Loved the nails, shape, color, mostly everyone was kind. Unfortunately, they did ruin what should've been a fun & memorable experience. You have to SAY THE WORDS "SIT TOGETHER," even if you MAKE the appointment & tell them its for a BRIDAL PARTY (only 3 people mind you). Asked several times to be accommodated, each time told no & no apologies, only blame for not saying we wanted to sit together. Ridiculous. And you do have to stick up for yourself & make adjustments to the nails as they go, but they did turn out great. Very disappointing experience & I've never in my life given anyone a bad review. My best friend of 20 years is getting married & I did not even get to sit with her and get our nails done together like we did growing up and like we planned. Just really sad & insane. read more

Went to Hue nail salon for a spa pedicure and gel manicure on a Friday evening, I called ahead and made a reservation (I live in the city so it typically gets busy) and they were able to accommodate me easily. The salon was quiet, open-concept and the employee doing my nails (her name is pronounced like hee-jay) was great!!!! She helped me choose between two colors for my manicure and I felt like the service was really good. Also, you can put tip on the card!!! Nails 3 days later look and feel great. They do a rewards program, I think for every 10 manicures purchased you get a free manicure. read more

My daughter and I came here for a gel manicure. It was the quickest one we ever had. Took 20 minutes from start to finish. Filed, buffed, and pushed back cuticles. Some cuticle nipping too. Felt very rushed compared to other salons. My daughter's nails began chipping after 5 days. I did take her back and they fixed the polish for free. Mine have just start chipping in the corners after 11 days. I will most likely not go back there. I don't feel like it's worth $25. read more

Update: never coming here ever again. I made an appt and I came 30min late because something came up. So I walk in and I can see that everyone is busy which is fine, but the one girl asks if she can help and I told her I was 30min late and she laughed and so did her coworkers. I stood there waiting for an answer if they can do my nails or not, but nope. Then comes in another two ppl and she tells them 20-30min. I just stood there with no assistance. If u can't do my nails then say so. I've never dealt with such rude people. I just moved back to the area and I was excited to come back here, but after their rude welcoming I will never come back and support these Koreans ever again. My bridesmaids and I had mani/pedis done and we loved their service :) thank you. It was pouring rain and the owner?/manager? I'm a huge fan of this place. Not because I speak the same language, because of the services that I receive. Somehow they do much better jobs compare to other Asian nail spas. Not overly crowded but customers come and go occasionally. The customers are actually calm and enjoy their services. I've tried Hue Nail for three times already. 1. Gel mani & regular pedi 2. My elderly neighbor and friend needed to ride to get her nails done at Hue Nail And I offered her a ride. Hubby offered to pay for my mani/pedi so I was excited since I hadn't had one done in over a year and a half. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the size of the salon which could accommodate multiple clients. I did not have an appointment, and they easily fit me in. The hot stone massage during my pedicure was amazing. I did have a few mishaps with ruining one toenail, and one fingernail after the polish was applied however...my manicure did not last a day and a half. I have had numerous mani/pedis throughout my lifetime and they lasted at least a week and a half but if you don't get gel these days, don't bother. I cannot do gel because they destroy my nails and they make them extremely thin. I will be taking off my nail polish and doing them at home. The polish I chose was OPI. read more

I've been going here since the beginning. The last experience wasn't great. i believe the place is no longer as clean & sterile as it used to be, which is what draws me to 1 nail salon over another. Heather used a dirty cuticle pusher and then proceeded to use a dirty cuticle cutter with someone elses skin all over it. I protested that I get a clean set. I haven't been happy with my manicures lately. After moving to horsham and desperately searching for a nail salon I am glad I stop at hue's. I am extremely happy with my gel manicure and am looking forward to keeping it in for the whole two weeks. Not only did I receive an excellent gel manicure but Vicky my manicurist was also able to draw the perfect simple and sexy nail designs on my nails! She is the first manicurist that has been able to do this in the horsham area. On top of all of this I also indulged in a fabulous green tea pedicure that was 20% off. My husband and I went for a pedicure on a Sunday morning. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The pedicure was very relaxing and my girl did an excellent polish job. The only down thing I could see us they don't have enough staff. They started to get busy and people had to wait a little but the staff was very accommodating. I definitely want to go back and get a manicure from them. Update... I have gone back since my first visit. The owners are very nice. They are now closed on Sundays so no more staffing issues. They do a great job on my nails and I can be a little challenging sometimes because I love designs. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend! read more

Great nail salon! The inside is really clean and it doesn't smell harshly of nail chemicals which is great. There's a lot of colors to choose from and the staff is extremely accommodating. I came in with a design in mind and was consulted that it would be more flattering with nails that are a little longer. I'm not picky so I let my nail tech do whatever she wanted and my nails look SOOO amazing. While I got my gel manicure I had a shoulder heating pad placed on my shoulders and was offered a French vanilla latte. YUMM my nail tech I think her name was Jenny was so fun and so nice to me. She really paid close attention to my nails and took her time that my nails were the same shape and length. It's about three days since my appointment and my nails haven't budged. I went in for a pedicure and Gel refill/polish. The pedicure was more like a polish change. I think the standard nowadays is a really good foot massage (lame at best). The polish was a little sloppy with some on my toe. As far as the gel refill/polish, she didn't put polish on the ends of the nails (also a standard)- I didn't notice this until I had left. Also, not sure if a manicure is included in a gel refill, but now looking at my nails, I really needed it. Also- I was surprised there was no hot towel with lotion- my hands and nail beds are SO DRY. Also, no hand rub. So all in all- I was really unimpressed. I will be trying other salons in the area. read more

I love it here! Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Pedicures and gel manicures are inexpensive and done well.

I gave them 3 stars because I only got my nails on my hands done. The service was really good & the timing even better. It cost me $35 for an acrylic refill with gel polish. I got a 3 minute shoulder massage and that was pretty soothing. I'll definitely be back for my pedicure just didnt have enough time today. Found them on a google search. Place is really clean. They have 2 cute tables & chair sets against the wall with a small refrigerator in between filled with small waters and a keurig on top. Set a cute cozy feel. Since it was my first time the technician gave me a card with 10slots, where you get a free manicure after your 10th visit. Pretty good incentive Im sure they'll get 5 stars after my pedicure visit. read more

I love this place! It is on my way home from work and I've been there every other Friday since I've discovered it. My first time at Hue my nails were a bit weak from multiple gel manicures so I opted for a regular mani instead. Holy cow was I pleasantly surprised at how long it lasted! Only one nail chipped about 12 days in. I also went in with a design in mind and they did everything in their power to deliver. I got a design on each nail and it only cost me $25!! I haven't tried a pedicure yet but they look amazing. The entire place is clean and beautiful and each staff member is exceptionally nice. Pretty certain I just got one of the best pedicures in the bucks county area. I went once they opened and was the only one there. The salon is super clean and spacious and doesn't have the 'smell'. Sucks that it's in a shopping center that is getting a lot of work done to it. Really hoping that it doesn't fall into the failed nail salons category because of the location. I have had a pedicure and a gel manicure here and both were sloppy. The pedicure was about 20 minutes long and never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted. I was never shown a menu or a list of options. The gel manicure I got Saturday chipped off on Tuesday and she never said a word to me. She cut my cuticle and acted like nothing happened. Absolutely love this salon. They do a great job every time and are extremely friendly. They have a huge selection of gel polishes! What I love most is that they usually have the gel polish and regular polish of the color so you can match your manicure and pedicure colors. The owner is the one that has been doing my refills recently and she does the best nail art. They salon is also very clean, neat and has a relaxing quiet atmosphere. I had one problem where the gel on my nails didn't dry all the way and I went make and the owner fixed it right away she apologized. This place is amazing when we move I will be making the trip back here just for them. Such a great experience here, very good quality. I sliced my finger on my umbrella when I was coming in and they were super helpful with it. They gave me a bandaid and let me get my pedicure while I waited for it to stop bleeding. The one guy kept checking up on me to see if it was okay and stopped bleeding. After I finished my manicure he came over again with some Neosporin and a little bandaid (so that my polish wouldn't get messed up) to put on my cut. I've been here before and have had positive experiences but this was the far the best. read more

I really like this place! I think it is fairly new to the area and I have been here several times now and have been satisfied every time. The staff is nice and the place is very clean and contemporary. I like their gel color options because they do a "true" perfect match; labeling the bottles for an easy match/find so you're not guessing if they really do match. This place by far has the longest lasting gel manicures I've ever had. They generally last about 2 weeks which is unheard of. Normally, I am picking at it after a week and a few days. They have standard, reasonable prices; $50 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I just wish they would spend more time on the scrubbing/massage portion of the pedicure. I would also recommend making an appointment. They seem to be short handed during peak times. Other than that, I would pick this place over others in the area! read more

I love the look and feel of this salon. It's aesthetically tranquil, clean, and pleasant. The two-star rating comes from the technician's refusal of my request for an athletic length pedicure. She said "Too short; bleed," as she's looking at 6 weeks of growth from my previous pedi. Technically her pedicure was good, but with very little smoothing of rough skin, and only smoothing of rough edges of the toenails. So now it's two weeks later, my polish is chipped, it hurts to wear closed shoes, and I am looking for another pedicure salon. read more
