He was going at least 30+ mph, which is way too fast for a residential area. He nearly hit me, and instead of apologizing or showing any concern, he actually yelled at me afterward. To make things worse, he then parked his work truck in a clearly marked fire lane. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also dangerous. If this is how they operate on the job, I'd be very cautious about using their services.

Immediately visually noted a burnt wire at a termination on the contactor. Probed contactor switch and confirmed it was non-functioning and needed replacement due to burnt and pitted switch points throughout. Explained probable cause. Replaced the part, cut back and reterminated all wires for tight connections. Confirmed function and amp draws. Reviewed entire unit for any abnormalities. They recommended (without pushing) I consider having a new AC unit installed, as the decade-old machinery was nearing its "end-of-life" and, in fact, would be unfixable in six months due to 2020 refrigerant compliance standards. I never felt upsold--I was just given information to consider. My new AC unit came with a good warrantee and is more energy-efficient than the previous model. The crew was professional, prompt and friendly. Very satisfied with their services!
