I've now completed a few projects with this crew, one of my favorite being our pathway and spotlight lighting. The lights are very low maintenance, low power, and and they look great; not to mention the auto timer was totally worth it. Recently one of the LED lights went dark. I was going to see if I could find a replacement, but based on the stamping I was having trouble finding a match. I reached out to Phoenix Outdoor Living by phone to try and find out whether the bulb would have gone so quickly and where to find a replacement. To my surprise Josh was able to reach out to Paul, their lighting guru. Paul was able to make a same day visit to check out the issue. It turned out we had a bulb from a bad batch and Paul was able to replace the bulb (and check the others) same day. I dunno about you, but making an on site visit to solve a customer issue on a Friday afternoon within an hour puts you in legendary customer service territory. Thank you Paul! read more

Work was done quickly and the crew was very methodical and checked to insure everything was working perfectly.

They poured our extended driveway leading to our backyard. They were prompt with the quote/estimate and showed up when they said they would for the prep work. They were however, one day off when they said they would pour the concrete which prompted me to have to take an additional day off work. They removed the rock, and redistributed it to other parts of our landscape so we wouldn't have to pay for removal. They did an amazing job and it was quick and clean. We are getting ready to put a misting system in our backyard and possible making changes to the layout of the yard and will use this company again in the near future. Two thumbs up! read more

Our plant irrigation system was all out of whack and had many leaks, as well as broken supply lines to certain bushes. Caleb, the owner himself returned my call in about a half hour. After a short conversation, I decided he was the guy for me. He came to the house the same day, evaluated the situation with me and within a couple hours everything was running with excellence. As a second job, a couple weeks later, he and his electrician moved my irrigation timer to the opposite side of the house near the solenoid equipment. This solved our problem of several disconnects in the extremely long message wirerun. We were delighted with his patience and conversational skills as we evaluated our needs. He has a wonderful sense of humor, and he is the type of a guy that you would want as a friend. After these two jobs were completed, I could see that he was the kind of a guy that you can trust, his work was extremely neat and he left us with a guarantee that the work would be satisfactory. I wanted to add a walkway along side of my house and o was interested in a larger patio. Marcos, came out as requested to give us an estimate. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. After getting several estimates there was no doubt we were going to use Marcos and his company. So glad we did. He and his crew came out in time. They were well organized and efficient. EDIT They moved things around and came out a few days after posting the original review. The work was fine, but it was still rescheduled several times with no notice and came later then originally quoted. DO NOT USE PHOENIX OUTDOOR LIVING They will not actually perform the service you pay them for. They just drop the shit off in your front yard and let it sit until you give up on them. We paid them 6 weeks ago for service for our backyard and still have gotten NOTHING. The gravel has been sitting in front of our house for weeks. We checked in every few days asking when they would come to actually do the service. There was always an excuse, a "maybe next week?", nothing definitive. Finally last week they told us they were coming to do the work on Thursday. Wednesday night rolls around, the job they are on was not finished and so it would be Friday. Thursday evening we get a text that it actually won't be Friday either, it will be on Monday. They also cancelled on Monday and said they would be here at 7AM on Tuesday. Tuesday at 7:30 we get a text that they actually won't be able to come over at all this week. Maybe next week. This is absolutely unacceptable service. It has been a huge waste of time and money. These people are clearly incompetent and have no desire to run a successful business. read more

One of the best companies that have done work for me! They replaced my driveway because my old one would flood my house every time that we had a hard rain. They were quick to come out and draw up plans to show me how they were going to accomplish this. It turned out beautiful!! Phoenix Outdoor Living is awesome! Tom Moss, Director of Field Operations, was a pleasure to work with. They just finished my yard work and everything cane out perfect. We contracted with them to extend our property wall out by eight feet along the garage to allow for a door from the garage to the backyard. Additionally, they installed patio pavers to create a pad for my garbage/recycle cans, a walkway from the gate to the driveway, and steps off my the side of my front porch. The work was very professionally done, they cleaned up well, and they were very accommodating to any questions or requests I made.
