She wasn't looking for anything crazy and somehow walks out of the store with an iPhone Pro that she never wanted. They also told her the phone came with a "free Apple watch" which really just meant they were charging her a monthly fee. The Apple watch is also not even attached to her phone number and the sales representative opened a second line onto her account that she now has to pay for. This type of financial deception is a form of elder abuse and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on this store and its employees. Do not visit this store because they will take advantage of you and add additional fees onto your bill that you will be stuck with forever.

I have been with AT&T since 2009...I have always trusted AT&T for my phone service and much more to offer with their accessories. I dropped my phone off and by the time I ordered my Cinnabon and devoured it my phone was finished! He gave me a free screen protector as well. What pushed me to write this review is that my phone had another issue with it. I had a little yellow area in it that showed up about two hours after I left. I showed him and he immediately had my phone apart and found when I broke the phone an inside piece moved slightly to push against the screen. He offered to give me a new screen, but the yellow spot went away within 20 seconds. He recleaned my cases and the iPhone and did a push check on the entire screen: no yellow. I was there for about 4 minutes the second time. Very nice guy, fair prices, definitely recommend this place.

So I had called prior and made a 12:30 appointment to trade in my phone. As soon as I stepped inside the place had a funny unpleasant smell to it. He tries to help and can't do anything due to the system being down. While this is happening Randy walks in, 30min late. Pays no heed to me because he forgot the appointment, which was made the same day... Randy did not even care, he did not come up and apologize or anything. It's like he spit on my patronage... I proceeded to walk out and say I will never be returning to this location when the other associate asks if he should call me when the system is up.
