I have been given 3 dates when the tire would arrive and every time it has changed. Only the manager Patrick calls back to follow up, no one else actually gives a shit at this store. With so many discount options around time you're better off driving a little out of the way be sure if anything wrong happens this store will not help you. Update: I have been informed that I can drive around on my donut because they don't care. Ended up getting all 4 changed at Costco even though the other 3 tires were purchased less than a year ago. Discount does not honor their warranty and at least this location doesn't give a damn about customer safety.

I came in to purchase two new front tires and waited for the service to be completed. I'm extremely disappointed that after spending my time and money here, I now have to go back and deal with an issue that should have been caught before I left. This is basic quality control. It's frustrating and inconvenient to have to wait until the next day to get something fixed that should have been done correctly the first time. I'm lucky I live close by, but I can only imagine how frustrating this would be for someone who doesn't. Hoping they make it right, but this definitely wasn't a great experience. So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!
