The bag itself was something that in total, could be replaced at literally a $20 cost but as bags of every sort have some kind of magical power over their female owners, this bag could NOT be thrown away, so, enter Brian at Port City...He broke away from "real" upholstery jobs to fix this obviously very, very, very serious beach bag situation and his charge you ask...NOTHING. For those of us that even after 30yrs of marriage can't understand the connection between females and bags of any sort, Brian's customer service OR need to have a comedic break, served me well...He got a customer for life and I got to dress out as a super hero equal to that caped wonder Mr. Clutch (type of hand bag for you younger men who one day WILL be versed in all things bags if you intend on procreating with a female).
