It'll take a few weeks, but it's an old-school shop with no extra staff. Oh, one surprise: when I walked in I saw they sold hot sauce and a few other things, diversifying income. No biggie. But I saw cat towers and toys and beds all over, thought maybe he sold them too. Nope, just there for the playful shop kitten. Super cute, skittish but friendly. Shop dogs and cats are a plus in my book.

If I'm paying premium prices, I shouldn't have to finish the job at home. That's like paying for a steak and having to cook it yourself. The shop was a mess, and the workmanship matched it--sloppy. No attention to detail, no pride in the work, just "good enough." This was my first and last time here. I'll take my boots straight to Red Wing from now on.
