We located them at another store but decided to ask JoAnn. She said she could give us a better price. The shades might be a bit darker. They arrived and they were not the right size. Since it was her error she said she'd send another set. The three she sent were not even close to the same material, a much cheaper shade that I could have purchased for a fraction of the price online. I would never use her again. It's a shame that she does business like this.

There were 2 different blind types I was interested in and I was asking him to compare the 2 for and let me see samples so that I could make a decision. He seemed money hungry and kept the conversation about the money. Found another company that had the patience to actually show me the blinds, let me see what they would look in the windows and a comparison of prices so that I could make the best decision. Ended up paying 60% less with other company that offered professional services and not money scams.

I needed blinds in three rooms. However the one in my front facing bedroom I really liked and I did not want to replace it but it was broken. Lynn, the Representative, offered to fix it for me for a small fee. She brought several samples and was quite thorough and understanding the desired look I was seeking for another bedroom and the kitchen window. I received a very good discount and beautiful blinds that arrived in two weeks. The installer was delightful and friendly and did a wonderful job installing them.
