I informed them that i already attempted a diy fill/fix, and the tech said it would be no problem. They attempted to fill it twice and failed. The original small chip is now bigger and discolored due to their attempts to fix. I brought it in with the windshield smooth and chip filled, i left with a bigger chip and a hole/divit in the windshield. I got not a single warning that they would have issues filling it, if i did i wouldnt have proceeded. I did not have to pay, but now my windshield is worse off. After multiple calls back and forth and waiting weeks i finally spoke to the owner who was the only one authorized to help.. He told me there was nothing they could do but give a discount on a full replacement, which i dont want and wouldnt trust them doing. Additionally the business, specificallt the front desk and manager ladies, lacked basic customer service skills and weren't very professional.. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
