E locos Empinadas with vinegar sauce. This was a miss, not tasty and undercooked!

We ordered a lot of food with high expectations! The pancit and lumpia was excellent! Very flavorful and tasty! Definitely recommend! The pork adobo was not as expected. It was deep fried to crunchy but lacked any flavor. This is not the traditional style of adobo that we know and love (made with the vinegar and soy sauce base). The pieces were mostly thick fatty pieces. Don't recommend unless you like flavorless crunchy pork fat. We special ordered some elocos empanadas and were so disappointed! The wrapper lacked any flavor and was too thick and doughy. The filling was just okay but lacked flavor also. There was a tasty vinegar sauce served with it which made it a little better but not much. We were sorely disappointed and at $10 each we lost money having to throw most of it out because no one would eat it. I wouldn't recommend the empinadas at all. Sorry. We are a family of six and really wanted to like it but it fell flat for all of us.

The pork lumpia was very good and crunchy, and the noodles were very good as well. The pork belly was nice, but it's not my fave. No word on service or ambiance because it was delivery. The halo-halo is a complex and delicious dessert to approach with an open mind-refreshing, full of stuff dessert that requires you to deconstruct it and eat it (beans, jelly, flan, ube), and I would advise anyone to try it once in their lifetime.

this was a lucky find and a great rec we got while visiting eugene. not being experts on filipino food, we relied on the chef to help us order. she was incredibly kind and suggested that i order the crispy sisig, with lumpia, egg and jasmine rice - and wow was it good. we had beautiful weather that day, so sitting outside at the picnic tables was perfect for lunch!

Recently got Jing Jing, the pansit chow mein with crispy pork belly was absolutely amazing. I got it through door dash and it was packaged perfectly and tasted delicious! Highly recommend and great service.

Portions are decent, food is flavorful and authentic and overall a great spot! I don't think there is much else to say besides that!

I'm was here for only a day and rented a bike at Eugene's Electric Bicycles. This place is in the Back Alley Food Cart Corral. I had the Pansit Chow Mein with chicken. It was delicious. I'm gluten sensitive so this was a good option with the glass noodles. I don't eat port but the gentleman waiting, returning customers, recommended the Jasmine Rice with Pork Belly. Fun spot to grab a bite.

Ok so I was really craving some Pansit and Lumpia. This was ok. Very american? Idk. No seasoning on the chicken, the lumpia was small and just ok. The pansit was greasy. Now I'm going to have to drive 5 hours home just to satisfy my craving

Had the Pork Adobo with Jasmine Rice. Some of the tastiest food I've ate in all of Eugene. The pork belly was crispy and melted in your mouth, and the tomato and cucumber added a good balance to the pork and the rice. Ate the whole thing in one sitting! The only downside side was missing it when it was over :(

The food was good but not sure it's worth 5 stars. I gave it four because I love ethnic food in town and we need more.

Had been wanting to try Thai Chin Gon (located in the pod in front of Eugene Electric Bicycles) and they are on my way home. A few other people were waiting ahead of me and got their food in good time. Service was friendly and quick. I chose yellow curry with chicken and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. Customers are given a buzzer to notify when the order is ready. There is ample seating available directly in front of the trucks or a few steps away in a covered area that is nicely done. I brought my order home to eat and it was a generous portion that made for two meals. Excellent yellow curry served very hot and delicious. Good amount of chicken ratio to veggies. You can specify how spicy you like your dish. I'll be sure to return to try other options.

I am a Thai food junkie, and very picky, so it is hard to steer away from some of my favorite places. They were not available for delivery in my area, so I decided to go ahead, and give this place a try based on the solid reviews, and great pictures. I went with the peanut curry, and a medium spice drunken noodle ( kee mo). I asked for no egg, and no sprouts, and it was made perfectly. The spice was also perfect. The peanut curry was also delicious, a little on the sweeter side, which I do like, but I know many do not. It was perfect for my peanut sauce loving side. Would love to try the phad Thai with their peanut sauce. I bet it is amazing. That is usually my go to when trying a new to me Thai place. Sorry no pics, I wasn't feeling the best, and too hungry. The food was delicious, and will definitely be going back for more great food. I am glad my usual spots were not available.

But he agrees they were delicious! I had the taco trio which for $10 you get one of each of their tacos. My favorite was the pork belly taco followed by the tri tip and the alaskan cod. The pork belly was so tender and perfectly caramelized! The mango/peach salsa made my eyes roll back. The pickled onions gave the perfect acidic touch to the sweetness of the salsa and the savoriness of the pork belly. I loved that each taco was hefty. Each taco had a generous amount of toppings and sauces without overshadowing the protein. It makes you feel healthy while also indulging. It's truly well balanced. Each topping had a purpose. Please try them out and take a second to talk to them! Very sweet people!

We did get our order a little funky because they over-accommodated for an allergy, but definitely better safe than sorry and it was appreciated. My partner wasn't a huge fan of the Tri Tip, he said it reminded him more of Tex-Mex food and he didn't expect the flavor profile. He said his side of elote fries were pretty good. The cauliflower taco without dairy is pretty plain, the other tacos were accidentally dairy free, but weren't for me! I was told they were good, specifically the fish taco. The chips and salsa were good, it didn't seem like the mango salsa was fresh. I honestly think we weren't ordering the favorites, or maybe caught them on an off day. We also got 2 baskets of fries and a bunch of sauces. I was definitely partial to the chipotle, but the others were nice too.
