The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they even offer small samples so you can try different gelato flavors before deciding. My son couldn't choose between the chocolate and vanilla chocolate chip gelato, so the kind employee offered to combine both flavors into one cup for him. Such a sweet gesture and excellent customer service. I tried a few bites myself, and the gelato was rich, creamy, and amazingly delicious. They have a small seating area as well. They also have a beautiful selection of fine Italian chocolates available both in-store and online. You can purchase elegant gift boxes or create your own custom bag of chocolates. I also noticed they offer a free rewards club, which is a nice bonus. Next time I definitely want to go back to try their crepes and coffee. A wonderful spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!
