I saw Dr. Gould after I had very bad bruising on my lower left leg caused by a hematoma in my muscle. My calf was very stiff and sore for over a week...he used a deep tissue laser on my calf, and I was in less pain and had more flexibility just one day after! I also suffer from tight upper back and neck pain on my right side from playing tennis...the overuse of the same muscles takes its toll ...he adjusted my right scapula and my neck , and my pain went away very quickly. Amazing what a quick adjustment can do for instant relief. Dr. Gould makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and is very knowledgeable in his field. I visited Dr Gould for the first time today for a readjustment on my back. Upon walking in I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. I am a double amputee (have been since two years old) and therefore I have a lot of issues with my back and hips, I am also on a minimum wage income with high bills but was tired of being in pain all the time. I talked with Dr Gould for a bit and he said he has worked with amputees before, which made me much more comfortable being there, considering it's difficult to get out in public with a disability but he didn't make it uncomfortable or different in anyway. He worked with me and set my back into place and I went in my way. I would highly recommend going here, the environment is soothing and professional, the people there are very nice and understanding, and it's just relaxing. I will definitely be going there again. I went to Dr Gould for the first time around a year ago when I threw my back out bending over to put something in a drawer. My first visit resulted in immediate relief of my excruciating pain and suddenly I could move again. I owe Dr Gould big time for encouraging me to make some lifestyle changes and stop my sedentary ways. He got me to join the nearby gym, mentioning that my back would benefit from my losing some weight. He also introduced my to a personal trainer, and I have been working out several times a week ever since since, I have lost 25 lbs and had significantly improved condition in my back. I have had to return occasionally for a few tweaks to my back and started again this week when I lifted some heavy objects and twisted my body awkwardly (I sometimes forget that at 63 my body does not work like it did when I was 30 years younger). Again, I was relieved to find that my back felt better immediately, and a few more visits will certainly put things right. I would also like to mention that Dr Gould's fine staff are amazing, and are both competent and professional. They have worked really well with my insurance company to make sure I had immediate coverage and have kept me informed regarding how many visits they would cover, and have been exceptionally helpful in every possible way. A few years ago I found this office because I had lower back pain. Dr. Gould located the cause of the pain and worked his magic. Through regular office visits, massages and home remedies he brought my pain down from 10 to 2. He recently started treating my wife who is 7months pregnant with very bad back pain. She could barely walk. We were a little nervous going to a Chiro while she's pregnant because this is our first child. But as usual Dr. Gould sat down with us and very patiently walked us through it. Just visited Dr. Gould again yesterday bc my upper middle back was locked/hurting and I couldn't bare the pain anymore. Within 5 minutes I was adjusted, heard 1,000,000 pops and I was good to go again. I asked Dr. Gould if he could just travel with me 24/7 to adjust me when I get tight but he said it would be too expensive. I love his technique which is really what being a Chiropractor is all about. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else because the quality has left the building. Used to be good but has gone way down hill. In contrast with what the photos show the facility is run down, old, and outright dirty in places. They change staff often, so it is rare that someone gets your name, appointments, and account and information correct. The massage rooms and tables are low rent. Everything feels cluttered and unprofessional.Hopefully they will get it together but I am not waiting around for that. read more

After I had my daughter I was having problems getting back into a workout routine because that last pregnancy (it's my 4th) and delivery really did a number on my back.
