean seriously they have probably one of the best burgers I've tasted in a very long time and I'm not in California. A group in Southern California and I can tell you this reminds me of In-N-Out Burger when they first started not that commercial conglomerate that they are today. I think this place needs to advertise a lot more because men do they have a tasty burger. First an last time coming here!!! Saw the customer before us throw change at what appeared to be the manager. Then we hear him start arguing with the order taker over the situation. She comes over to take our order I noticed her hands shaking and has to tell them to be quiet so she can takes our order. We were disappointed they were out of shakes and chili for dogs and fries but at least we were told about those, we paid she was nice but then we wait 15/20 minutes for 2 hot dogs with ketchup mustard and relish, only to get home and see they either forgot or were also out of relish. My husband and i have passed this place and always wanted to try it. Tonight we did and Omg the burgers are so good! Fries are amazing as well! The menu doesn't have too much but also not only three items it's a good selection! Also that they have covered outdoor seating and a drive thru is so amazing! I've gotten food poisoning repeatedly after visiting this food truck. I thought it was a one-off stomach bug but now that it has happened more than once I can't excuse it. They have horrible service as well. Cheap food with major attitude... and absolute disrespect to Grubhub orders. Delivery drivers sit and wait for at least an hour (if they are even willing to wait for a customer's food that long). When the food finally comes out it is not worth the wait anyway. Be warned. Excellent. Price and quality. I highly recommend this food truck. Only problem is it is not open consistently.

This place is way unprofessional! 1. Staff was very rude. Took them almost 5 minutes to acknowledge me even tho they saw me standing there. 2. They don't wash their hands ! As I waited over a hour for my burger I just kinda watched the staff and seen one wipe her forehead of sweat off with the cuff of her glove and then she continued to put together someone's sandwich! With the same gloves! Omg! 3. This isn't the first time I've gone there as I used to go quite often because of the cheap prices. But now I can see why they're cheap and I'm disturbed because I wonder how much bacteria and germs. I've probably ingested from them not storing things properly or using proper safety procedures when it comes to hygiene or storing things at a proper temperature but It's family ran and it's a dad and his kids so they do their own thing. So expect messed up orders and if that happens expect them to argue with you and not refund you. Just be careful if you eat here, watch them. Make your food.
